Las Camp is a location in the West Blue. After Whitebeard's death, pirates on the island went wild, and the Marines had trouble dealing with it.

"M-m-mercy-"
The throughly bruised and beaten pirate's plea was cut off with a choke as another fist plowed into his stomach. He sputtered and gasped, before flopping onto the ground in defeat with the dozens of others surrounding him. And with a sneer, the figure above him spat.
"I don't know what the hell kind of mercy you were looking for bub," she answered mockingly, "But you sure as hell won't find it with me."
Ilsa was still soaking wet from beaching onto Las Camp from a very long swim...her home island being far, far, behind her now. Both to her relief, and dismay, the Marines had abandoned Las Camp for pirates to move in and take over. None had expected a human bearing the sign of the Sun Pirates to wash up out of nowhere, and had thought nothing of teaching them the law of the island.
And as any good student would, Ilsa learned and excelled as the pirates all toppled like dominoes.
But she was irritable and hungry, and sat on top of a pile of heaving pirates as she grumbled along with the noisy growl of her stomach. "All these lame a** pirates," she said, shaking her head, "Acting so high and mighty because one man died. If they're going to act this way after someone's dead, they better be ready to act this way when someone's alive!"
Villagers remained uneasy as they edged around the warzone. Yes Ilsa had taken out a severe nuisance to the island, but she also had an hefty bounty on her head...and she did looked rather peeved at the moment. Ilsa ignored them in exchange for checking her Log Pose. As always it pointed to the west, tilted slightly down. It was a stress reliever to look at; a constant reminder of her goal.
She hopped off the pile of pirates, and flexed her bare toes in the sand as she stretched. "Well no point hanging around." she said, far more chipper, "Gotta keep on truckin'."
And with a expert dive into the water, Ilsa swam, and swam, and swam, until she disappeared over the horizon into the vast blue.
