Ashia Dangereuse Gaberiel looked up at the darken night sky full of twinkling stars. He smiles to himself as a warm breeze gently brushes against his fur. He had just come back to his homeland from a particular mission tried yet happy to be able to come back. He was in town near his home to get some supplies that would last him for a bit at his house. He did not keep things in his house if he was going to be gone for awhile. He also wanted a chance to check out a book store for some good reads when he was bored. Right now though he just wanted to soak in the nights fresh air. There was not many nights that he could simply enjoy his surroundings not having to worry about anyone pulling a knife on him or oh say a boom going off while your opening your car. Those are just a few of the everyday things he had to worry about. Why was it that chicks love that James Bond guy anyways? I mean really. The work he does is nothing like that and so far he had no time to romance a female. Too bad too. He would love to be able to just sit with someone and talk. It was a secret wish that he held onto dearly and would never admit to. He closes his eyes for a brief moment to take another lungful of the fresh air which brought a small measure of peace into his heart. (OCC: Do I need to change some things Song?)

Kikyou wandered throughout the town, a slight smile on her face. She had been sent here on a mission, but that did not mean she could not idle and take in the place's delights. She was even mostly unarmed-nothing but one shuriken hidden on her waist. She had even left her mask at home; a masked female stood out. If she blended with the crowd, there was no reason to hide her identity.. Her eyes were alert as always, however, and she scanned the crowd carefully for any sign of impending danger. Or, in fact, for her target. And yet it was neither of those things that caught her attention. It was a handsome male Faefox. She shook her head and mentally berated herself. This was not the time to be thinking about attractive males! And yet...something about him drew her over. She padded up to the darkly monochrome fox and gave him a polite smile. "Hello."

Gabriel slowly turned around his arms full of groceries. His eyes widens at the sight of a beautiful mysterious female who's race he cannot guss but her eyes held his. He gives her a charming smile. "Yes beautiful, what can I do for you." He was caught by her mysterious features as if in a spell. He wanted to get to know her more yet knew it was not wise. Did not mean however that he could not at lest flirt alittle before he had to get the groceries home. He briefly wondered what she was here for and what she would need him for.

Kikyou gave him a sly smile. "You look a bit overburdened," she said. What was she doing?! Flirting about when she had a mission...! Ah, but her goddess certainly wouldn't begrudge her momentary amusements, would she? "Would you like some help with those? I just couldn't help but notice." She said. Oh, that wasn't the only reason, but at least she had a vague pretense.

Gabriel nods with his sexy smile at her. "I would love alittle help from a gorgious female like yourself. If only I where blessed by the Goddess to have someone like yourself placed here to keep a lonely fox some company." Whoa did he just say that? That was a bit much for just flirting. He was saposed to get groceries then go home but he was finding the lonelyness hard to bear. Sure there would always be females that would make offers but he was not intrested in any of them. They would just be faceless, nameless female one night stands. Made his fur stand up at the thought. No he wanted someone around him to read to. To wait where are these thoughts coming from. He shoves them away to look back at the female who intreged him so. He handed her a bag that was neither light or heavey. "So what is a beautiful lady doing this fine evening?"

Kikyou wanted to melt under that smile. "You are too sweet," she said. She liked his flirting. Hadn't her sensei told her a thousand times that she was far too weak to masculine charms? But this wasn't her target anyway, why would it matter? Besides, sensei liked other girls, what did she know about men anyway? Still, if Kikyou were honest with herself, she would admit that she...well, she envied the easy warmth sensei shared with her mate. Even though sensei had a daughter by another woman, the two of them loved and trusted each other completely. Kikyou wanted that so badly. She was returned to reality when he handed her the bag, and was briefly a bit bothered-she could carry more than this easily!-but then recalled that he was not supposed to know that. "Just wandering the town, taking it in. I'm only visiting, you see." Oh, drat. Why had she told him that?!

Gabe chuckles while smiling and nods. "Well I planed on going to a book store seems how I am on vacation for a few weeks." He wondered where a sexy woman like her came from. She seemed to be sweet. "Maybe afterwards we could share a meal somewhere. I know this really good place up the street." For the first time in too long he felt like he was not alone. It was stupid to feel that way when she would leave after the meal if she wanted to eat with him that is. He focused back on her wondering what her response would be. His smile turns sexy again at the thought of sharing alittle more time with her. He knew it would be only a short time but surely he would be allowed this brief time with her. A few words, a nice quite meal. Besides all too soon he would be at his house in the middle of the forest reading his books.

Kikyou blinked. "Oh, I would love to see the bookstore," she said offhand. My, that was rude of her. She looked briefly embarrassed, but perked up at the idea of a meal with him. "Oh, I would like that very much!" She said, smiling rather flirtatiously back at him. Sensei would tell her it was a waste of time and she had a job to do, but sensei was a crotchety old lady anyway. "I f we are going to be eating together, introductions are in order, yes? My name is Kikyou." No last names. A little anonymity was her safety.

Gabreil chuckles noticing she gave only her first name. That was fine by him seems how he only intended on giving her his first name. Safer for both of them that way. "Well now it seems I owe you an aplogy for not indrocing myself earlyer. My name sweet lady kikiyou is Gabreil but you can call me Gabe if you like. I love how your name sounds. What does it mean?" He then winks at her and holds his hand out to her. "Bookstore it is then a lovely meal to complement the nice evening." He was in very good spirits. It was not every day he would allow himself this luxury. Being able to enjoy someones company no matter how inocent it might be. "What kind of books do you like Kikyou?"

Kikyou waved a hand dismissively. "I didn't either. No apologies necessary, Gabriel. Such a lovely name, it would be a crime to shorten it." She gave him her sweetest smile. "It is a type of flower. A bellflower, in your tongue, I believe?" She replied. Then, she put her hand in his, taking a deep breath as she did. "That sounds perfect," she said. Oh, sensei would kill her if she found out. The question about what kind of books she liked threw her a bit. "Well, I do enjoy histories," she said. Most of what she had read were technique scrolls and lessons.

Gabreil has a shocked look on his face. "Wow history. Very intresting choice Sweet Kikyou. I like some histroy's but I mainly go after action books or fantasy. I cant seem to help myself from getting sucked into them. Makes me sad when I have to put them down to do some trival task." He held the door open for her and waits for her to step inside before he lets himself in. There was nothing like the peace of a bookstore filled with millions of stories. So many to chose from. He smiles. "Maybe you can find a nice book here as well. It would be my honor to treat you to one for helping me out." He smiles at her with kindness that surprised him. He never felt much of anything except his lonlyness. He files it away figureing it was harmless enough.

Kikyou shrugged. "I...haven't had much exposure to fiction." She confessed. She really hoped he didn't ask about that. She was a bit surprised he held the door for her, but walked into the shop and found herself utterly overwhelmed. "I...will certainly look around, thank you." She said, smiling back at him. 'Some stoic ninja I am,' she thought. But it was all harmless flirting, wasn't it? She slipepd down one of the aisles, browsing the books contained therein with intense curiosity.

Gabreil walks in after her once she was in. He made sure that he was near her but not overly in her space. He did not want to spook her. "Take your time Kikyou. This is a place to enjoy oneself. I have nothing to do so I dont mind spending time in here." He says softly. Look at the spy lose himself to a set of pretty mysterious eyes. Great way to get killed but oh what a way to go. He thought to himself with a grin. He watched her look around the store reminding him of a kitten who is shy at frist of the mouse then starts to play with excitement. He leans back on a bookshelf waiting to see if anything crossed her path that intrested her. He bet that she would want more than one book. He himself got severial whenever he could. It would have been better to go to the libaray but did not want them angry at him because his missions took him away for long periods of time.

Kikyou's eyes flickered over to him, and a shy smile danced across her face. Just having him close to her was enough to make her happy. Certainly she was distracted from her mission, and horribly so. Her target could dance in front of her completely vulnerable and scream "KILL ME NOW" and she wouldn't be able to tear her attention away from these books and this male. As she walked, she selected a few titles-mostly fantasies, something she was intensely curious about. By the time she reached the end of the row, she had several books in her arms, and an expression much like a pout appeared on her face. "Oh, don't...don't think you'll have to pay for all of these for me!" She said, feeling bad for getting so many.

Gabreil watched her with a grin as she came up to him with several books in her hands. "What non-sence is this. Of course I will pay for them. I told you it would be my treat and I meant it." He then leans down and kisses her forhead. "Just accept. I can tell these would mean alot to you and it makes me happy to give them to you knowing you will enjoy them Kikyou." The sudden urge to wrap his arms around her was so strong he found his hands moving. Instead of hugging her like he desired he instead took half of her books and walked to the counter waiting for her to approch. "Was there any other books you wanted to read?" He asked with kindness. Where are these emotions coming from? Sure I am saposed to flirt but these urges to kiss and hug her. Where did they come from?He thinks to himself. Sure he has hugged and kissed before but never with real affection or emotion. Only to suduce information or pickpocket a target for an item. Boy am I in trouble when my saperious finds out that I have fallen for an angle with mysterious eyes whos name is kikyou. Might as well shoot me now. He chuckles at his thoughts not minding at all.
