Erik looked around at the beautiful wide open ocean. He had rolled his faering out until he felt like he could breathe again. He felt more comfortable on his longship but the faering was small enough that he did not need a crew. He heard a something that sound like bells, he looked around but did not see anything except some rocks. He picked up his oars and began rolling towards them. The music getting louder the closer he got. Sitting on a rock, was the most beautiful female, Erik had ever seen and the sounds of the bells was coming from her. He just sat there, frozen watching her.

Arwen smiled in spite of herself for the ocean God was a fair one today to bless such gentle calm waters. She sat with her hand placed over the mid section of her shining tail simply enjoying the peace she was given. Soon though her song dissipated leaving the only sound of the ocean as it rocked back and forth. Her day would of been ordinary till she noted her beautiful world was not simple and without life.
A man with a beard and pigtails sat within a tiny rowboat simply staring at her. The moment of terror boded her to dive into the safety of her ocean away from prying eyes but she simply sat there amused he was entranced. While Arwen wasn't ebil was wasn't good either which left her to do as she wished to this gentleman. She smiled back at him as her snow while tresses gently blew tousling around in the salty breeze while her shining torso contrasted well with her soft blue skin. Taking a deep breath she began to sing again never dropping her gaze from his while her smile never left her.

Erik continues to listen to the female sing, her smile so inviting. He rolled close to the rock, sitting his oars in the boat once he was as close as he could get. He smiled back at her, smoothing down his braids and his beard, hoping that she might speak to him.

Not once had she dropped her gaze from him fully letting her soul and body be seen intentionally. She opted in in mind to simply set there and mesmerize him but where would the fun in that be she mused. Finishing her song she looked deeply at him and smiled playfully before sliding herself into the water and disappearing. Moving quickly she propelled herself under his small vessel and reappeared on his other side keeping herself very still as her slender fingers curled and latched onto the middle of the tiny boat. She tilted her head watching him knowing he had set in panic that his mer fae had vanished.

The smile dropped from Eric’s face as the female disappeared. He looked to his right and his left, not seeing her in either direction. He must have scared her off, he looked over the front of the boat into the water, hoping to see her beautiful face looking up at him from the water but she was not there. He sat back down on the seat, making the boat roll side to site. He wishes he had at least learned her name.

Arwen smiled with a soft giggle for he had missed her completely. She wondered if she should return to the rock but her instinct told her to stay put. Therefore she quit playing her game and revealed her presence, "Silly sailor so bold. Do not cry when a Lady of the sea disappears for she has to surface a moment later." Her voice was soft as a tingling bell as her eyes flickered playfully. Her tail constantly kept swaying to keep her from floating off as her white tresses reminiscent of the white sea froth floated upon the waves behind her. She wondered who this strong man was, watching him with a curios gaze. Its well known men can't resist sirens, thus what she was witnessing as her vigil over this viking never wavered.
