You want to take this little Heartless home with you? You must woo him... with your heart! Poetry is an excellent way to express your emotions! So pour out your heart and show this little fellow that you have plenty to offer him >D
Each day, for the remainder of the event, we will post a type of poem with it's defining traits. Your job is to write us a poem following that form using the theme 'Heartless.' The theme can be interpreted as you chose; be creative! You are only writing one poem a day, so put some thought into it!
Poems are to be posted HERE, in this thread. He might not see them if you post them in the shop and THEN how would you catch his attention?!
We are not yet sure how this will be scored; it might be whomever writes the most if people don't enter daily or it might be each poem is a raffle ticket. But we do know your chances will improve if you come back and enter successfully each day!

Hearth fire warms the skin chilled from night's air Enlightening flames speak to the weighted mind of man All is listless and lost in the quicksand of a soul rendering black hole Rifts creak and crack around him until he is distant and adrift Time lies with promises of hope and wisdom Lines of black and red mingle as words spill from his mouth Everything flares bright and hot -- he feels Something beyond the shadows hovering like vultures over his weary body Slice out the heart in the notion his no longer exists -- it did.
(...maybe this is why I stopped writing poetry!)

Wilted flowers waste away in the garden A broken woman sits waiting for her heart to return Seven years ago he left Taking her vivacity and will to live with him Every day she resembles the flowers more and more Decaying slowly in the burning sunlight
(So the Heartless bit is kind of obscure, but hopefully it is there enough?)

Hearts broken by time and hatred Endless darkness spans before them Anger, sorrow and envy feed its hunger Resolved like clockwork machines in their quest Trained in the shadows of the abyss Living in a paradoxical existence Eternities pass without meaning or change Stealing from others that which they once had Seeking what was lost in the darkness
