The second time approaching a certain dragon's dorm room was much easier than the first, though a feeling of shame still lingered days after a certain incident. Time to make things better (or try to and fail as she often did).
The feline had figured since Jericho had taken a good chunk out of his day trying to get her back to her dorm, she'd offer to take him somewhere nice. That would be about an even trade, the ghoul thought.
Stopping in front of the room that radiated heat, Riyo gently knocked three times. Hopefully he wasn't tired of seeing her yet.

"Wait for it.. wait for it..." Jericho murmured to himself, concentrating greatly on his game, "BOOM! HEADSHOT!"
Apparently he was playing some sort of FPS. Tapping the keys rapidly, he moved on around, narrowing his eyes at his screen.
"Think you can hide? Huh? Well guess what? BOOM! HEADSHOT! BOOM! HEADSHOT! BOOOM! HEADSHOOOOT!"
And just then the round was over. Grinning, feeling rather satisfied with himself, he let out a breath before glancing to the door as he heard someone knocking. Getting up from his seat, he made his way over and opened up, surprised to see Riyo there.
"Oh hey. What's up?"

Riyo's eyes widened and ears perked at the sound of yelling from just inside the dragon's domain. What the hell? What was that noise in the background? Was he killing someone in there?
The ghoul didn't figure he was that violent of a guy... Leaning closer to the door, she pressed her ear up against it to get a better idea of what he was doing...
Until it swung open. "OH-" Immediately she jumped back, shaking her head to wipe the shock from her face. "Uh... Hey." She said with a nervous smile. Hopefully he wouldn't think bad of her if he noticed she'd been listening in on what he was doing. "Am I interrupting something?"

Riyo seemed... rather surprised. Blinking, Jericho stared at her for the moment, wondering what that was all about. Did she really not expect him to open the door after it got knocked upon?
"Uh no. I just finished up a round in a game," he nodded. Her question didn't really answer his, though.
"Is there something you need?" he asked. It wasn't time for a physical training session, so that couldn't be what she was here for.

"Oh. Oh, okay." That made sense. Riyo had never really played a video game, so the lingo and references were more than lost to her.
"Well. See... I feel really bad for you having to practically hold my hand the day I was sick." Well, actually, he pretty much DID hold her hand.
"I was wondering if you'd let me make it up to you by, I dunno... Taking you out to dinner or something? I could get a limo too if you'd like." Shrugging her shoulders, she looked back up at his face to gauge the suggestion. "If you're not interested, I'm sure I can find another way to make it up to you." Shoving her hands in her pockets, she fidgeted with whatever occupied them.

Raising an eyebrow at what she said, Jericho considered it, but then realized something. Wait, a limo? Others have made things up to him by getting him lunch and stuff, but never anything fancy like what Riyo was suggesting.
"A limo?" he blinked, "Now.. I don't think this is the case but just to be sure.. are.. you asking me out?"

"Yes, a limo." Some people seemed fascinated by them, so Riyo figured she'd throw it out there.
When Jericho asked her if what she was suggesting was a date, the feline's eyes practically bulged out of their sockets. "A-asking you out?" She squeaked, the color in her face increasing tenfold. "No! Nonono, I wouldn't- I mean, not because of you but- I mean- I just- ..." ********, all she'd wanted to do was something nice. The thought that he'd misconstrue her invitation for a date never even crossed her mind. Slinking down like a beaten animal, her ears folded against her head. Date... She didn't even do that...

Well damn. Her face had gone redder than his scales at that. That was a pretty good confirmation that wasn't what she had intended.
"Oh alright. That's cool then," he nodded, "People don't usually do anything too fancy when they grab me lunch so I just got a little confused there is all."

"Oh, okay. That makes sense... Wait a second." Her ears pointed upwards again, followed by a raised eyebrow. "... What if I had? Out of curiosity." Since he seemed so relieved that such wasn't the case. It shouldn't have surprised her. Not like she was girly... Or friendly... Or well endowed.
Well damn. What DID she have? Oh wait. Money. She had money.

"I'm.. not really sure how I'd react actually," Jericho said while furrowing his brow, "It'd just be a surprise since I didn't think you saw me that way."
Normally people didn't ask him out. Last time he had a girlfriend, he had been the one to make the first move so it was hard to say how he would react if someone had come up to him for that reason. It was nothing against Riyo.

"Oh... Okay." Was he just lying to make her feel better? Hell, it didn't matter. Riyo was putting too much thought into it. "Well I guess I'll pick you up at like... Seven?" ********, it did sound like a date. She wouldn't be able to stop thinking of it like a date now, would she? Jack help her if he dressed up for this or something.

There was a hint of amusement in Jericho's eyes.
"Alright, see you then," he nodded.
A part of him wondered if he'd need to get fancy or stuff like that for it. She was grabbing a limo after all.. most likely the restaurant she had in mind was a pricey one. Hm... he'd have to think about that one.

When the next day rolled around, Riyo still hadn't forgotten how awkward the situation was. Date... Ugh.
She'd made sure the clothes she wore were the same as usual... Classy. Well, it wasn't like she had anything casual to wear instead. Hm. Note to self, get casual clothes for just such an occasion. Though, after this the feline doubted she'd ever offer to take anyone to dinner again. It wasn't like she got sick every day. Even less that people helped her and didn't ask for something in return.
Oh well. Five minutes before she was due, the ghoul showed up at Jericho's door and used the same knock to announce her presence. Jack she hoped he hadn't dressed up.

Jericho couldn't quite figure out how he should go about as far as how formal or casual he should be. So, he tried and picked out a sort of medium, not quite being all dressed up but at the same time a little more than just a t-shirt and jeans. Oh, and he still wore his gauntlet. Just because.
Hearing the knock at his door, he made his way on over and opened up to see Riyo there as he expected.
"Yo," he greeted with a grin, "Well, I'm ready to head out whenever."

Oh Jack. He had dressed up. Sure, not as fancy as she was, but they certainly weren't his normal clothes. "Y-you didn't have to dress up." She pointed out, doing her best to concentrate on something else so red wouldn't splash her cheeks. Then again, where they were going people would probably stare if he came in wearing a plain shirt and jeans. Not that she really gave a s**t about other people.
"Limo's probably outside." She had hired a reliable service this time, trying not to think about the extra seeds she'd payed for it. Better to have a good driver than worry about whether they'd make it to dinner alive. "Lets go then."
Keeping her hands in her pockets, she led the way to where the vehicle would probably be parked, nervously fidgeting with a pumpkin seed in her pocket? Why was she nervous? This was ******** ridiculous. If he hadn't mentioned something about a date, everything would be smooth sailing.
As they reached the long, black traveling machine, Riyo didn't wait for the driver to get out, instead, she opened the back door herself. "After you, monsieur."
