Class: Former Imperial Scout Recon / Rebel Freelancer
Mod: Limiter release - the safety limitation that are normally in place on the human body is almost completely removed, allowing greater range and acuity of senses, use of strength, speed, reflexes and so on. All aspects of his being enhanced to a Higher degree by the release of these safety limiters. It does pose a risk however, he must be conscious of his level of activity, too much strength or speed and he could begin to damage his body.
Implant: Neural interface - implanted into the base of his skull above the neck. Can be used to Sync up to any computer or technological device with a port to create a neural link, allowing his mind to directly interface with technology, or for any other possible use, the interface transferring thought processes into numerical computer sequences and vice versa. Said interface can also carry an AI in it, in which case, AI is active within the interface, and the users mind. Right bit annoying sometimes.
Bio-electrical Impulse Nervous Stimulator - BINS- A device located within the brain with biological material spreading to certain parts of the brain, cerebelum, cerebral cortex, motor cotex, spinal cord, and so on. The device is attached to the neural interface as well. This stimulates parts of his brain to process faster, such as his moter controls, reflexes, reaction speed, coordination, sensory information processing, and other areas. it was originally intended to be a means of control aside from the stimulation, so that from remote, Duncan;s ability to move could be robbed from him by sending a command to the neural interface, which would translate it to the Bins device and eliminate his freedom to move. However said remote and related material was destroyed, so it only assists him now.
His implants were made specifically for him.
Skills:Superiorly trained Hand to hand combatant, Master swordsman of several new and old styles, knife expert, standard firearms training, close to mid range combat specialist, war and tactics, highly experienced. Adept in espionage, counter intelligence, stealth, assassination, scouting and recon, hellstromists, Hacking by means of interface. He's an anti-psionic, meaning he has the ability to reject psionic abilities directed against him such as mind reading, direct telekinesis, and such. It's passive, meaning it happens naturally.
Abilities: pretty good pilot not the best, he a fair mechanic, but an awesome cook and musician, he get's bored easily so he tries out new stuff or practices. somewhat philosophical, He knows the basics of what he needs and how to attain them, technology or no and is knowledgeable of various subjects. An excellent teacher though he won't admit it himself.

Weapons: A unique and archaic weapon of this day and age. A sword, shaped straight katana. But the most unique of all. Made with ancient smithing techniques with new ones, and new age materials, the Blade is nearly indestructible and it hold a Mono-molecular edge, meaning it cuts at the molecular level, severing molecular bonds easily, it cuts anything and everything material wise. The metal has been megentically treated, making it at least minimally effective against energy or plasma weapons, superiorly balanced, disguised as a blind cane, the blade is highly polished, amazingly reflective with no faults. A variety of simple random knives, easy to use and expendable. Carbon steel wire on a retractable roller with small weight. Will never use a fire arm, as he believes them to be uncivilized.
Armor: Black stealth skin under his clothes, it's a full body suit that is woven of fire retardant material, kevlar, and carbon fiber. The weave allows for optimal protection while not hindering movement in the slightest. Functions in the same way of other stealth skins / armors. Mission suit given to him by the empire before he destroyed the cloning facility and went on his own. Gloves and face mask can be pulled back. The actual protection isn't much but it helps and does aid him in avoiding detection.
Other items: Shades, never goes without the shades. He wears normal civilian clothing over his stealth skin. Neural interface acts as a communication device, credit voucher under a different name, ship keys.

Duncan is first and foremost a clone of one of the empire's most successful recon soldiers. Duncan is a name he himself took up, the original was named Mamoru Hijikata. The man was a master swordsman of extreme calibur, fighting in such an archaic fashion in this day and age with no problem. He was highly skilled and just seemed to have the devil's luck. He had a sword made specifically for him, a ship for his use, and a squad. He was like a legend. But all men age. Mamoru was getting along in life, but didn't want to die out just yet. So he proposed a plan to his superiors, make a full functioning younger clone of himself, about 20 and use a neural link up to transfer his mind from his old body to a new younger body. They agreed, and the project was put into place.
It was 10 years in the making, but it was completed. Duncan was created within a culture tank, 20 year's old and conditioned to optimal needs. But He had been modded and with implants, specifically the bins to keep him under control. mamoru was in his 70's at this point, so began the process. His mind through the interface was broken down, and transferred from him, to his new body. His memories and experiences. However, before the full effect could take place, Duncan had awoken, and without the personality or mental conditions of Mamoru. Though this was unknown as this was an experiment of it's own.
Duncan was released and outfitted by the scientist, given his sword, personal items and such. He was put into a refresher course, to get him used to his body. Duncan was blank, but he understood from the skills, memories and experiences. he performed perfectly to his old skill level, and new and improved body. However, duncan did not approve of such things as he was. he was an imitation and he knew it. Overcome with rage, he destroyed everything in sight, taking all that was his and useful, burning mamoru's body on the spot and all related material to the project that created him. He left the Unknown facility on Mamoru's ship, the phoenix, heading for a new place, somewhere where he could become his own person, wanting to find a purpose. he eventually came up with the rebellion and joined them.
