She was still stupidly giddy and really had yet to grasp that fact that she was dating her best friend. She was dating Ren, oh Jack! LW had never felt happier or so light headed at the mere thought. That had been, by far, one of the best evening's she'd ever spent with the gryphon, when he confessed to her. And now, she really was his little wolf, wasn't she? It made a huge grin spring across her lips as she padded along outside the Monster dorms, heading towards the Ghost dorms. There was a canine there she had intentions of spending the evening with.
At least in one sense anyways.
And no, it wasn't the poof. Not this time. She'd have to snag Jove for howling another night.
Yes she was giddy. And yes, she was so happy that howling her feelings to the moon sounded so wonderful right now. Except, she was a she-wolf on a mission. And there was no other that would do for being her partner in crime this fine evening except for one particular black dog.
Following her nose - she'd never actually been to Tybalt's room before - LW easily found the black dog's room. She knocked loudly on it, just in case he was sleeping. "Tybalt! If you aren't awake or decent, you have five seconds to get so." The she-wolf called out cheekily before slipping into his room and closing the door behind her. Twisting around, her eyes were bright with mischief and her tail was swishing in an excited manner. The bags she held were deposited on top of his bed where he would be able to sift through and check out the contents.
"You bored, dog? 'Cause I have something you may be interested in helping me with." She gave him a sly grin, gesturing to the bottles of hair dye she had. There were several colors to choose from. "Feel up to dying a particular gryphon's hair tonight?"
Why yes, she was totally pranking her newly become boilfriend. And he deserved it! For the worry he caused her that night when he confessed. And, well, there was also the fact that she could actually get away with this. For the most part. Ren would get her back - get them both back - eventually. Besides, it was only because she loved the gryphon that he was getting such adoring treatment in the form of dyed hair.

Tybalt actually was asleep---or rather resting, when LW rapped her knuckles against his door. Waking the black dog enough to roll over with a groan.
"I'm not here..." He grumbled into his pillow, giving a sigh when the door opened and closed regardless.
No one ever listened to him.
"You seem oddly happy today." he said, noting the wide grin spread across her face and the mischievous look in her eyes before she dumped her burden onto his bed.
At first he just sat there and eyed them curiously, wondering what she was up to, but then finally he gave into his curiosity and hesitantly reached towards the bags. Though just as soon as he looked, he quickly let go and made a face at her that said 'if you think I'm gonna' play make over with you, you have another thing coming!' But before he could get a word out, mainly 'what is this crap?' she revealed her intentions.
"You want to prank Ren?" He asked, confused. It was definitely Ren she was referring to. He only knew of two gryphons in the school, and he didn't think LW would pull a prank on Tahki. "I thought you two were best buds or something like that?" Not that he cared, he would definitely be up for it. But what had happened to make LW want to prank her best friend?

Did she care that she had woken him up? Not particularly. Alright maybe a little, but he'd forgive her later. Besides, he didn't seem to mind too much that she'd come in anyways. Not like she had any plans of doing anything to him other than get his help pranking his least favorite person. And she really was in too good of a mood right now. Probably not a good thing considering Ren was going to murder them both after tonight.
"What? Can't I be in a fantastic mood?" She asked innocently before plopping down on his bed after the bags. LW watched him curiously eye them before checking out what was in them. And her smile only got worse when he realized what they were.
"Yep. He needs a good prank." She really didn't offer any other reasons besides that. Aside from an added, "And it's payback." LW snickered at Tybalt, sifting through the different colors and grabbing one. Lifting it up, she read the color and that cheshire smile appeared. It was lime green. Ren's pale hair would make this color glow like a neon light! "We are, ya dork! Even best friends can pull friendly little pranks on one another! Pick a color. He's totally sleeping right now. Already checked on that before I came here."
Tail twitching, she gave her fellow canine a real smile. "I figured you'd be the best canine to come to for assistance in this task. And it's Ren. When have you ever passed up a chance to to something ridiculous to him?" Now she was giggling. "Pleeeeeeease?! Come help me dye his hair!"

"Sure you can, but your bubbly mood is to the point of overflowing." He said with a slight smirk. Obviously he wasn't tired enough to hold back on teasing her.
When she spoke again, he raised a brow, but didn't question her further. If she didn't want to explain in full detail that was for her to decide, not him. But he had to admit, he was really confused!
"Wow... You must really be mad at him." He said, eying the neon green dye she held in her hand. Well if that was the case... "This one!" He picked up the box of dye and held it up for her to see. It was pink. Hot pink. "He's gonna' look like a melon head with these." he snorted at the mental image that popped into his mind. Yes, he was definitely wanted to be a part of this!
"Hah! You know me so well." He grinned, pushing himself off the bed and giving a light stretch. "lead the way~"

"Shaddup! I'm just in a good mood, okay? Is that alright?" She rolled her eyes at him but grinned. "And I'm just overly excited to be pulling a prank on someone for the first time in a while. My skills are gonna get rusty if I don't practice, right?" LW had to think for a minute. When was the last time she pranked someone? Had it really been way back when she'd painted the boils bathroom walls? She was really lacking in a prank record.
Time to remedy that! And her darling boilfriend was going to be her victim. And Tybalt her accomplice, since he was as devious as she was. Especially when the gryphon was involved.
"Not really mad. He did worry me really badly though. And I do owe him for a few other things. Just think of it as...there is a small list that has been growing and I finally felt it was time to get him back!" She grinned and looked at the box of dye he held up. LW busted into laughter. "O-Oh that is perfect!" She tried to stifle her laughter, but hearing 'melon head' had her falling into a fit of giggles yet again. "I love it!"
Grinning right back, LW slipped off the bed and glanced down at the other colors. "Mind if I leave these here for now? May come in handy in the future." Like the next time she enlisted Tybalt to help her. Throwing a way too innocent smile at him, she slipped out of his room and down the hall, back out the Ghost dorms to pad along the pat towards the Monster dorms. Her step was light, like the dancer she was, as she walked the familiar path back to her dorm.
"Remember to be silent when we first enter." She threw back at Tybalt. "Good news is, he's used to some of us slipping in there at night so he'll sleep through us entering. Not sure how to go about actually dying his hair though. Any thoughts?"
Entering the building, she gestured towards the stairs and went up a couple flights. LW was positive she could have done this with her eyes closed and still stopped in front of the correct door. Grinning slyly at Tybalt, she grabbed a hold of the door handle and quietly turned it. Just as she expected it, the handle turned slowly and opened easily, granting them both access. "Ready to get our tails fried?" She whispered softly to the black dog.

"Sure, sure." He answered when she started to get defensive on him. She was right though, he couldn't even remember the last time he had pulled a good prank on someone... This had to change!
He raised a brow at her when she mentioned her reasons, but didn't say anything and instead only nodded when she mentioned she 'owed' him for a few other things. He was still convinced she was mad at him.
"Sure," He started, giving the bag a look and a shrug. "just leave them somewhere out of reach of these guys... actually..." He gave Tiberia a look, who was known to be an excellent climber. "let's just put them in here..." He tugged out a box from under his bed and shoved the bags inside and back under where they would be safe.
Once they were out side, he followed LW to the monster dorm, moving swiftly up the steps and through the doors. He had always though that these dorms were a bit weird. He was so used to his dorm being underground like one big grave. Though the students living inside these dorms were still alive, so maybe it wasn't such a weird thought after all...
"I know." He answered, though her question did prove a point... How on Earth were they actually gonna' pull this off? This required actually touching the gryphon boil's head. Which meant a good chance in waking him up.
"Err... I thought you had a plan, actually..." He answered sheepishly and followed after her once again.
The amount of turns they took and stairs they had to climb made Tybalt wonder just how the hell they didn't get lost in this place. The one time he had come here alone, he did exactly that and ended up encountering Pachua, that Quezie-coat thing.
After what felt like an eternity, they finally arrived in front of the door the.
"He can try, but I don't plan on getting caught and you shouldn't either. That's like giving up before you try." He warned. Though the chances of them getting out of this unscathed were slim.

Ren was, in fact, sleeping quite deeply, so he did not hear the suspicious pitter patter of footsteps as they quietly entered his room; did not notice the even more suspicious scent of vanilla emitting from his best friend, nor hear the gruff stubbornness of the black dog with whom he shared such a rocky relationship.
No, Ren was lost in the throes of sleep, curled up on his side on the bed, blissfully unaware of any danger that might surround him once his ghoulfriend and worst enemy entered the room.

She didn't really think on explaining further on why she 'owed' Ren for a few things. It wasn't that she didn't want to share with them with Tybalt. But rather she was too excited in her devious plottings here to think on elaborating. And it didn't help that the she-wolf was in an almost constant good mood ever since Ren asked her out. She still got flutters in her stomach every time she thought on this.
"That's probably safer." LW agreed, watching as he pulled a box out from under his bed to shove the bags inside. "I wish I could get away with something like that. But knowing BB and the rest of the mimics...they would figure out how to get into it." Said mimics would be one of those 'owed' things.
LW shot a look over her shoulder at Tybalt. "Half a plan. This is the half I actually had planned. The actually dying part..." Well, it would definitely depend on Ren. And how soundly he was sleeping. But there was still the problem of actually dying his hair successfully. This occupied her thoughts as she led them through the monster dorms to the room she knew as well as her own. First, they needed to actually have access to those pale strands. The easiest way for that to happen was if the gryphon was sleeping on his stomach. But moving him around or touching him risked the chance of him waking....unless it was one of four particular someones. Herself being one of them.
"I don't actually plan on getting caught. But I do know Ren." She at least probably wouldn't make it far. Tybalt could cheat and run through the wall. Such a handy trick ghosts possessed.
Slipping in quietly on light feet, LW took quick inventory of minipets, pillow pile (it would have sucked if Gabe was in here too, though he may have helped them), and finally the bed. With Ren looking adorable while he slept. "Isn't he adorable?" She whispered, with a sly grin to Tybalt. "I have...an idea. We'll have to work quickly though. Good news is, this dye dries quickly and is easy - so the bottle says - to apply."
Gesturing for Tybalt to follow, LW spotted a few sleepy eyes blink at them from minipets, but they closed just as quickly. It was only their she-wolf after all. Which she totally used to her advantage to pad over to the side of the bed. LW had to pause for a moment, unable to help the 'dawwwwwwww he looks so cute!', before she very carefully climbed up to sit on the bed, tail hanging off the side and out of harms way. Ren was on his side, which made this a little easier. Winking over at Tybalt, LW scooted a little closer....and waited.
"Y'know," she added in quietly to Tybalt. "There are perks to being his ghoulfriend."

Tybalt raised a brow and gave the she wolf a look that said 'do you really want me to answer that?' when she mentioned the sleeping gryphon. To be honest, he wanted to punch that oh-so-cute sleeping face. In fact, the only thing that stopped him from doing so was that if he did, the prank would be ruined.
"Let's just get this done." He grumbled, trying his best not to spoil her good mood. But what could you expect from one who hated the guy?
When she moved in, he too followed, though unlike her, he didn't have to move as quietly. Being a ghost did indeed have its perks and meant that he didn't have to be as cautious in his movements as his friend did. The minipets, thankfully, were also quiet. Which shocked the black dog since his were always so noisy when someone entered his dorm room. Or they usually were, but Ymber was especially bad for it.
He had just reached her side when she finally dropped the bomb and at first he didn't catch it. It wasn't until he re-ran the words through his mind that he finally clued in to what she had just said.
"Ghoulfriend!?" He asked his voice raising a little more than he intended, even going so far as to drop the dye he had in his possession; luckily he caught it before it hit the ground. "Since when?" He brought his voice down to a harsh whisper.

Sparrow's dreams were not particularly interesting; but he was pleased, at least in his sleep, because not interesting meant they were not nightmares. Those had lessened significantly after he had confessed his feelings towards LW - conveniently, Ren had thought dryly. If anything, the werewolf wound him up, not calmed him down, with her over abundant cheerfulness and mischievous, playful ways that often resulted in the two of them acting ridiculous. This silliness was exaggerated quite a bit when they were in the presence of Gabrian, Alessa, or Jove (or all three), so Ren could not quite understand how dating LW made his sleeping calmer.
Rhys, curled at the foot of the bed beside Ren's foot, gave a small chirruping noise as the canine duo entered, clearly pleased to see LW (the traitor liked his ghoulfriend more than his owner, Ren always said with a disgruntled scowl).
The gryphon did not stir when Tybalt's voice raised, but what did make Ren shift was LW sitting on the side of the bed. Even in the depths of sleep, he could sense her presence. His wings fluttered - the only sign before he suddenly lunged forward, wrapped his arms around LW's waist, yanked her down against his chest, and squashed her to him.
All done while he was still sound asleep.

Alright she may have felt a little bad for saying that. But she couldn't help it, jackdammit! Besides, LW figured (or hoped) Tybalt would shrug it off anyways. "Sorry." She threw in softly anyways, nodding and moving further into the room. And yes, she was very aware that he was a ghost and didn't have to try very hard at being silent. Lucky b*****d! At least she had her light dancers step to use!
It occurred to her, while she smiled at the minipets that simply blinked over at them before curling back up, that Tybalt had no idea that Ren's minipets didn't care what they did. Well, didn't care what she did. Pausing, LW looked over her shoulder at the black dog. "Don't worry about these guys." She gestured towards the minipets, a fond smile falling on Rhys. At his small pleased noise, LW stopped near the foot of the bed to pet the lepus and rub her cheek against his soft fur. "Might want to go curl up on the pillow pile, Rhys." Grinning, she moved up on the bed.
LW's tail thumped lightly against the side of the bed as her eyes watched the black dog. 'Oops' was the first thing that went through her mind as she winced a little, glancing down at the gryphon beside her. But he stayed asleep. "Err...yes ghoulfriend." She felt her shoulders hunch guiltily for not telling him before. LW had thought he might have known already. Clearly, that had been the wrong assumption. "Umm...since very-" The flutter of Ren's wings was her only warning before the gryphon sprang towards her, arms wrapping around her waist and yanking her against him. All in his sleep. There may have been a small squeak that escaped between her lips. But LW managed to stay relatively quiet. Waiting a beat to make sure he wasn't going to do anything else, she carefully twisted (pulling the clinging gryphon with her) until she was successfully sitting with Ren in her lap.
"...recently." She finished and grinned at the black dog. "Now, we get to hair dyin'! Umm...I think I dropped my bottle on the floor. Can you grab it?" Since she couldn't exactly move to get it herself. While she waited for Tybalt to come over, the she-wolf ran her fingers lightly through Ren's hair and separated it into two sections. Tybalt's half and her half. "He's gonna kill us later." LW murmured with amusement.

To say Tybalt wasn't shocked would have been a lie. All this time he had known these two and he had never picked up on the attraction between them. He knew they were good friends, but...
"You're dating... that?" He asked again, pointing at the sleeping gryphon as though he was a creature to be crushed beneath his foot and looked the werewolf ghoul directly in the eyes. He only held her gaze for a second before releasing it with a snort. "I still can't believe anyone can stand being around him, much less date him!" He made a face, feigning disgust, only to jump back with surprise when Ren moved suddenly; pulling LW towards him.
"J-Jack damn..! He's still asleep?" He asked in a hushed voice, stunned that their prey had not awoken to the close presence of his ghoul friend on top of all the commotion that was going on already. To make matters worse, LW dropped the box of hair dye she had brought along.
Grumbling, he set to work on finding it.
It took a few moments of searching the floor before he found what he was looking for.
"Found it." He whispered, handing the item towards and looked at the box that he held.
How did this crap even work?
His attention was quickly brought back when she mentioned their soon to be death. Though rather than make him nervous, it only made him grin.
"Oh? But I'm already dead."

Ren did not notice all of the commotion going on in his room; nor did he wake up for it. It must have been one of those times where he had gotten to the brink of exhaustion, since normally, at the sound of Tybalt's voice, he would have sprung up and attempted to throttle the black dog.
Now, however, Ren merely shifted positions in his sleep, rolling over onto his side in LW's lap and wrapping his arms around LW's waist, nuzzling her stomach. He curled up against her, one wing lifting to wrap around himself like a sort of cocoon from the world.
Somewhere, however, in the back of his mind and lost within the world of dreams, Ren could have sworn he heard familiar voices...

LW snorted softly and waited for Tybalt to get it out of his system. Alright so maaaybe she should have mentioned this beforehand. Like, before they were in the middle of getting ready to dye Ren's hair? Her tail thumped softly along the side of the bed. "Yes. I am." She answered, trying not to laugh. His reaction was really amusing. "Everyone has different tastes." The she-wolf offered, finally letting a small giggle out.
Okay now she was giggling and trying to keep it soft. "Y-Yes. He's still asleep. He likes to cuddle." LW gestured to the currently very cuddly gryphon. "Really, you two are enemies! Haven't you already figured out he's a lazy boil? It takes a little more than what we've been doing to wake him up." Okay that wasn't fully true. She was a little surprised that Tybalt's almost squeaked out response hadn't woken Ren up. He must have been sleeping poorly and fallen into that deep, uneventful sort of sleep.
She watched the black dog bend down and snag the box of dye she'd dropped once he located it. "Thanks. Sorry, he...kinda startled me when he moved like that." LW accepted the box and turned it in her hand to read the instructions. And then decided it didn't matter, so she opened the box and pulled out the little tupe of dye. Lime green in color. Grinning, she twisted the top and froze as Ren moved some more. He'd switched to his side, hold around her waist tightening as he snuggled against her stomach. LW clenched her teeth against not making any sounds or fidgeting. But Jackdamnit that tickled!
When he quit moving, LW let out her breath and eyed the dye and...brush. It reminded her of an overly large mascara brush. "Hmm....I think we just 'paint' it on." To experiment, the she-wolf gently slid her fingers along the golden-brown strands, snagging a small section as she dyed it. Slowly. Painfully slowly. But...it worked!
"Yes. Well, you might be. But I'm very much alive." She eyed Tybalt. "There has got to be a quicker way to do this...."

"Hmm.. bizarre tastes." He muttered giving Ren another look before he began to look over the instructions as well.
What a hassle.
"So... we have to pretty much brush his hair?" He asked with an arched brow. Oh for Jack's sake! That was so ghouly! Not to mention, tedious. "Can't we just, I dunno'... dump it on?" He asked and without waiting for her answer, turned the contents over and dumped it directly onto the one side of the gryphon's head. "Done! Much easier." He said with a grin and tossed the box and the remainder of the contents aside.
"You should hurry and do the same. The longer we're here the more likely he is to actually wake up!" He whispered, tugging at her arm lightly.
