-Guidelines-
Please note that I don't like general, 'hi bye' RPs and would prefer there to be a focus and a reason for the RP. Also note that where mates are concerned, I will be picky. The physical ppearance of your lion doesn't matter as much as personality and I do ask that you RP with me on occasion. If you need to go MIA for a bit, that's cool too, just let me know and we can work something out.
My RP schedule is pretty consistent so I'm about quite a bit. I am, however, running on GMT time.
I do guild rp or aim rp.

exclaim A group of close friendsSu thinks herself a princess of the desert. She might be small and young, but she certainly isn't afraid to speak her mind and voice her opinions. She has career aspirations to become a Magistrate for the pride and has currently apprenticed herself to her parents so that she might one day grow to advise them. Su is not a fighter. She is a thinker and an intelligent one at that. However, she does hold a rather high opinion of herself which has led to her becoming quite the little snob. She tends to look down at others, particularly those of low rank, liking the company of those like herself: ambitious and intelligent. However, the few friends she does have, she has an unwavering loyalty towards and would do anything for them.
She's almost always seen in the company of her golden snake familiar, Kaharabu, and also her best friend and self-proclaimed guardian, Elda (a young soldier apprentice - see below).
A good talker and negotiator, she does tend to judge others quickly, so first impressions with her truly are everything.
When she comes of age, she will spend some time acting as ambassador for her pride.
Plot ideas:
- For her to mingle with others in the pride, those of her own age and adults of different rank
- Mate. Future mate, of course, since she's still a baby. I'd really like a 'Princess and the Scoundrel' plot for her. Its quite specific so I'm not sure if I'll find anyone but in short: a male (preferably a joining rogue) who is a bit of a flirt, mischief-maker, irresponsible kind of fellow. The type of character that will infuriate Su. He'll either meet her on her journey to another pride and decide to tag along, or join and meet her in the pride. They'll not get on and he'll tease her a lot and be insufferable. This, of course, will eventually lead to cutesy romance, though it'll certainly be a bumpy relationship up until that point. I WILL be incredibly picky and since this is such a specific request I am also prepared to custom her a mate in the future, as I'm not expecting anyone to have someone who matches the description.
I do not want:
- Injury, death and leaving the pride permanently (short trips out are fine once she is older)

This large and burly lioness is a brute, plain and simple. She's a doer not a thinker and takes great pleasure in being given and following orders to the best of her ability, and boy does she do a good job! Elda is already promising to be a very talented and ruthless fighter, though she doesn't let the praise stop her from pushing herself to her limit and beyond. Surprisingly modest, for all her talent, Elda does not have much of an ego. She sees herself as one of the 'lads' and 'just doing her job' and is quite content in remaining a soldier despite the fact that she could work her way up the ranks.
However, what Elda has in fighting spirit, she lacks in smarts. You will never get intelligent conversation out of this girl and most of the time she'll sit in grudging silence, listening to others talk (usually her friend, Su). Fighting is her life and she doesn't take much interest in anything unless she is really pushed into it, so her friends tend to be soldiers or those who don't mind the fact that she's a bit a hulking, silent figure in the background.
Dependable and loyal she likes things to go in a steady easy rhythm and is not very good at accepting change.
Plot ideas:
- Once she is an adult I want her to take on some apprentices, however, that will have to wait until she grows!
- Until then, some good old rough-housing RP with girl and boy soldiers alike would be great, as well with some team-building exercises.
- Unlike a lot of other pride members, Elda is not seeking water because she can't deal with doing anything other than being a soldier, so some firekin might have an issue with that and confront her.
- Any rogue adols looking to join the pride, Elda is your girl!
I may be looking for a mate in the future for this girl, but I think she's going to be included in a 'crush' plot for a while, so this is on hold for now.

Roho wears a stoic mask ninety-nine percent of the time. She prides herself on controlling her emotions and has always remained professional in the face of disaster or other trying time. Some have called her cold and unfeeling and perhaps that is partly true. But, the emotion is there, she just pushed it all down and pretends it doesn't exist. She is very much still reeling from the destruction of her pride, the loss of her mate and the new threat in the Motoujamii. Only her dear friend Suditi has ever seen her mask 'break' to reveal the true grief behind.
A soldier through and through, Roho is not afraid to make tough decisions and has therefore been fuming since the pride agreed to share water equally. Even heavily pregnant with her dead mate's cubs, she was willing to sacrifice them for the good of the Firekin and is seething that others did not make the necessary step to follow it through.
Now that her tiny cubs have been born she is back to training and is making sure that any civilian in the Motoujamii earn their water. This will no doubt put some backs up and earn her very few friends in the pride. Yet, she will not care. She views herself as an elite warrior and is trying to help shape the Firekin army into something worthy of fighting of their greatest enemy: the lions from the north. She will be attempting to gain some apprentices so that she can instil in them the importance of discipline and training and strength so as to set them up for a good strong future.
Plot ideas:
- A future mate. This will be a slow progress thing and he will have to befriend her first and share her views. This means soldiers only, please! She can only ever mate with someone she respects and strength rates highly among her approvals. I am plotting a potential love triangle in the future at some point with one of my lions who will be joining the pride. However, this won't be happening for a while and I do not mind who she ends up with after the plot is done. Just be aware that this is something I would like to do!
- Confrontation RPs with civilian ranks / lions who voted equality
- Training RP
- Apprentices pleeeease!

Nur'yu is a Watcher for the Motoujamii, which basically means he is a spy. He keeps an eye out for anything that looks out of place and reports back any findings to the Spy Master.
This boy is very much a cub at heart. He is playful, kind-hearted, easy-going, always up for a laugh and insanely curious. The world is still as amazing and wonderful as the first day he stepped outside of his den. As such he also possesses the attention span of a cub, which means he sometimes isn't as good at his job as he should be. Zipping about from dune to dune, its hard to pin this livewire down, but when you do, you can be certain that lots of adventure and excitement will follow. Always ready to help out, his selflessness means he would drop everything in a moment to aid someone who needed it.
He doesn't have much tact, however, and will often say it as he sees it. Sometimes this might upset those of a more sensitive disposition even though he never means any harm by it. If he ever realises he's upset someone he'd be incredibly apologetic and feel incredibly guilty. Those around him should also expect to have questions fired at them. He loves fnding out things and is rarely ever sated; one question often leading onto another and then another. Fortunately, he won't ever share these secrets with anyone (except a fellow Watcher, it's their job, after all!)
Nosiness has led this firekin into trouble in the past and no doubt there'll be trouble in his future, too...
Plot ideas:
- Romance (note that I didn't say mate) I'd like for him to have a girlfriend but something that's not really serious and relatively short term. I want them to go their separate ways on good terms, however, and remain really good friends. I'm up for a couple of girlfriends for him which will eventually lead to him finding the right one.
- Friends to go on adventures with, perhaps even adventures that lead them to the rogue lands for brief trips. RP with other spies would be awesome, too, but there aren't many in the lands at the moment.

Azar'bijan is a proud and fearsome male who comes with more than his lion's share of faults.
He is not a considerably smart lion, strictly average in the brains department, and often acts before he thinks, landing himself into somewhat difficult, awkward and even dangerous situations. He likes nothing more than to shoot his mouth off, throwing insults around more frequently than pleasantries. He has a dislike for soldiers (since he was refused apprenticeship as a youth) as well as the civilian classes whom he views as 'not pulling their weight' and, despite his mixed heritage, views rogues and odd-pelted lions as inferior. Huria have no chance of proving their worth, joined rogues, however, do stand some chance, particularly if they join the Guards and show Azar the respect he thinks he deserves.
Being a collossal bully, Azar loves getting his own way, throwing his weight around and pressing his ideals on others - even if they're wrong. Anyone who disagrees with him is obviously stupid and not worth his time, including his son, Heti, who is far too 'kind' for Azar's liking.
Easily jealous of those who seem to be progressing up the chain of command quicker than him, he makes it quite clear that he has ambitions of grandeur and loves to talk about how, one day, he will be General and everyone will be answering to him. It is a dream, of course, but one that he seems to believe will come true. Anyone who doubts it will no doubt be oin the receiving end of Azar's anger.
Extremely proud, he will never apologise or admit that he was wrong. Wound his pride, however, and this lion easily angers; his temper volatile, particularly if he's insulted by someone he views as a lesser being.
His behaviour, unsurprisingly alienates himself from others and the only reason anyone puts up with him is because he is damn good at his job. Yes, Azar is a jerk and an a** but he knows the borders and he'd protect them with his life. And who knows, if you earn his respect, he might turn out to be a rather good friend despite all of his faults! Maybe his young apprentice, Hraga, will be one of the first to find out.
Desired plots:

Heti has all his father’s talents but none of his attitude. A competent and experienced young guard, Heti was apprenticed to his father, Azar’bijan, as a juvenile; wanting to make him proud by following in his footsteps.
Heti is a mild-mannered and gentle lion who is friendly and sensible and so laid-back that he’s almost impossible to anger. However, despite his talents in protecting the pride, he’s viewed as very much a failure in his father’s eyes, being accused of ‘not being forceful enough’ and ‘not asserting his authority’. He can often be heard arguing with his father, though he often loses these confrontations; backing down before they get out of hand. For an easier life he has opted not to apply for promotions and is ensuring that he doesn’t take too many apprentices under his wing knowing that his father would grow angry and jealous that his son was making quicker progress than he.
Because of his eagerness to back down and admit defeat, Heti could be described as not having a back bone and being too quick to alter his thoughts and ideals so as to avoid conflict. Though this happens a lot with his father, the habit has also spread to others; including friends. He was, for instance, bullied into voting for prioritising water when, deep down, he wanted to speak up for equality.
This lion looks out for his friends and has a natural charm and a way with words. He is a peacekeeper, a pacifier, and is able to diffuse situations with a few calm words; able to keep his cool in even the most fiery of times.
Plot ideas:
- A new guard apprentice! His last apprentice has now a fully-fledged guard.
- A fiery / argumentative mate with whom he can adore. Heti is a bit lame when it comes to romance. He doesn’t really want to get tied down to a girl simply because he’s seen what love does to lions. It makes them foolish and idiotic and bumbling and he doesn’t like the thought of it. He will, then, need some encouragement to take the step from friendship into love. This would be a slowly budding romance with a lioness who would first be a friend and perhaps have the need of another to play matchmaker. I’d like for her to be fiery / argumentative – someone he can pacify with kind words and tease.

Naar-ehuka suffers from a very bad case of low self-esteem and has been struggling to find her purpose in the pride since youth. As a cub she grew extremely attached to her sister, only to find out later that her golden pelt meant that she could not stay within the lands. The separation broke her heart and many times she has considered giving up the desert and going off to find her.
She grew to become a huntress but was never really talented in that field of work and began to slip into a habit of self loathing, never really coming to terms with her sisters loss and grieving for her as if she were dead.
Recently she has been promoted to the rank for Tracker after her attempt at finding the missing Zii’moto with the young Nur’yu, and though their search proved fruitless, it did help Naar come to terms with the fact that she needed to find her place in the pride or leave. Fed up with dithering around in limbo, she is now searching for her lost inner fire.
However, despite claiming to not have the Firekin flame, Naar-Ehuka possesses a rather startling fury at times. Certain things have been known to tip her over the edge and she once attempted to attack Fia (see below) when she heard her taunting another about losing a sibling. Family is clearly very important to Naar and anyone who squanders it openly should be ready to meet her wrath head on.
Now that Naar has heard word from her sister (living in the Tuait’tekam lands) she has become a little more settled and is really trying to work hard at earning the rank she has been given. Setting herself on tracking missions, she is also wondering about romance for the very first time.
Plot ideas:
- Failed romances: I want Naar’s heart broken a couple of times, or at least once. Just a few short term relationships where something doesn’t work out. Either their personalities aren’t compatible, the male manipulates her, orrrr even something as little as a male harmlessly flirting with her and she taking it more than how it was meant. So, the males could either set out to have a bit of fun or simply be the innocent party where Naar reads too much into things. She will eventually find her true love but I may have someone in mind for this, so requests for failed romances only, please!
- Please note that I have dabbled with the idea of Naar leaving the pride to be with her sister. This may be a temporary thing or, if things really go bad for Naar, it could become permanent.
- I’d also like Naar to meet with other Firekin who have had to say goodbye to Huria siblings, someone to understand what Naar has been going through and be able to sympathise with her.
What I don’t want:
- No cubs will be produced from the failed romances – cubless flings only, please.

Fia is not your average historian. Fiery and quick to temper, she is not afraid to give her opinion even if it isn't wanted or appreciated. Not known for her patience or for subtly, this historian prefers the company of her close family and doesn't look into making friends very much. The thought of settling down with a mate and having a family is her idea of a worst nightmare and she can't understand why anyone would want to do it. She does, however, secretly like cubs, though she'll adamantly deny it if ever asked. Her closest and most dearest friend is, unsurprisingly, her twin sister Ea and it would be a very rare thing for them to be seen disagreeing on a matter.
Fiercely protective of her pride and proud of her heritage, Fia takes her job very seriously and is not afraid of hard work. She was one of the first Firekin to leap in and offer help to the Water-Seekers and is currently out and about helping them in their work, somewhat neglecting her history recording duties.
If you catch Fia in a bad mood she'll be grumpy, mouthy and dismissive. Catch her in a good mood and she's generally good-natured and teasing. She is usually grumpy with cubs but there's a sort of affection there, too, which cubs can often see whether she wants them to or not. Flirting with her is one sure way of making her grumpy and she doesn't usually hang out with males if she thinks they might be getting any 'ideas'. And, despite being a teacher of history, she also fancies herself a pretty good dueller, though she'd usually only consider a fight if she was angry. You want a duel for fun or to try and join the pride and she'll probably say no.

 I come bearing gifts RP.
Moto'Seide is open for all RP, with the exception of flings. Not really hot to trot on a mate for her yet, either. It would take some convincing. [Seide is foreveralone]. Actually a "date" between her and Nur'yu might be fun. His youthfulness would probably drive her insane, but she'd totally go somewhere "romantic" if asked. Or even just on a friendly stroll that ended there.
She IS however, looking for (an) apprentice(s). Moto'Seide loves followers and good soldiers, and I could see her personally talking to Elda about an apprenticeship (if she doesn't already have one!).
She's a very strict lioness, but she's fair. And Elda might even get her to smile. omggasp.

Your girl is super pretty! Unfortunately I don't really have anyone open to flings right now. This might change at a later date but can't say for sure. If it does I'll be sure to let you know. Was there a specific reason you were looking for a fling for her? Such as, just a brief romance before deciding to go separate ways or would she seek out a male with the intention of having a fling and bearing cubs for the other to raise? I'd love to RP with her, though! If she is the cute and cuddly type, she'd make an excellent friend for Nur'yu / Heti or maybe even be able to cheer up my depressed Naar-Ehuka (just added her personality and details today). If so, I'd be happy to set something up. I don't mind who I RP so if you have a preference let me know. Kaelllll~ (Your Isabella cosplay lioness is so awesome btw!!! ;; ) Moto'Seide is totally cool. That's a definite YES to her being Elda's teacher. I was looking for someone to officially apprentice herself to and from what I've read of Seide in RPs, she'd be absolutely perfect! Elda would totally look up to someone with the strict attitude so I can see them working really well together. I'd be happy to set something up between them! As for the date aspect, I believe that she and Nur'yu are related. However, if you wanted to do that sort of RP with romancy themes I do have Heti. He's a similarly laid-back lion, but just slightly less...hyper? (his details are up now) Or, if you did want to RP with Nur'yu, they could always have random adventure times and maybe doing some scoping of the desert, or he could stop by to watch her training and start asking her some questions or what-not.
