This will hold all of Skipper and Brock's role-plays between the two foxes. Please do not post here, Logs are from self-role-play or in thread with other people in which both foxes are involved. :3 Noodles: *Note: I will probably do two paragraphs per post, not counting speech.

Role-Play One It was quite out. Oddly quiet. Since their time starting together, Brock was not used to such silence. When he first met Skipper, many, many years ago, he had gotten used to the usual shouting of the half pirate half prince. He got used to how he would walk around the house and demand things happen then and there, without a second thought. And with that, he had grown to love that boisterous, bossy attitude the black haired male had. At first he was intimidated by him, and refused to so much as talk to him, knowing that the male was of a higher grade than himself. But over time he adjusted to that as well.
Brock could remember the day he had taught the Prince to surf. He remembered the soaked male when he climbed to shore, sputtering and snarling at him. Brock could remember all of that easily. After all, when they first met, Skipper hated the water. He had claimed that pirates belonged in the air, just as his mother was before him. But all that changed over time. It took several months, but eventually Skipper adjusted to the water that Brock loved, and they learned to love it together, without a doubt in their mind. Needless to say, that was before their family begin to sky rocket out of control.

After the first few months of them living together in the home by the sea, Brock and Skipper were graced with their first litter of kits. Skipper was frightened, but Brock remembered how easily parenting came to them. They raised their first batch, two boys and a girl, with little problems, except for the fact that somehow, their little girl became lost to them (but not to worry, she came back later and was re-united with her family. But that's another story all together). Soon enough, their two sons moved out, one going off with his love, the other moving to a secluded area. And the house was once more empty, save for Skipper and Brock.
Letting out a small, bored sigh, Brock hopped off the couch he had been lounging on. His ears flicked, before he walked forward quietly and peered around a few corners. Skipper was no where to be found. It almost worried Brock, but he allowed it to slide for now, as he continued to look for his mate. His tail flicked lazily behind him, his ears pinning every so often as he looked from one room to another. He had to be somewhere in the house. The two rarely went anywhere without each other. Sighing, he sat down by the staircase, his eyes narrowed behind the sunglasses he almost always was wearing.
"Skipper! Where are you, man?!"

Hearing his mate downstairs, the angelic fox responded with a somewhat bored tone of his own, "What is it, Brock? Ya know I hate to be bothered sometimes!"
Ears perked, Brock scampered up the steps two at a time. He trotted down the hall, and toward the study he very rarely entered. After all, Brock wasn't the studying type. He was more so the play around and do whatever he liked type. He grinned, letting his tail swish, before he sat quietly beside Skipper. the pirate was working on a map before him on a desk, scouting some areas, and writing a few notes as he went. He seemed to ignore his mates presence for the longest time, before his blue eyes flickered over, locking on Brock.
"Aye?"
Brock smiled that one hundred watt smile, his tail swaying, "Let's go do somethin'. Like, surf, or somethin'. Do you know how long it's been since we went surfin'? Too long! So come on. Let's do it, man!"
Skipper pursed his lips, his ears flicking. Surfing. He hadn't done so since before the bowls had came so many moons ago. His mind wandering, the half pirate half Cosmos turned his attention back to the map. He could hear the disappointed sigh in his mates voice when he did so, but his mind was really far too occupied. Peeking toward Brock from the corner of his eye, he saw that sullen look; the fallen, depressed stare the usually happy fox had when he was around him. Smirking lightly, the black haired male shifted his stance, and stood, walking quietly out of the room, knowing Brock would be right on his tail.

Skipper walked quietly into their actual bedroom, which was as tidy as the rest of the house. As it turned out, the pirate didn't like mess too much. It was probably his smaller mother, Massa, who had carried that gene that traveled to the oldest son. The male shifted, grabbing a bag, and loaded up a few things in it: a large blanket that would fit two, a couple towels, a bottle of rum, and his swim trunks. He pushed the bag over toward Brock, before walking toward the door. The blue male smiled brightly, grabbing the bag and running after his mate happily.
"All right, but we're not going to stay out there until six in the morning like we did that time, ya hear? I have stuff to do for me mum."
"You got it, babe! You're the boss!"
Smirking at the answer, the angelic Noodle walked quietly down the steps with his hyper lover in tow. He moved easily down onto their practically private beach, since rarely anyone came down that way except for family. Stripping of his coat, undershirt, pants, and boots, he dug around in the bag for the swim trunks. A cat call from his mate made him pause, before throwing the rolled up blanket at him. Brock laughed, ducking just in time for it to graze his ears, before watching Skipper hurriedly pull on his swim trunks, before sending a sharp glare Brock's way. The surfer grinned cheekily, before trotting over toward his mate, tail swaying.

Brock smiled, in that flashy way he did, before he sat down near his mate, waiting patiently. Skipper took his time, setting out a few things, such as the blanket and rum, before he sighed, eying Brock apprehensively. His ears flicking, the half alien moved toward the water, knowing very well Brock had his board somewhere around here. True to his thought, the surfer quickly managed to get two boards out of no where, and push them into the water. Skipper quickly took his, glaring at the water with a look that threatened it if it tried to even hurt him, before he started to paddle out. Brock followed suit, his tail swaying some, using his front paws to paddle.
The couple made it out rather quickly, before both turned their boards around. With a smirk, Brock nodded his head, and let himself be pulled back by the tug of the wave. He stood up easily, his paws planted firmly, before the rumble made him relax. Skipper, on the other hand, was gripping his board as tightly as he had the first time he'd surfed. He glared at the water. Unlike his mate, he was not feeling it like Brock would, and instead, was just letting it take him wherever, not moving with it or any other thing that would aid him in his half hearted attempt to surf.

The wave took them around part of the beach. Skipper held his own, though his body seemed stiff and unwelcoming to the sensation. Where as Brock did everything he could, moving like a natural surfer, his ears flicked up, body relaxed. Near the end of the wave, Skipper fell in, unable to hold any longer. Seeing his mate go under, the water born fox dived in quickly, and swam to the angelic. He hoisted him up onto his back, swimming him over toward shore. Skipper grumbled, panting some, before moving over to the towels. He dried off, before he laid himself down on the blanket. Worried, Brock followed.
"You okay, babe? That was a hard crash."
"I am fine, Brock. Just... Sit." Skipper muttered.
Shifting some, Brock laid down carefully beside his mate. He watched as Skipper opened the bottle of rum, and started to drink straight from it. The pirate glared at the sea, his blue eyes dark, before he sighed and shook out his hair, causing tiny water droplets to shoot away from him and land on the blanket and sand. Brock stared for a few moments, before he leaned and lightly nudged at Skipper's jaw, trying to comfort him some. It took a moment, before Skipper finally relaxed, and laid his head down on his own paws.

Brock sat quiet for a moment, but only a moment. He was never one to really like sitting still.. or silence for that matter. Shifting his stance, the fox laid his head lightly over Skipper's neck. He felt the tension in his mate, before it slowly disappeared. Smiling some, he closed his eyes, and began to sing an old song he remembered from Hawaii, his tail swaying lightly to the sound of the music he made. Skipper blinked, before his eyes slowly closed, and he relaxed more and more. He let his eyes open after a few moments, eyes flickering to stare at the night sky. He wasn't sure when night had fallen, but it didn't matter much to him right now. He was quite content where he was with Brock.
The humming continued as Skipper analyzed. Being a Cosmos, he knew how to read the stars, and listen to their voices. He stared quietly, before his ears flicked some, and he tilted his head to stare toward any part of his mate he could. Brock felt the movement, and shifted to lift his head, staring down at his mate with a somewhat curious, yet concerned, look on his features. It was rare that Skipper had a look like that. It was almost scary. That loving, adoring look that the pirate seemed to wear only when he was around his children. And, well, when Brock did something amazingly right.

"Something wrong, babe?"
"I want to have more children."
Brock blinked, staring with a somewhat slack jaw. ".... come again?"
"I want to have more children."
"You sure about that, Skipper? We barely survived the last bunch!"
"We did fine. And I want to. The stars have told me that I am ready once more... And our house is empty. I want more, Brock. End of story." Skipper said, his eyes flickering some, before looking down.
"... Stars huh?"
"Don't argue with me on that again. You know my species." He grumbled softly, head lowering to rest on his paws in a somewhat rejected look.
Staring for a few more moments, Brock smiled. He shifted to get closer to Skipper, his tail laying over his mates, nuzzling at his neck lightly, before he gave him a soft kiss on the cheek. Skipper blinked, looking up at him with that somewhat scared, yet anxious look to his eyes. Brock nodded his head, saying in his own way that he'd love to as well, before Skipper smiled. He laid his head against Brock's chest, with Brock's head over his own, before closing his eyes. Brock started humming once more. The couple relaxed lightly, the starts twinkling above as they listened to the quiet crash of the waves.
They were going to have more children... Eventually.
