I know the feeling. Most of my friends are in their early 20's, and still leave me feeling a bit old. I was complaining about how immature a coworker of mine was being to my wife, and she pointed out that I was almost the exact same at 21.

I am 26, though, I normally stay out of the 18+ gaia sites Only because, normally the people are more childish than anywhere...

Well getting started, I am kinda micro-managing the membership roster, and getting people in who I know are going to act their age. I have actually been passing some people up on my own friends list because I know they might be a little thin skinned, or somewhat confrontational when it comes to more controversial issues.

I also have a no warning policy to actual trolls. I shouldn't have to tell an adult that it is wrong to be deliberately hurtful, and I will not let a troll hide behind the guise of being a PC nazi either.

I only advertised my guild in two guilds I belong to, this one and RST, because the actives are all very awesome people, even the youngsters... xp
