if you go to other settings in the eshop and your downloads you can download now

For those having troubles finding their new NES games, in the eShop scroll all the way to the left and click on Settings/Other. Next scroll down to My Downloads and in there you will be able to download your 10 NES games.

The games themselves hardly take up any space on your memory card, 30-35 blocks for each one.
