S'kiro woke up early in the morning. It was one of the rare times that his flits were quietly sleeping and Neptanth didn't need anything so early. He was use to getting up early, but normally it was for the chores of taking care of the beast around his home. Now it was a bit more with training and the blue dragon. He wouldn't change a thing though. He loved Neptanth and that wouldn't change.
Mine, what are you doing? The large blue head turned an eye at him as he was getting dressed. Are we going to see my siblings?
"Yes, we will go see them. I just was thinking of how it was before you found me." A scratch on the eye ridge with love sent along the path they shared. "Come on, lets go get some food and head to the lake to get you scrubbed."

Cepheith had beaten her up this morning and waited long enough to realize Hers was not getting up just yet before deciding to organize the pile of shiny things Narisa had gotten for this purpose. Usually, the vintner would scatter them around so that when one of the moods hit her golden lifemate, there was actually something to organize. Thankfully, these sorts of moods didn't seem to hit very often and Narisa had started to become better at finding ways to use the energetic outbursts to both their advantages.
So when she finally rolled out of her bed and moved about to check on Cepheith, the young queen was happily sitting next to her neatly arranged grouping of shiny things. It only took Narisa a few seconds to see that the gold had arranged them from largest to smallest.
"Nicely done!" She told the gold, giving the ever growing head a good scratch. "I should probably find some other things for you to organize besides shiny objects, huh?"
Thank you! And yes, you probably should. The shiny things aren't going to cut it every time. Cepheith agreed as she leaned into the scratching, eyes lazily slanting in pleasure. Her gut kept informing her that she was hungry, but she enjoyed the affection of Hers too. Maybe something more challenging? And bigger. I won't always be small enough to organize small shiny objects. Also, I am growing hungry, Narisamine.
The gold definitely had the growing part correct. She'd have to see what she could do to accommodate her size. "I'll see what I can find, I promise. And just let me change into some clothes and we'll go get you something to eat." with a gentle pat to her snout, Narisa moved quickly to dress before exiting their weyr and heading towards the Dining Hall. They hadn't gone far when the gold crooned happily towards a pair several paces in front of them.
Neptanth! She angled her head up so that one blue eye looked up at Hers. It is Neptanth, Narisamine! May we join them for breakfast?
Narisa laughed and threw an arm around the gold beside her. "Of course we can. But only if he and his want us to." She did not recognize the boy with the rather large blue, but she definitely knew the blue. She remembered him from the Hatching. "Good morning you two!" She called cheerfully towards the pair.

S'kiro was paying attention to a dry patch on Neptanth's tail, when he heard a voice. He turned to look and was almost knocked down by the blue, as he went to greet the gold and Hers. Cepheith! You are looking wonderful!
A soft laugh escaped as S'kiro felt the joy coming from His. "Good morning, umm.. Narisa?" He remembered her face, but wasn't sure the name was correct. That might be a problem in the future, but it would be an easy remedy. Mine, we will work on it. A confident saying coming from Neptanth. He made a gracious bow towards the gold.

Neptanth! You are looking as handsome as ever. The gold slipped out from under Hers' arm to meet her sibling. I think you've grown more! You might even rival me in size. She knew that the blue would not be as big as she when fully matured, but right now he was pretty close to her size. Offering another happy croon, she stretched her neck out and gave her sibling a nuzzle before standing next to him to regard their persons.
Narisa laughed again. "Good morning to you too..." Shards she was really going to have to learn names. S'kiro is Neptanth's. Narisa shot her dragon a grateful look as that warm honey voice helped her out. "...S'kiro." She smiled, nodding to let him know he'd gotten her name right. "If it's no trouble to you, Cepheith was wondering if we could join the two of you for breakfast? She's very happy to see Neptanth."
Yes! Narisamine and I would like to join you and Neptanth for breakfast. The gold echoed, speaking to S'kiro herself, as she was prone to doing. It was easier, in her opinion, to speak to someone instead of making Hers do the translating.

The blue turned to look at himself and back at the gold. He knew he was large for a blue, it seemed like most thought he would be a different color when he hatched. I don't think I grew that much. He nuzzled her side as they looked at Theirs. I would enjoy your company. He said to them all. Neptanth wasn't as prone to speak to others, but sometimes to get a point across, he would.
"Well, I guess that answers the question. We would be honored to have you join us." S'kiro was happy that he got her name right. "Neptanth was wanting to spend time with the rest, so it seems like the timing is right for all of us." He held up his arm for Narisa as was polite to do.

The gold gave a snort in amusement and looked over her blue sibling as well. She'd also picked up thoughts of how there had been some surprise to see a blue tumble out of that egg instead of a bigger color. Nonsense! You've gotten bigger since the last time I saw you. Cepheith's tail flicked back and forth and a happy rumble rose from her chest at the return nuzzle before she let her blue gaze rest between both Theirs.
Narisa smiled at the dragon pair, glancing back over at S'kiro. "I guess that does." She had been only a little surprised hearing the blue's voice in her head, so used to the warm honey tone that was her bonded's. "I'm very glad we aren't troubling you. And Cepheith too. She likes being able to see the others when she has a chance." Still giving the boy a smile, Narisa slid her hand to the arm offered. "It does seem like we had great timing today. Say, if you two don't mind, maybe after breakfast we could all head down to bathe and oil the dragons?"
Cepheith seconded this idea with a quick croon. Yes. We should go to the lake after eating. My skin itches again. The gold informed Hers. Though Narisa had already picked that irritating feeling up from her bonded as well as spotted the offending patch of dry skin.
