Water 7 is a city known for its shipwrights. The Straw Hat Pirates stopped here to trade in their gold for Beli, as well as to repair the Going Merry and also to find a new Shipwright for their crew. It is part of the route their log is on, heading there directly after Skypiea. Once, Water 7 had seven docks, each were large dry docks used for building ships. Each one was run by a different company. One day a student of Tom, named Iceburg united all 7 docks into one company, named Galley-La Company. Ever since the docks have worked as one, each taking orders and building ships as part of the same group, however Dock One is known for having the best shipwrights and building the best ships. Some of CP9 worked at Dock One attempting to get Pluton's Blueprints. Iceburg, as well as being the CEO of Galley-La Company, also is the beloved mayor of Water 7.
There are water-ways and canals that are used for transportation almost like roads, often surrounded by sidewalks on the canals. Many citizens use Bulls which are Sea Horse like creatures that are attached to boats to move around the city. Also, some shops rent bulls of various sizes, although they rarely rent King Bulls as they are gigantic in size. There are 3 main types of Bulls, the 2 smaller sizes are used for transport. The Bulls are good to use because they can go up ramps of water and move about the city. Architecture is very colorful, often using a tan or peach color for the walls and roofs which are many time red and semi-circular; nearly all the roofs are of red color and texture. The houses are tiered to allow for more houses to take up room and are usually made keeping in mind the city sinks. Some Canals are wide enough for ships, but those are mostly just to let some ships enter the city so they may be docked somewhere. Pirates are generally allowed, but are warned that if they cause any problems then they'll regret it. The city resembles a giant Fountain in a Volcano shape, because of the tiered system of building houses. These are majors locations in or around Water 7.
Blue Station The Blue Station is where the Sea Train stops in Water 7. Sanji snuck aboard here and this is where the CP9 boarded the train with Nico Robin and Franky. This station becomes very crowded when Aqua Laguna comes, as many citizens board up their houses and leave for other islands.
Galley-La HQ This is where Iceburg lives. It is probably the largest home on the island and is generally well protected. A fight occurred here between the Straw Hats and CP9, but the CP9 quickly beat them, since they were unprepared for battle, and CP9 were attempting to get away quickly on the Sea Train, but could not find the blueprints they were looking for.
Dock One Dock One is considered the best dock of the Galley-La Company, and is the only one shown. Dock One is one of the 7 docks once owned all by different companies. Each of them grouped together to form Galley-La Company. All of them are assumed to be roughly the same size, but Dock One has some of Galley-La's finest. Iceburg's mansion is near here.
Franky House The Franky Family lives here and uses it as a base. Like most of Water 7, it is very colorful. The house has big gold letters reading FRANKY HOUSE in front and has large robotic-esque "arms" hanging off the sides. After the Franky Family stole most of the Straw Hat's Beli, Usopp, blaming himself, tried to get the money back by fighting them, but the Franky Family beat him up, where the other fighters of the crew found him. They took revenge by destroying the Franky House fighting the rest of the Family. Franky was not there and later came looking to find Luffy. The Franky Family has begun construction to rebuild the house. They started after Enies Lobby raid, and stopped to force Franky to join the Straw Hats.
Shift Station This is the small stop where Kokoro, Chimney, and Gonbe were found by the Straw Hats. It is a small station in the middle of the ocean, serving as a quick stop for the Sea Train.
Blueno's Bar This is a bar run by Blueno who was actually an undercover. Franky usually stocked up on his cola here. A popular spot for locals, a large amount of gossip is spread or started here.
Scrap Island Made up of the debris of hundreds of wrecked or scrapped ships this man-made island is featured prominently in Franky's flash backs. It later becomes the location for the construction of the Thousand Sunny.
Others ■Liguria plaza, where Iceburg should have given a lecture before cancelling the appointment. ■Chiza Hotel, where he Iceburg a meeting with the owner of the glass factory, before cancelling it.

"Oi! Leggo of the damn frog already!"
About a mile out to sea, Ilsa and Sushimi were already knee deep in trouble as a Sea King attempted to grapple the said amphibian, who was kicking and punching with all his might as Ilsa attempted to put it in a full nelson. Problem is....it's a squid.
"Waah!"
Annoyed, the Sea King plucked up the two by the ankles, swinging them round and round until letting them fly like a slingshot.
As they flew, they approached a city, capped by a giant fountain. And afer some realization; they found that's where they were going to land.
Sushimi's throw had been wide, and he flew right up to splash in the fountain. But Ilsa's shorter throw dropped her down the alleys of the city and broke a clean hole in the roof of Myra's Bar, where startled and shaken, she laid crumpled on the smashed floor.
"Owowowowowowow-"

Myra and Sergei Kravinoff, along with their two grown children, the spouses of same, and the bar patrons, looked at the small Sea King and the normal-sized human woman that had just broken a hole in the roof of the Ice and Fire Tavern formerly Blueno's Bar. Sergei, the barman, casually extended a finger and sealed the hole in the roof with ice while his son and son-in-law went off without a word spoken to look for lumber and nails. Myra leaned over and looked at the two newcomers, raising a slightly graying eyebrow at the wreckage of the table.
Someone was going to pay for that later. "We have a door, you know."
Sergei Kravinoff lightly punched his wife on the arm. "I'm fairly sure they didn't mean to land there, O."
Walking around to the ruins of the table, Sergei grabbed the toad-like Sea King under its front legs and hauled it into what passed for upright. "Up you go. And you, miss. I'll have to get Johann or Matsu to clean this up. Mizuki, Alix, give the young lady a hand, will you."
sergei's daughter, Mizuki Kravinoff-Munsehr, and his daughter-in-law, Alix Hart-Kravinoff, both stepped forward to pick up the new arrival and haul her off to Myra's room for a little makeover-time. Unlike their namesakes, Mizuki and Alix were both very much of the feminine persuasion. "Come on, dear," said the recently-married (though heavily-pregnant) Mizuki. "Let's get you into something a little less battle-worn. You look like Da' after Happy Hour.
Giggling at the image of her father-in-law in clothes as bad as the new girl's, Alix let her sister-in-law do the heavy lifting. It was how they'd agreed to split the work whenever picking up sauced patrons. Mizuki would haul them onto a table, Alix would apply ladies' makeup, and Alix's husband, Matsu, would use his Devil Fruit to make it permanent. It was sweet revenge for troublemakers, and those that deserved it spread the word.
Adorei floated in through the roof hole as it iced over, noting the aura around the two present DF users before one of them and one of the normals walked off for something or another. "I knew this would happen, you know. I told her, don't go picking fights. But the stupid-head doesn't listen."
he was putting on his little kid act for the benefit of the patrons and the older woman behind the bar. He could tell by their faces that neither the ice-user nor the women he assumed were the iceman's daughters were fooled for a second.

"Gero, gero, gero!"
"Huh? Ew! Sushimi get off, you're slimy!"
The worrisome amphibian was shoved off and Ilsa rubbed the bump on her head, surprised to find badanges. "Eh?" she looked at herself. Her clothes were replaced with something long and skirty, and she'd been given medical treatment. However, her face felt scratchy, and her head- "Hey! Where's my bandanna?"
She got out of bed-...only to fall flat on her face as something with jabbing heels and confining leather threw her feet off balance. Looking in horror at what was encasing her feet, Ilsa let out a small scream. "Ah! Shoes! Get 'em off!"
She wrenched the torture devices off, running barefoot down the hall as Sushimi struggled to follow in the halls too narrow for a small Sea King. "What happened? I was taking a sea nap and then that squid thing tried to eat Sushimi...."
However, she skidded to a halt in front of a mirror, and made a face. "Ewww! Who's that ugly hag!?"
Ilsa was in an utter state of disconcertion. "Where's my bandanna? Where am I? What is this crazy place?!"

the two doors on either side Ilsa slammed open simultaneously. four very tired and angry faces glared at her, Johann and Mizuki on one side, dressed in pajamas and a nightgown respectively, and the utterly-naked couple on the other side, composed of Alix and Matsu. All four spoke in perfect unison. "Would you kindly SHUT UP!?"
Another door, the one at the end of the hallway, flew open of its own accord and Sergei appeared in its frame. Cold wind filled the hall and Alix and Matsu slammed their door shut again as they broke out in goosebumps. "She is a guest. And you will keep your voices down, children."
Mizuki chose to speak up at this juncture. "Da', she insulted Alix's makeup job. And she threw off my shoes!"
Sergei rolled his eyes at the indignation in those belonging to his eldest. "That would matter more if I were your mother, Mizuki. But I am not."
He stepped forward and held a hand out to Ilsa, smiling gently. Twenty years in Water Seven had worn the edges off the formerly-cold ex-Admiral. "Apologies for the behavior of my offspring and their spouses. I am Sergei Dustovn Alexei Kolmogorov Vokolov Larazki... et cetera et cetera, it ends with Kravinoff. Sergei to my patrons and relatives, Ice to casual acquaintances and former dockmates."
Sergei had worked at the shipyards of Water Seven from his relocation until two years ago, when a workplace injury had forced him into permanent retirement. He was a Logia, so it ought not to have been possible, but the ship in question was outfitted with Seastone and the swinging jib had damned near taken his leg off. Half his calf was now made of warm ice. "A pleasure to meet you, miss. Welcome to Water Seven, and to the Ice and Fire Tavern, where you will be working for the next year to pay off the cost of repairing the roof to my house and workplace, which you ruined on your way in. From your build and stance, you will make a good bouncer."
His voice was genial when he started speaking, but by the time he finished it was the cold tone that his former subordinates and any debtors would know well. Sergei had taken well to the business sector after retirement. He was thinking of going into accountancy.
Adorei giggled as he looked on. The girl would have to pay attention to him eventually, especially since he had covertly washed off the nail polish for her before she woke up. Maybe he'd mention it when they were relatively alone. Gratitude, perhaps, would be forthcoming. Or not, in which case he'd wait until a situation came along.

"One year," Ilsa declared, "Is too long!"
Ilsa had shaken the Logia's hand without hesitation, even though she was gussied up in a dress and makeup, but none of this barred her blatant way of expression. "Thanks for cleaning me up chilly-ossan, but I want my bandanna and clothes back so I can keep swimming to Fishman Island. And my face itches."
"Gero!"
"Oh hey Sushimi, you're right. Can we make it a month? I can do a month."
"GERO!"
"What? Two weeks? Don't push it frog!"
Regardless of Ilsa's misinterpretation, she seemed firm enough on the decision. With her past escapades she'd already left her dad waiting long enough.

Sergei smiled warmly, and his eyes glinted dangerously. The hinges and doorknobs of every door in the hall that could conceivably lead to an exit crusted over with ice. "Little woman, you will be working for me for a year. That, or you pay the 103 thousand Beli required to entirely replace a roof, two carpets, a table, five shot glasses, two bottles of really quite nice liquor, and quite a lot of drywall and boards. This building is halfway to broken thanks to you and I will not have my house in a state of dilapidation while the person responsible gallivants off to Fishman Island. One year or payment up front. And by 'up front' I mean from your own pockets, this instant. No running off for treasure you left on your ship, no asking for a few days to get it together. There's a cold front running from the south and the hardwood floor will be ruined if it rains on it. Which it will, unless that roof is replaced."

(Gonna steal Myra for a bit)
Ilsa stood her ground. "I don't have a ship," she said fearlessly, staring straight up at the giant bar-owner, "I don't have any gold or treasures worth selling, and I can't stay here a year to work. If there's any other way to pay without me staying a year I can do it for sure, but all I have," her eyes blazed, remembering a big fishman who carted a little girl on his shoulders and treated her like family, "Is my goal."
"Mmm, I think I have an idea."
Myra had woken up...miraculous considering the amount of drinking she chose to partake in before going to sleep, and her own profound laziness. She was mussed with sleep and in long pajamas, but her old eyes looked sly.
"So you don't have any money and you don't want to work for my husband a year to pay off the damages eh?"
"No way obachan."
"Then why don't you try and find-" she offered, completely serious, "-the blueprints to Gold Jackson?"
Ilsa was puzzled. "The what?"
"They are famous blueprints to one of the greatest pirate ships ever to sail the seas." Myra explained to the smaller Ilsa. "They were written up by Gol D. Roger's shipwright Tom, and they're suspected to linger somewhere under Water 7. My husband," She patted Sergei's chest affectionately, "-has coveted them for some time, but running the bar and Galley-la is rather taxing on these old bones. It doesn't hurt that they're worth billions of beli in historical and physical value."
"So all I have to do is find them? Really obachan?" Ilsa looked excited. Myra smiled back. "That's all little sailor."
"Ha! Easy!" Ilsa whooped, pumping her fists. Myra laughed and handed her the bandanna and her old clothes. "I don't think you'll be doing much swimming in that dress, so if you could give it back to my daughter in law-"
"Finally," Ilsa sighed in relief. But then she recalled something. "Oh, have you seen a pervert ghost around here?"
"Mmm, I'm sure he's around her somewhere. Run along now."
"Alright! Thanks obachan!" Ilsa yelled before running down the hall to change. Myra's grin however, was quite mischevious. "I wonder if I should've told her that they're buried at the very bottom of the island?"
(Doc, if you want, you can have some of the kids tag along for adventure, I just thought this would be a plot stimulator. Sorry if I took last minute control of Myra, but no more!)

Sergei waited until both the girl, her frog, and all four of the young ones he thought of as his children went running off. Johann and Mizuki would come back before too long when they realized that the search would likely involve water. Ironically, and utterly unlike her namesake, Mizuki was an utter aquaphobe. Once they were gone, he turned to his wife of two decades. "you are an utterly wicked woman, you know? I'll have to take out of our accounts now to pay for the damage to the roof and second floor, and you know as well as I that the Oro Jackson blueprints aren't worth a dime without one of Tom's lot to get at them, impossible since Iceberg died five years ago."
Myra shrugged. "I've always had a soft spot for girls, love. You know that."
Kravinoff nodded as he touched his forehead to hers. "True. We spoil them all rotten, don't we?"
"Mmm..."
"Want to get the bar opened up, Fire?"
"Lead the way, Ice."
Adorei floated off after the six as he left the two older ones to their business. "Boring, boring, boring. I hope there's at least someone to kill soon. I so enjoy that."

"Are you guys still hanging around?"
"Pipe down shorty, our mom's doing you a favor!"
Ilsa had changed back into her clothes, mended and clean, and out of interest of her appearance the make up had been taken off by Matsu and Alix. The said woman pouted at this. "I don't see what the problem was, it made you look less like a behemoth."
"It looked like crap."
"HEY! Mind your tone when you're talking to Alix-neechan!" Mizuki hissed. While not going, she was accompanying Ilsa to the shoreline where she would begin her search. "Shut up! And those shoes you all put on me were stupid and hellish too!"
"Wh-WATCH YOUR MOUTH ALREADY YOU TOMBOY BRUTE!"
"MAKE ME WATERWINGS!"
"Both of you shut up already!" Alix groaned, putting her hands over her ears. "But you do have an issue Ilsa. Water 7 is a sunken city...the place where Tom the shipwright wrote the blueprints is going to be at the bottom of the ocean!"
"Big deal," Ilsa scoffed, beginning to stretch. Sushimi was already waiting in the water. "I've learned how to swim from a fishman! And if things get messy Sushimi can just put me in his mouth and I can catch my breath. Aren't there air pockets in all the sunken towns down there?"
"That's not the point you idiot! What I'm saying is that you're really better off just working for Sergei and Myra for the year, it's less dangerous than just going deep sea diving for a blueprint no one's been able to find for over a hundred years!"
"If you're going to just sit back and doubt me, can you do it while finding that pervy ghost?" Ilsa said irritably. "I gotta ask him a little favor."
(I'm only doing minor control over my girls. Whatever)

"Oh hey Adonei-ero," Ilsa greeted, "Listen, can you float under the water? Or does your curse keep you from doing that?" Ilsa had the idea that if Adonei could at least point out the old workshop of Tom the shipwright, she could make most of the swim there.
However, she was also on guard. Ever since he had come to her on Long Ring Long Land, he'd been attempting to charm her left and right, proposing several times a day. What he saw in Ilsa as a wife, the sea-faring girl couldn't imagine.

Adorei glared at her as she used the hated and undeserved nickname again. "You know I don't like you calling me that, Ilsa-girl. So... I could, but no. Not unless you promise to give me a nickname worthy of my behavior."
Adorei was truly angry at the girl for once. He'd kept it in check, but her persistent nickname for him was getting on his nerves. He was eight hundred years old, for gods' sakes! He certainly hadn't tried to get under her skirt or indulge in the voyeuristic tendencies of his predecessor to the Rei Rei no Mi, and after that first rather unfortunate and unavoidable time on Longring he hadn't proposed or even mentioned love in any capacity. and he wouldn't be mentioning it until the time was quite right. He liked to think of himself as the kind of gentleman that was rare or impossible to find in the 'modern' world, and he had thus far acted the part. 'Adorei-ero' was undeserved.
((I don't mind either of us playing fast-and-loose with the NPCs, since we basically share equal ownership right now, but please ask before establishing major points on Adorei's personality? I'd do the same for Ilsa, and ghost-boy really isn't a pervert. Yes, he's mildly sociopathic, but he's also a true old-school gentleman to people he respects. Likewise, he has the short-term goal focus of an eight year old and an incredible weakness for fluffy things and marshmallows. ^^))

(Sorry, but that's just how Ilsa is. Stupid and obnoxious)
"Don't be so stingy Ado-kun," Ilsa rolled her eyes. "Fine, I'll go ask around the town." ___
"Tom the shipwright? I think he was a fishman...big, big guy."
"I remember him! He's the guy who built the Sea Train isn't he?"
"He had a coupla kids he apprenticed, but golly they'd be dead by now."
"Tom's old place? Check the junkyard, I think he had a place there. Wait...isn't it sunken by now?"
Ilsa collected tidbits of information, mostly by hanging around the Ice and Fire Tavern. Eventually she went to where the locals had directed, and saw that indeed the island had sunken the old workshop under the water. Ilsa flexed. "Well," she smiled, "I believe it's time for a swim."
