How is Valentine's day for you all? Especially for those of you who do not feel romantic attraction, what do you think about Valentine's day?
I don't ever complain about Valentine's day. It's nothing special to me. Today at school was actually fun. Everyone in my 4 unit maths class happened to be single, and it was funny when they went "go us!" Like one of my friends wrote, it's more of a "single awareness day".

To me it's just some random holiday made up by catholics and flooded with those litle necco wafer hearts that have dumb phrases on them. otherwise, it's just an average day.

Yeah, an average day. With lots of hugging. And candy.
That's about the extent of it. Oh. Right, and colors. Lots of pinky and red and white. And chocolate. Wait, I already said candy.

EVERYTHING IS LIKE EXTRA PINK! MIKU LUFFS IT!!!!!! heart heart ^____^
I'm romantic... so I'm not interesting, eh? I'm gonna tell you what I did anyways!
I bought three of my friends some chocolate, wrapped it up in blue paper and put some nice stickers on... and I gave hugs to all of my friends that I met IRL. I think. I hope I didn't forget anyone o_o;;
Then I gave my boyfriend chocolate in pink paper (he should have the best! heart ) and we had dinner together. Wonderful! heart
Ok, I'm loosing lots of sleep now, it's after midnight and I promised myself to go to sleep before 23 monday-thursday sweatdrop
(school ended 17, it takes like an hour to go to my boyfriend's house, and we had to buy the food and stuff... so I came home late)
And Illu, I was going to send you a hug but then my boyfriend came and wanted IRL-hugs, so I forgot. Sorry! heart

We got ice cream and candy at school, altough I didn't eat the ice cream, it tasted so bad last time we had it xp
Took some sugar covered hearts home in my Hello Kitty-candyjar (I ate all the Hello Kitty-candies razz )

I got a really nice note from a friend saying she accepts me for how I am, no matter what, and this is all without me even actually trying to talk to her about asexuality, I'm just a mess for other reasons. Anyway, it meant a lot because if you'll see the "toxic relationships" thread, this is the person that I've been having issues with.
Ugh, being a hyper-confused romantic asexual made V-Day annoying to me. Now, granted, I love cheap commercialism *not kidding, I find it amusing as hell*, I don't like the feeling of failure. This is the first year, in fact, that I've felt this way and that's largely because I'm going through a lot of turmoil figuring out what I want in a relationship.
Err, but candy is good. I think really it's nothing big, I just did homework and stuff most of the day, so nothing unusual. sweatdrop heart

Do you remember in elementary school that kids would get those little valentine card thingies that and gave one to each classmate? I hadn't seen those since middle-school, but someone at my college got some Star Wars themed cards and gave them to everyone. Most people just accepted it and threw it away later, but I thought it was cute so I kept mine. It had a picture of Darth Vader and it said "You have my allegiance"

Bwehehehehe. One of my roommates got some of those too... except they were My Little Pony ones. She gave me one that said "Have a Sunshiney Day!" XP Hehehe.
I love that Darth Vader one though. XD;;

Haa.. I don't like the idea behind Valentine's day... Then again, I don't like anything related to that kinda stuff. Makes my skin crawl a bit, y'know? But, candy is good. Mmm, candy. <3

Well, I go to an all girls school...so yeah. It was pretty sad for everybody. Well except for some of my lesbian friends. blaugh
I got my significant other a big half-pound Hershey's Symphony bar, because I know he loves Hershey's chocolate. I gave it to a friend who goes to his school, and when she gave it to him, he told her that that was the exact same thing that he got me! xp
But a couple days afterwards he gave me a couple of bags of Hershey's kisses. heart
On Gaia, he got me a deluxe bouquet of yellow flowers with the black and yellow things going on, and a pair of earrings, I forgot what they're called. heart And a couple of days ago I got him a wind security blanket.
I feel like such a girl. xd
