Marzipanz It was the perfect day for little foals to frolic in the plains. Raider was testing his luck, trying to hunt in the tall grass. The blades managed to come up to his back so there wasn't any problem with crouching down to conceal himself. His blue orbs were locked on some prey, an unsuspecting little jack rabbit. If Raider could catch this critter he'd be impressive, right? They'd think twice before teasing him about his pinkness because they'd be so fascinated with his speed.
Raider crept closer and closer with every passing second and just when he was a bout a few yards off a twig snapped under the weight of his hoof, sending the rabbit into a frenzy as it dashed away. "No!" he shouted after the furry critter and decided to chase. He kicked off the ground and flapped his wings, hovering to see before landing again. It was all he could do at this age, just remain airbourn for a few moments. "Where'd you go my prey?" he called out as he continued to hop up and flutter before sinking back into the grass as he looked for the fluff. Chi Honda Today was one of those free days that Shirlyn chamberland had away from her crazy family. As much as she loved them every once in awhile she needed to take a breather from them. Her head was up in the clouds as she thought of everything she was escaping just for now. As she slowly walked through the blades of grass in a field not to far from where her family lived.
"If only I could find a stor..." she whispered before her words were cut short. She slowly looked up and she jumped back a little. Right in front of her looked like something with wings and it was calling out. Yet there was nothing out there from what she could see as she cocked her head to the side. All she saw was the winged person who was pink and black from what she could see. It was almost like someone from a fairy-tail her dad used to tell her. "Wow," she whispered amazed as she began to stare at the person foreign to her more curiously then ever, "...Is this the beginning of a new story..."
