As flu season approaches, I hope none of you get sick like I am getting sick right now. No, I don't have the flu, but the chances of it turning into the flu are pretty high in my opinion. But due to my uncertainty of what it could be, we'll just refer to any sickness as the plague.
(...but if you're wondering what I have, it's a sore throat coupled with congested chest.)
But in any case, I have a question for y'all: What memories do you have being sick and why did you do mostly during it?
For example, I remember having the swine flu on my 17th birthday and having hallucinations by listening one trance song and playing video games. ...therefore, when I play that game or that song, I get flashbacks of that time I had swine flu. Oh joy.

If i get sick oh well sweatdrop If it were up to me I would tuff it out with out any mind controlling medications ninja But unfortuantly the stuff is always shoved down my throat.... crying
Normally when I get sick I really don't do anything different, sure life sucks for a little but I don't let it stop me talk2hand Thought this wasn't always so and I can remember how I first got the strength to so the first time...
It was many years ago, I was so dead sick I actually wondered if I would die from it....in retrospect I was possible over exaggerating considering I was still at home and not in the hospital. But I digress, I don't know if I had a fever but my body felt like it was over heading, my head felt like it weight more then the rest of me and my body was weak, achy, and had electrical discharges running through out its vains. My nose ran but was also stuffy, and my eye teared though I was not sad. I can remember laying on our couch watching something on TV that annoyed me almost as much as being sick. I felt so weak that I couldn't move but I was just torture to keep laying there. Then as if I had an epiphany I realized that lying there stewing in my own sickness would just keep me sick longer. So I forced myself to sit up. The blood that rushed to my head actually made be feel more alert. I went out side and sat on our swing and just breathed in the plants and trees around me and I realized I already felt better.
I know now that at least 50% of sickness is psychological, and if you can defeat this nothing can truly keep you down for long. 3nodding
