Traits: As it's ... rather obvious to see, Cuider has been blessed with ... extra assets. We're talking of course about his hair - what else did you think? He doesn't have any sort of silk-producing abilities, as jumping spiders don't use very much silk, but his hair has oddly taken on a very silken texture and grows extremely rapidly. It also naturally takes on the multi-colored appearance, saving him a bundle in dye, we're certain.
Oh, and, well - he does have an extra set of arms and eyes, yes. All four arms are equally agile and useable. His double set of shoulders and muscles to brace give him extra upper body strength, though of course if he never uses them it won't do much good. He also has highly developed leg-muscles, giving him extra speed and jumping abilities.
Unfortunately, he's not all advantageous. The purple section of his skin changes with his mood - his genes indicate he should be able to control the color change, but for now it fluctuates rapidly depending on how he feels; being angry makes it take on a deep, blackish-red color, and being happy or excited makes it take on a yellow-and-blush-pink spotted pattern. Feeling unwell turns him a sickly green, and being afraid turns him a pale white. We're sure there are other color patterns, but these are the ones observed so far. The yellow sections on his face and arms do not change; the pale cream sections simply vary in how pale or dark they are.
He can see well out of all of his eyes, but unfortunately his upper eyes do not have proper eyelids. He has a translucent set to wipe away dirt, but he is incapable of actually "closing his eyes" all the way without using something else to cover them.
Cuider is also prone to moodiness, given his ferric and cuttlefish genes. We're not saying he will be, but there's a good potential for instinctive irritability.
Finally, the last noteworthy bit is that Cuider is an obligate carnivore. His body creates enough enzymes that he can technically eat plant matter - he won't get violently ill from eating a cheeseburger - but he derives no caloric nutrients from it. He has to eat meat to survive.

The Pfeffer's Flamboyant Cuttlefish (Metasepia pfefferi) is a species of cuttlefish found in the tropical waters around Australia, Papua New Guinea and Indonesia. They dwell in mostly shallow water, and live on the sea floor. Unlike most cuttlefish species, Metasepia pfefferi is not capable of floating for long amounts of time, and actually prefers to 'amble' along the sand/mud/coral. They are very active during the day, and move around by using their arms and mantle flaps to walk on the ground.
