Endless space, with bright pearls simply floating suspended in a gravity less environment, moving ever so slowly. The world so large and open, peaceful, quiet and empty perfect for her as she Floated along with the pearls the woman with long silver hair streaked with a light purple curled around a large glowing orb with her eyes closed, a long elegant dress adorned her slender frame with a corset like bust. A pair of long wings sprouted from her shoulder blades and her tail hidden mostly by the dress.

Slowly opening her eyes she sighed it was time to return, inverted eyes gazed through her world, it was time to go but only here could she feel truly peaceful away from all the glances and looks of the humans. Humans never understood what was different, often fearing it. The Fear of the unknown caused great catastrophes throughout their history, Oblivion knew it.

Stroking the orb this time she had found someone powerful enough to do what she desired. This orb increased her power, along with her, it was only about the size of a basket ball now and she could no longer carry it with her at least without standing out any more than she did already. Oblivion uncurled herself still spinning and with a flap of her wings got herself righted and covered the orb in a pink silk. Moving in this dimension was like swimming in a boundless ocean and she could tear right through it with little effort. She glowed pink for a moment waving her hand and tore through the spatial dimension into the other dimension she now lived.

Oblivion came out the other side of her portal in front of a store, Cherished it was called and it was run by a mewtwo pokehume. Very few Pokemon or pokehumans had the power to shatter the orb she carried suddenly appearing got oblivion a few strange looks, but she stood up straight with her aloof attitude ignoring them, after all she was a deity pokemon, they had better realize who they were looking at before they did something stupid. Oblivion opened the door to the store and stepped inside. Moving away from the questioning stares.

The store Cherished was a small building. Nothing too over the top or extravagant. Though it wasn't exactly plain, it could be described more as cozy and sophisticated. At the other side of the room, directly in front of the front doors were two cases of different styles of rings. From engagement, to promise, to an arrangement of ones that were just pretty. Two longer cases sat on either sides of the ones with the rings, so that all four of them made a rectangle shape missing one side. Room between each case was made for people to move between them.

The front wall that held the double glass doors also held narrow and tall shelves, each carrying something different. One was glass ornaments. Another earrings. The third bracelets. And the fourth various little charms and keychains. While being common in other stores, the designs and styles on them made them appear like they belonged completely in this environment.

A few wind chimes were scattered about the place. All of them a pretty colored glass style. Near a door in the back corner of the shop was what looked like a purple wind chime covered in little Mewtwo. Plants stood here and there. A chandelier hung from the ceiling, dangling glass beads.

Behind one of the back counters stood a pretty blonde woman. She appeared to be polishing a set of glass Pokemon ornaments. When the door opened, she looked up with a gentle smile on her face. If she was surprised over the appearance of the Palkia Pokehuman standing in the doorway, she gave no hint of it. Not even a flicker of her eyelids in surprise.

"Good day," she greeted kindly. "Anything I can help you with?"

Maria, of course, was quite used to the appearance of Pokemon featured humans. It came with the territory of having a Mewtwo as a boss.

Gently holding the silk covered orb oblivion moved toward the counter with unusual grace for a woman so tall and casual glances at the other items in the shop, the chime in the back however drew forth a little smile. It was cute and very fitting the Palkia thought. But her attention was focused mainly on the jewellery, the different styles and shapes. It reminded her of her own little out of the way shop; the Palkia did quite like it though she made no outward show of it.

The clerk asked if she needed help; For a moment the palkia pokehuman ignored the human woman at the desk, she didn't seem surprised in the like to see Oblivion as she should have been, but with such an employer there had to be other pokehumans coming here yet she should be surprised that it was a deity pokemon that stood before her, but that couldn't be helped, humans could never remember what they were staring at.

Oblivion started finally toward the main counter once finished her browse; she had chosen a white gown for the day, and a some 3 and a half inch heels trying to make herself appear taller as she once had been. If one was to observe her purple tipped tail was visible as a tip poking out the very bottom of her dress, and her wings opening and closing rhythmically every few minutes. Turning to the cheerfully woman at the counter she spoke.

"Not you I'm afraid, where's your employer? I wish to speak with her on a matter." Oblivion speaking smoothly yet with an air of unmistakeable aloofness, she was a deity pokemon and she was above humans and most other pokemon save for a very select few. She placed gently the orb on the counter still covered in the purple silk, her hand never left as though she held a fear of losing it. It was a very precious stone to Oblivion.

Maria eyed the round object on the table for a few seconds before turning her back on the tall Pokehuman. This looked like a matter between Pokemon. Between Legends, if she was guessing correctly. The blonde woman had lived in Unova all her life and wasn't too knowledgeable on the other regions. The wings and eyes of the woman were unfamiliar to Maria's eyes. She wasn't a Unova native. And the aura she gave off was similar to Prisca. Which meant she was a Legend. Which meant the object on the counter had something to do with being a Legend. The woman hoped this wasn't a threat to her boss.

The stories behind the Mewtwo Maria was quite aware of. Those were things that traveled across regions well. Her own mother used them to scare her into going to bed early. Of course it worked. When she had gone to work for Prisca, she had to admit she was scared for a while. Until Prisca had finally managed to sooth Maria, constantly telling her she wasn't that Mewtwo and her creation was different.

What Maria didn't know was Prisca was in contact with the terror of her childhood. That information the Pokemon woman wasn't sure would go down nicely with the human or not.

Maria disappeared through the door with the hanging Mewtwo chimes. She emerged a few minutes later being followed by a taller-though not as tall as the Palkia-woman with silvery hair. A smile was plastered upon her face, but her eyes gave away the curiosity she felt over this special visit. That wasn't a basket ball under that cloth.

Arms folded behind her back, the Mewtwo went to stand where Maria had been while the blonde ducked into the staff room directly behind her.

"What can I do you for?"

Oblivion waited, as the woman went out to fetch her employer, the silver haired mewtwo woman did appear, she was taller than the human and a fair height for a poke human, but thankfully for oblivion, Prisca was still shorter. Oh how the palkia used to be able to tower over all being one of the largest pokemon in the world as a great dragon of Sinnoh.

"Very few have great power, and fewer still have power enough to shatter something of mine." Oblivion couldn't bear to destroy the orb herself it was far too precious to her, but she still knew she couldn't carry it as she used to. She gently she removed the cloth the orb glowed pearlescent with power when exposed to the light. Though she didn’t say what exactly she wanted she felt she had implied it, the mewtwo woman ran a jewellery store, and Palkia was offering her most precious jewel for Prisca to work with.

The mewtwo at least could tell who she was, it was evident in her eyes where the human had no idea undoubtedly she’d never left her home continent of Unova. A shame really the world had so much to offer, at least most of it. But she was still pleased once the human had left though she still didn't show it in her facial expressions.

Oblivion watched and waited for Prisca's response, or any further questions.

Unlike Maria, Prisca was quite aware of what the other Pokehuman was. Not so much of her deity status, but she could guess. Being a Psychic meant she could sense things not everyone else could. There was a strong aura around this one. Much stronger than her own would feel. Near the same as Xero's. The purple tail hidden under the long dress swayed to and fro on the floor like a cat.

The Mewtwo's face didn't flinch at the unveiling. Again, she figured it was something important. She wasn't surprised in the least to see what the cloth had been hiding.

"Mm, an Orb," she commented to herself, leaning down to get a closer look at it. Behind her back her arms stayed. Touching it t shatter it, she would have to. In the company of the owner, she didn't want to touch it without permission. That was just common courtesy. Of course she knew what she had to do with it. Her mind already was going over ideas. However, there was just one problem...

Straightening back up, the woman moved her hands to clasp themselves in front of her body. "I'm afraid I may not be able to. My power is...Not in the same level as a normal Mewtwo. However..." she was quick to add. "I do know of one if you would permit me to ask. Fortunately, I'm not the only experiment living in the city."

Oblivion wasn't surprised either by the lack of emotion the mewtwo showed over her precious orb, she knew of mewtwo, their intelligence and their psychic ability, for a creature made my humans to have such power even Oblivion had to respect at least a little. She knew she didn’t need to say anymore for the mewtwo already understood. Oblivion’s two counterparts had orbs of similar nature and power each a reflection of the one who used it.

Oblivion gave a simple nod both as thanks and sign Prisca was allowed to touch the lustrous orb. Oblivion would never trust a human to hold it another pokemon legend was a different matter entirely. The orb itself pulsed softly like a heartbeat as though attuned to the palkia that always held it.

“I see,” Pondering for a moment she had felt another power here, though her sense of powers and aura weren’t the same as a psychic pokemon, it was more of a skill acquired and perfected over many hundreds of years instead of a natural ability. She felt what the mewtwo said was true the power of her aura was indeed weaker than that of a traditional legend “If you feel you cannot do this alone, you have my permission to ask your ilk.”

A faint smile crossed her features, as he wings faintly streched open then closed gracefully. This arrangement would work quite well to the Palkia's liking.

Much the same as Xero's, but still not the same. His was calm, clearly powerful, with a constant little spark of chaos touching onto it. At least that's what she felt. She wasn't sure if his signal would be different to another Psychic or not. Or even what her own felt like. Weaker. That she was sure of. Perhaps that would be an interesting question to ask Xero next she saw him.

"Would you feel more comfortable if you came with me?" The other woman was posessing over her orb. This was obvious. A human could notice this. Prisca would feel horrible if she took it and returned it in bad repair to the Palkia. Or in a state unsatisfactory to the other. "And watched him? I can tell how precious it is to you. And I'm not unfamiliar with the relationship between certain artifacts and Legends." She was choosing her words carefully. Using important ones to escape harming the pride of the other if she used the wrong word for something. Not that her choice was a lie. Legends were usually very old beings. Around for many millenniums. This round object would be just a s old, she was sure. Perhaps based down between family members.

There was a joke playing across her tongue that she kept to herself. Why she wanted to joke, she wasn't sure. She suddenly felt a little more carefree. Even happier. The thought of including Xero in her work, maybe.

Oblvion could feel the aura of any around her, and if the aura was particularly strong she could sense them at a distance. The aura Oblivion could sense from Prisca was weaker in her than the first, softer too, as though they people who raised her imprinted their kindness into her aura, there was no chaos there only a calmness, at this moment. Oblivion knew her own aura as she felt it but not of how others felt it, those who could feel.

Well thought out and truthful words "Yes, I would." came the answer, Oblivion would have like it if this didn't need to be done in the first place, but as circumstances were. Her precious orb must be shattered, so she was still able to carry it with her in a less conspicuous manner. Oblivion couldn't remember when she received the orb she knew only it had always been there since the beginning, it was perhaps older than she was or about the same age.

Oblivion gave a slight nod of her head "I thank you for understanding," the palkia spoke evenly, “what may I ask is your price for such a service?”Oblivion knew compensation would need to be given for such services it was the same in her store though often she just made the humans deal with them as she worked in the back on more dresses and costumes. Humans always dealt with humans it made things much simpler, and fewer would gawk since they could not see, it still made her feel uncomfortable surrounded by them her spatial dimension her only escape from those eyes always on her.

Prisca nodded, as if to seal the deal with a physical movement. She didn't answer the question right away, simply excused herself first to tell Maria she had to leave on an errand. Once done, she grabbed her purse from the couch in the staff room and returned to the Palkia. Moving out from the counter, her purse slung in the crook of her elbow, the Mewtwo stood besides the other Legend with a soft expression on her face.

"Payment can be spoken of later. I'd like to offer some to Xero for his help." Looking out the door, Prisca made a few steps towards the door, turning to look over her shoulder as if she'd forgotten something. "My name is Prisca. We may as well be on first name basis." She didn't want to assume the Palkia hadn't heard of her and come off as arrogant. Truthfully, Prisca would be surprised if she hadn't heard of her. The other Legend looked like she enjoyed the same kind of fine tastes as Prisca herself did.

Turning back around, she made her way out of the store, knowing the other would follow her. Using a finger to point, she indicated the area on the other side of the water that surrounding the city, opposite the side of the bridge.

"He lives over there. Which is where he could be. Either that or the beach over there. Unless he's hiding his signal, I can't feel him in the city." Another point in the other direction. "I know Legends have a certain...Pride, so I don't want to lead you around by the hand." The Mewtwo extended her own, meaning the Palkia to take it and use whatever move was needed to transport them around. "This is a little inconvenient. I'm not sure if he even owns a phone. I've never asked for a number. Never had to."

Oblivion gave a nod herself as the mewtwo woman excused herself in order to speak with the young woman she had met earlier as so to mind the store. Oblivion covered the orb once more and carefully picked it up off the counter, though the mewtwo woman trusted the girl here she still couldn't leave the orb in a human's hands. Prisca soon re emerged from the back room and came beside Oblivion with an answer to her last question.

"Of course," she answered simply, that was both a fair and reasonable statement as Oblivion had expected from the mewtwo. Prisca was correct in Oblivion having heard of her there was very little this Palkia hadn't heard of or sensed in some way. It was one of the reasons she had come to this plane in the first place.

"I am Oblivion," The palkia offered her currently chosen name before following Prisca out of the store. Her gaze followed the direction which Prisca pointed, Oblivion listened and gave Prisca another quiet nod of gratitude before moving ahead a few paces, the two jewels on her shoulders glowed as she placed her hand in front of her warping the space there, the area distorted. Oblivion's wings opened and closed in habit while she did this once finished her they closed against her back.

She had felt the stronger aura in the first direction Prisca had pointed and in effect made the dimension warp close to that point "Let us go then Prisca." she offered her own hand at this point. Oblivion had made a space between Xero's home and this area. The space would revert once they had gone through to the other side.

As Prisca had predicted Xero was at home in the library reading some book he found on smiting ironically. He had still planned on attempting to re-create Prisca's locket to replace the one he was responsible for loosing. The thought still plagued him.

He turned the page when a sudden familiar, and unfamiliar, presence could be felt very close by. Had he known better he would have said his heart even skipped at -that- familiar feeling. Sadly he passed it as being startled at the unfamiliar presence.

Xero set the book down than teleported to the front porch.

"Ms. Prisca, a pleasant surprise." He gave a slight respective bow before turning his attention to the other. Instincts screamed for a fight, wishing to prove his power to this unfamiliar being. Thankfully he knew better to control those urges.

"To what do I owe this honor?"

Well, that was a different way to travel. Prisca hadn't had the pleasure of traveling like that in her short life of a Legend. It was always the traditional way, flying, or Teleporting. Flying she still didn't like. That she wasn't sure she ever would. Just the thought of being high in the sky was making her dizzy.

Out of instinct, her eyes moved upwards, then to the side, taking in the nature around the place. This was another thing she hadn't had the pleasure of experiencing. Taking in the area in which Xero lived.

It was short-lived, however, when the man in question appeared suddenly in front of her. As always with his Teleporting, she gave a little jump, purple eyes snapping towards him. The smile afterward wasn't long following suit.

"I need your help, if I'm not interrupting," she explained, indicating a hand towards the Palkia with her. "We need the orb smashed and I can't do it." Introductions she left to the two of them. Prisca was very aware how much younger and weaker she was in the eyes of these two and didn't want to step over any boundaries with older Legends full in their prime.
PostPosted: Fri Jan 06, 2012 11:01 pm

Xero's sudden appearance didn't bother Oblivion, she stayed where she was and let Prisca explain the situation to him, it amused her Prisca's reaction with someone she knew so well. She gave a nod "It's as she says." Oblivion confirmed once Prisca was finished

Xero unfortunately wasn't the only one with territorial instincts, unlike Prisca he had the full aura of a powerful pokemon and Oblivion as a deity pokemon wanted to put him in his place. However she too strongly resisted the urge, she after all needed his help to make something workable for Prisca. Oblivion knew Xero through reputation as Xero would know her.

Oblivion held her orb wrapped in silk in front of her, "I am Oblivion," she gave her name and a polite nod of her head.

"A pleasure Ms. Oblivion." Xero gave her another respectful bow before stepping closer to receive the orb.

He took the large magnificent orb in his hands carefully. The light it gave off was ancient, powerful and familiar in a way. There was that reflection again, past his own. Someone watching him? Perhaps it was that presence in front of him watching through the orb somehow.

Xero placed a hand over the surface than gave it one soft stroke. It was good to become familiar with the material one was going to destroy.

"Please, come in." He said after a moment. He stepped aside as he opened the door with his free hand to allow the ladies to enter first. "I can do as you ask, with a little time. If you do not mind."

Xero gave Prisca a slide glance as he waited by the door. A small smile formed on his lips.
