Zero was created by the late Dr. Albert Wily sometime in the early twenty-first century.Wily constructed Zero as a new robot, far more advanced than anything he had ever built before, with a power level far superior to that of any other construct.Zero was routinely activated in a semi-conscious state during his construction, and Wily spoke with him.Zero was aggressive and disobedient, and because of this Wily decided to seal him in a capsule. Decades later, in the early twenty-second century, he was awakened by a group of shinobi patrolling the northern border of lightning country. He was deactivated and taken to the Kumo prison where they waited for him to reactivate. several attempts were made to remove the armor from his body but none could seem to quite pull it off. The metal seemed to be a part of the person. When he finally did reactivate the guards were surprised when he proceeded to rip the cell apart using his bare hands.
he was halfway to the gates before he was ambushed by the village special jonin and cornered. As he knew he was beaten he held his hands up in surrender. Taken to the interrogation specialists they could find no way to inflict direct pain to the construct. By this time they were sure it wasn't entirely human.
