Personality:
Loic is well...stoic. He is serious and at first may seem a bit intimidating, but he is actually a very caring person. The stoic demeanor is simply to make only the truly worthwhile people stay long enough to get to know him. Think of it as a challenge.
Once you get to know him, Loic will definately let you in. He might tell you why he's here, or even what happened to his parents. He will probably end up imposing commands on you due to his natural tendancy of being a leader.
Loyal to the end, this dark haired boy is willing to die for his meister, sister, or the greater good. His sense of rightousness never wavers. Loic is also very perceptive and can read even strangers like books.

Original weapon form: Loic is unique. His weapon transformation is that of an armor. The armor wraps around one arm of the meister and serves as both protection and a means of offense. The armor itself has acidic properties, harming those who touch it but the meister. A crossbow is summoned upon will from the armor.
Weapon form 2: During Soul Resonance,
Loic will transform into a full length armor. Helmet is optional. The armor still has acidic qualities, but the meister can now control the Soul Energy arrows and shoot at will. They can now also use Loic as a vessel to use Soul Drive (see below).
Abilities:
Loic can still fight on his own, despite popular belief.
Abilities 1: Soul Drive - Garnier technique. Concentrating his own wavelength, Loic can focus on a certain part of his body and shoot it out. For example, focusing on his finger, it can be shot as a laser. From his legs, it can be added as extra oomph to a sweep kick. Gold colored energy. Powerful enough to cause damage, but not immense damage.
Abilities 2: Wielder: can use his sister as a weapon, but otherwise cannot handle other human weapons.
PARTIAL TRANSFORMATION REQUIRED FOR BELOW!
Abilities 3: -"Open Shield!": A metal round shield will form on Loic (the arm). It can cover nearly the whole Meister's body should the person decide to crouch.
Abilities 4: Poison Bow!": Loic will activate his crossbow function. Metal arrows dipped in poison with acidic qualities can be shot during this phase. The meister can manually shoot, but Loic can 'auto-target' if necessary. If the arrow lands, skin, etc. will burn as if touched with acid.
The downside is that these arrows are limited. In order to reload, Loic must be given time to absorb metal (if available).

Abilities 5: -"Sonic Bow!": Loic will activate his crossbow function. The only difference is that these bows are UNLIMITED - they are derived directly from Loic's and the meister's soul energy. They glow bright gold. They do NOT have poisonous qualities.

Ultimate Move: Acid Bullet/Laser: Meister and Loic concentrate their resonance and tune their wavelengths to shoot a massive soul-powered bullet at the enemy. Can be shot as a laser or as a bullet; if bullet, can chase target (homing bullet).
ultimate attack& form2: Soul Drive Max: Using most of his wavelength, Loic or meister can almost create a silhoutte of himself/herself out of pure energy. This isn't supposed to be a clone or anything, because it is instantly fired to the enemy. [Slight homing]
Character History:
Loic tends to be reserved about his story and most people will die never knowing about it. But he may tell you if he trusts you enough...
His unique weapon transformation derives from his family line. The Garners are especially well known in Germany for their pure weapon line. It's said that their ancestors may have been the chosen weapons for royalty.
Loic has never been close with his family. He disliked the family name because it meant that everyone automatically saw him for someone else. 'You will be a Deathscythe, as all the Garniers have in their time~' His grandmother would purr. Everyone else would agree. The classyness, high yet totally fake ettique, the fame - Loic was sick of it. And so was Linda, his sister.
However, it is that very fame that bought their downfall. Loic's grandparents had a run-in with Mabaa the Head Witch's grandaughter, Lucretia. She was severly wounded, but before escaping, Lucretia cast a curse on them. All their offspring and their children for generations to come will not die natural deaths. All will die before their time...
With that, Loic's parents were killed by a Kishin doubtless sent by Lucretia. The duo decided to transfer to Shibusen to escape the name that bought their misery - as well as become mighty warriors.
For once, Loic wanted to use the fame given to him without asking - it gave him something to live up to. The potential to defeat even the strongest foes. Linda and Loic have survived just fine in their Shibusen supported flat. As a now orphaned youth, he had sworn to kill said witch.
This is why he has joined Shibusen's ranks; in hopes of Shiniami granting him and his meister the oppurtunity to strike down the grandaughter of Mabaa.
