Keroro Towns was formed already, in 2009, by me, the zipcode being 1966. The original members were me, xSaburo, Lt Angol Moa, iTamama, and Nana Takenouchi. There's alot more history on it if you wanna hear it. It's been that way for years, so I doubt people will want to move.
