 Whatch'all think? It's a work in progress, so some kinks still gotta be worked out. I'm going for an oligarchic state, similar to the Celestine Empire, but with three pony leaders who will represent the best interests of their people without being disconnected due to godhood. Yay? Neigh?

Much better, now just fix some of the little things, it looks torn, but not very worn, make some parts slightly lighter in color, also eliminate the pixelation around the hair (you can do it with a blur tool, just don't set the blur too high or it gets all distorted.)

I don't know what program you're using, so I cant really say what tools you have available to you, but some programs have a kind of "reverse burn" tool, which lightens areas slightly. I can take a crack at it if you would like.

Socailist is implied by naming it the ponies' republic, putting in "socialist" would be redundant. Lol, oops, I shoulda known that. sweatdrop Looks good to me. 3nodding The one problem I thought of with the PRE is that though it represents best everypony, the leadership is weak compared to the Celestine Empire and the New Lunar Republic. If they could guarantee the support of Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy, maybe they'd stand a chance (what with Sonic Rainboom Nukes and Fluttershy's Dragon Army), but OMG CELESTIA THROWS SUNS AT PEOPLE'S HOUSES.
