✖ Been here for three years now? Sounds about right... It's hard to believe time passes so quickly. I mean, my business only had two strippers when it started, and it was still only presentable in the first part. There wasn't even a stage to help us out. But time's been on my favor, now the house is bigger and I have a few more people on hand. Bela joined in some time ago, and it's kept things interesting. She's grown on me... and I like her. The way she acts around everyone else reminds me a bit of how I was back in my days as a stripper. Hopefully she won't be as stupid. Now there's another kid who joined in. I say kid because I'm sure he's not as old as he claims to be. Keith... he butts heads with Bela, but it's so amusing for me. Still it has to be tough on Matthew and Elizabeth... Well my amusement is more important than their sanity I suppose.

✖ ...I had thought I hired competent human beings. I thought I did! Not immature little brats that had to screw things up the night I leave them alone! Good damn! All they had to do was have the House running smoothly. No. They had to fight-no wait they didn't fight. Bela and Keith decided to try to hustle two customers... or something close to that. But one screwed the other over which left a naked man at my doorstep. ...Yes as surprising as it sounds I was pissed off at that. Blame the migraine. Yes blame that. Which lead to almost killing Bela when we got to our room. My room. This whole thing ended with kicking Bela out. It was time anyways... We were already getting on each other's nerves and trying to bring a guy there really was the last straw... even if he was very very handsome. But she'll get over it. She better.

Oh there was a treasure hunt going on too. It was... there really aren't any words for it. Besides having Bela's almost one night stand in my group, and two others who were just infuriating... I was held at gun-point with a shotgun by a teenager... because I insulted her. For some reason that made her demand a full make-session with an apology. ...Yeah... Who'd think this little island was boring?

✖ Well I'm known for making irrational decisions aren't I? Setting up my own business, hiring random people... repeating that last one again. First with Keith. Now with two men, Pip and Walter. Actually it was originally them and a woman. But from promising it went to hell. Somehow an officer came into the House looking for the woman, Integra. As luck have it she had gotten high before coming in... I had a feeling something was off, but I shrugged it off. Big mistake considering the officer went crazy and arrested all of us there except Matthew. And crazy is right because when we got to the station that was the thing we all agreed on, including her boss.

Now... of my new employees, there's something that catches my attention on Pip. Well, there's no point denying he's very charming... it's cute in a puppy sort of way. He also holds his own very well on the eyes. His braid is something curious. And... there's the eye patch. It's honestly a little odd watching someone else with one. He also made it very clear he's set his eyes on me... though I don't see that going anywhere.

✖ I have successfully made it through a season~ With all the changes and diversity I am honestly surprised. Things were hectic, so I took the chance to head to the beach festival. I'll have to admit, after being used to that chaos it was a little off to be by myself there. Sure it was nice but... it reminded me too much of how alone I am. Still ever since my last relationship... it's not as easy to trust anyone. Especially a guy. Bela's the closest thing I have, and... I haven't even talked to her much, honestly. It's just tough for me...

✖ A livelier festival came by. The tomato festival! I didn't really last that long... and I didn't take out as much people as I wanted... but the day might've fallen into fun. However cleaning after was painful. Damn tomatoes...

At the House things have been as lovely as ever. Integra came over to apologize for the whole fiasco about her being high and getting arrested. We smoothed things up a bit... I think... I'm still not sure. Of course Bela just had to be simmering all day, again. I'm not sure what's going on this time, but she's stepping bounds and toes. I don't like that. At all. Pip and Walter lent a hand there, or tried to... It was a slow so I sat down to talk to them. Turns out they are ex-mercenaries... I'm still taking that in. Maybe I went a little overboard this time with hiring them... then again they have been doing a good job so far. And Pip is certainly amusing... he keeps trying to win me over...

✖ So... I agreed to a date... with Integra. Well it was an apology sort of thing as she explained when she came over. A chance to explain herself. I figured it was fine, and honestly I was curious. We had a nice time actually. It was nice, calm... and I learned a lot about the woman, maybe a little too much but... She's had a rough life, and turned to stripping as her way of living. Sounds like me, though I didn't have it that rough, well not young. I guess we do have that in common. Now we've smoothed things over, but I'm not offering a job just yet. I might... depends on how things go.

✖ ...No more masquerades for me. Ever. Man, whoever said those things are uneventful is seriously mistaken. It had started off pretty well I'd think. I was invited for being business owner apparently but I didn't take anyone with me. I didn't really have anyone to take. Well there was someone but I put down that idea quickly. Oddly enough, he sneaked into the mansion. None other than Pip. It surprised me... as Walter said, that he sneaked in to see me. Persistent big guy. So we danced... and that's where it all went downhill. The lights went out and shots fired... As if I needed to hear another gunshot for the rest of my damn life! And then it got worse... so many bodies laying around... it was horrible. Pip left to help someone else... and it hurt for a moment, but I remembered that's how things work. No one is really there when you need them. Bela came over then, and I'm pretty sure she was way better composed than I was but... I doubt she has the fear of guns I have. I really do.

✖ I swear, Pip will be the death of me. I headed to work to find him and Walter along with some regulars already drunk. I didn't really mind that considering the House is a bar too. So I let them be merry... Pip had made it clear he liked me during these days. And he did once more when he kissed me... well french kissed me.. while drunk... I probably could've handled it better than smacking him off his stool and getting drunk upstairs but... When do I think things through? I just... wasn't expecting that... and any bold move like that...

He came over to my room the next day and apologized for being that way. I'm worried that I let him in and ended up agreeing to a date. He even brought me flowers. What am I doing? I can't do this... More than just an attraction? Not that I think I'm attracted to him. I'm not.

✖ So I had that date with Pip... It wasn't what either of us expected I'm sure. He was very handsomely dressed, I'm sure I knocked him out a bit with my dress but that's besides the point. Watching him try to cook was funny... and it didn't taste that bad, but mine were better. After that... well we started talking, and I asked him what he was after. Love... just what I couldn't give him. When I told him that, well... we got into a slight argument... He was hurt by that, really hurt... But damn it I have my reason. Besides love is just bunch of lies... it's an excuse for a person to hurt you. I can't go back to that... I won't... No matter what I may feel for-No I don't like him. I can't like him... but I can't lie to myself either...

Bela came over for some... girl time, and we talked for a while. I told her about my past. I mean I know so much about her, but she knows so little about me. And spending so much time with Pip... I needed to vent. I know she doesn't like Pip, but I think she'd be fine if I told her I did like him. I just don't want to admit. I don't want to get hurt again.

✖ I never really got the whole fairy thing. I believe in them yeah but... didn't expect to get gifts from them... especially a nice robe like the one I got. I'm serious it's nice.

So I went to that bidding activity. Just for fun. To get someone to work around the House. Guess. Just guess who I got? None other than the Captain... Pip. Damn Frenchman just won't stay away from me. From my plans or my thoughts. Since it was Pip, well I couldn't really use him for chores. I could... but that wasn't really right. So we had a date. But this one went just as disastrous as the other one. I made some seafood, and neither of us knew Pip was allergic to seafood. Enough to say we spent the rest of the night at the clinic getting him some help. Let's not forget that even when he was high on medication, he tried to kiss me again... That wouldn't have been so bad now... Yes! It would've! There's nothing there...

If I keep telling myself that... New Year's was packed. We were really busy at the House. Well we are the ones who carry alcohol, and New Year's goes with alcohol giving us the perfect recipe. Matthew seemed a little out of it though, but Walter took charge quick enough. Bela was being Bela... I believe she got into an argument with Keith. I didn't really pay it any mind since I rang in the new year with Pip. He kissed me there... and I kissed him back. I think that deserves a kick... so much for not feeling anything for him. Smooth me sent him after a fox after, and then finding out Keith had cut himself in a backroom... That was a hectic night. He's doing better now... but... things aren't the same. I worry... what made him do it in the first place?

✖ This guy... is really going to drive me up a wall. I don't understand how someone could be so persistent! I really don't. But he kept at it, and he kept at it so much, that I took a liking to that, maybe not a liking but... I didn't want him to stop when he did. ..So... I told him... He seemed, I think it was sorry, for what happened. I don't need anyone's pity... but he will prove it to me... Nothing will come out of that. I know it. Maybe I'm just leading him on... or maybe not... I told him from the start I didn't want anything serious. He's been persistent, and helpful... helpful... One thing has led to another, from a haircut to a night at his place. I might've been wrong... but not too much. Just the fact that I'm caring a bit for him... that's all I'll admit anyways.

✖ I should kill that idiot for stealing my eye-patch for that festival... Well I would but news have informed me that he's catatonic... I do feel bad, because I had taken a liking to him but... The whole story is still off... Bela seemed to be the most shaken up... But then again he did sue us so... It's a bunch of mixed feelings about him... Too many tho. I got to take my mind off of that to head to the mandatory wedding of our mayor. I brought Pip as my date, and we behaved, till mid reception I would say. Least no one died this time... I think Bela was trying to kill her date though... This place is crazy really.

✖ So I... Might've been wrong about Pip... We have been spending a lot of time together, completely ignoring part of that lawsuit but I am not caring who I ********. Not even if I get sued. Now I would love to blame all the wine in the world but... I think... there's something more than sex there. Love? Hell no. No. But, there could be something... and his delusion doesn't sound too horrible.... just having him there... in bed... would be nice... Basically we're dating, and it's going well. So is the rest of the place, the business. I'm good right now, too good.
