The lioness was on her belly. Allowing the light from above to radiate down onto her flank as she sunbathed. Very rejuvenating. Warming her entire body from head to toe. Even super heroes needed a break, right? Özge was under the illusion that her source of power came from the sun. It had to make sense, the female's golden swirls which traveled up her arm seemed to have a golden glow when in direct sunlight. In truth the female had no super abilities. The play on light tricked her eyes to believe her fur was shimmering when it was just the refraction of the strong beams against her glossy fur. Go figure.
It was a typical hot day in the savannah. Özge got into a scuffle with a couple when she poked her nose into the bickering pair's business. The lioness and lion resolved their argument to chase off the 'annoyance'. All in a day's work for Özge! But despite the quietness, the female wasn't all that bored. Figuring it was better to NOT be needed. It meant no evil was afoot.

Mircea was tired. He had still been wandering around for a while, but lately he had been missing his brother a bit more, not having seen the lion in a few months. They had decided to part ways, but it did not make it any easier to travel alone with no one as a companion.
Sure, he loved being out on his own and exploring, discovering new places and practicing abilities such as hunting, but there were times he would remember playing with his brother as cubs that he would miss.
The sun was relentless, his black fur only making him hotter as the bright entity in the sky continued to beat it's rays upon him. Lifting his head up, he looked around, trying to find something shady that would block the sun's direct light.

With a pleasant little smile splayed over her maw, the fem heaved a content sigh as she stared out at the savannah through half lidded eyes. The multicolored lioness folded her ears back to her skull, feeling the sting of a recent battle scar ignite from the slight movement of her panning ear. Her mouth was slightly parted to reveal the rows of sharp gleaming canines.
During her 'recharge' session which has lasted up to half an hour up until now, the lioness spotted movement along the brush. Opposite in direction of the periodic sweeps of wind which continually combed over the dried grasses. From this distance she couldn't quiet make out what she was looking at. So, squinting her eyes Özge strained to make out the black blob which bobbed as it ambled through the brush. With each of his steps, the lion became more and more distinct. Distinctly evvvvvil.
And in one fluid swoop Özge was up onto her paws, staring down the on coming lion. Clearly he had devious intent. "You there!" She hailed for the stranger, "Yes, you... come here!"

Mircea shook his mane a bit, trying to get some heat off of him, like that would work. He huffed out a breath as he scanned the area ahead. He then spotted something... colorful to say the least. Prodding a bit more toward it, he could tell that "it" was a creature at least and standing up. Deciding to investigate, he moved forward a bit more until he could see that it was a lionness.
He was about to continue when he heard her call him out. His ear twitched a little in annoyance. What could she want? And more importantly, did she know anywhere with any good shade. He sighed, prodding a bit closer to her.

Özge watched the male purposefully, with gleaming purple eyes following him with each and every step he took closer and closer to herself. The more distinct he became, the more Özge was certain he was a villain! That mixmatched face and dark eyes... pure evil!
But then, the lioness found herself looking for an ultimate enemy for ages now. Figuring a super hero needs a super villain. There are always opposites to coins. Unknowing to her was that Mircea already had his 'other half' if you will. His whiter brother.
Özge lowered her torso to the rock before lunging forward once she figured he was close enough. Landing with a 'thump' and kicking up some dirt. Defined muscles tensed and flexed under her festive looking coat. The lioness keeping a neutral expression as she tested the waters. "What are you doing stalking around the savannah, eh?" The question was asked casually enough, "It's a rather hot day. Wouldn't happen to be searching for innocents to sully?" Her stress on the word was accentuated with a firm stomp of her paw.

Mircea watched as the lionness jumped down. She was quite colorful to say the least. "I'm just wandering around mostly." He replied to her first question, after finally coming to a stop. Though with her second question he was a bit confused. What does she mean by that?
He made a funny face when thinking over he question. "What do you mean by innocents? If you mean gazelles or something, a lion has to eat somehow." He replied tail swinging a bit in irritation.

Özge smirked at the male's expression. He was an open book, clearly displaying his varying emotions making it clear on his face. His thoughtful expression was a funny one, mainly due to the dual coloration that masked his features.
It didn't lower her guard a little, but not by too much. He didn't sound evil... but he didn't sound 'good' either. Squinting one eye, the lioness pulled closer to the male, leaning merely inches between them. "Wandering, eh? Likely story!"
Pulling away sharply, Özge tossed her head. "You don't know what an innocent might be? Simple! Anyone or anything that can't fend for itself. I understand we have to eat, but if I catch someone bullying a prey animal for no good reason... why, thats plain evil!" The woman remarked, her voice shrill. "Understand?"

Mircea knew that he had a surprised look on his face now. "Bullying? Why would I do that?" He asked, his voice a bit high. His eyebrows scrunched together and he made a frown on his face. "I don't know what you're trying to say, but I don't like others accusing me of things that I'm nod doing." He replied.
He huffed a bit, unnerved that someone would say that he was mean. He didn't think he was mean, but he knew that he wasn't evil, which was what she seemed to be accusing him to be.

It was strange to see the array of facial features he displayed. He looked so different with each morph of his expression. It was sorta... memorizing. When he went on the defensive, Özge quirked a single eyebrow. Huh, he sure wasn't acting evil... Her mouth formed a small 'o' as she pondered how to react. "Well, are you suuuure you haven't ever tried to be evil? Not even a little?" Özge asked, giving the male a blatant elevator look.
Motioning with her paw towards his flank and face, "I mean. You just scream 'Evil doer' !" the lioness remarked rather bluntly. She lowered that same paw, back down, frowning a tad at Mircea.

He almost sputtered at the question. Really? Was she really asking him this? "No!" He shouted out, his voice going a pitch higher. He didn't want to sound like he was panicked, but he was more surprised than anything. "Why would I even want to do that?" He asked.
When she pointed out what he looked like, the fur on his back stood up a bit. He liked his coloring! And he thought it was a good compliment to his brother's! He felt quite insulted that she would assume that he was evil just because of his coloring. "You know, just because I have black fur and red doesn't mean that everyone who has these colors are 'evil'" He replied, almost spitting it back in disgust. He felt hurt that she would even accuse him of that.
