Cirno day happened once and that was back in 2009.
Today it's 9/9/11 so it does not count. Next Cirno day is on 9/9/18 then 9/9/27 and so on with the 9 multiples. like how my Bday has 3 7's
7/14 divide the 14 in half and you get 7 7 7

Here's how I celebrate it: I turn the air-conditioners on to the lowest temperature possible, get a tub of raspberry ripple ice-cream and blueberry shake from a nearby convenience store, shut the doors tight, play some rearranges of Beloved Tomboyish Daughter then enjoy.
It's wonderful.

Objection!It happens that the 9/9/1999 was a magical day. It was the day that the Sega Dreamcast was released. So what happened today was just your typical Cirno hijack, the true celebration is Yuyuko day. I rest my case.

I chose to celebrate the day by being a complete idiot and forgetting what day it was. Happy late Cirno day. Parth Makeo Cirno day happened once and that was back in 2009. (on a side note my bday is 7/13, and my 13th birthday was on a friday...thats not going to bite me in the a** is it?)
