The job descriptions are as follows(Not much actual work required, really; more like extra power within the RP itself):

President
>Inside the actual RP-- Has authority over eveyone within VOG. It's his/her job to keep the members in line until VOG's needs as a whole are met, meaning until all or most Heroes are wiped out, then its his/her job to disband the organization and let the previous members run amok.
>Outside the actual RP-- His/Her duty outside running things in the RP is looking over the member-submitted suggestions and considering them. If he/she deems them worthy of further consideration, the he/she will bring the suggestion to the attention of the rest of the council, where they will debate about whether it will work or not. If he/she doesn't deem the suggestion worthy, then the suggestion is placed out of mind but not deleted, in case it can be accepted in the future.
In addition, the President also has the power to inform the guild Captain if any members deserve to be banned.

Vice President
>Inside the actual RP-- Has authority over the VOG members excluding the President. He/She also serves as a "substitute" president, is case the real President can't be there for important events. He/She is also the heir to the President title if the President is unable to serve any further; This includes being missing for more than a week with no trace, being unable to serve because of an illness or injury, resignation, or death.
>Outside the actualy RP-- The Vice President has a strong influence over the decisions made on suggestions made by VOG members. Also, any suggestions he/she may make will be taken into automatic consideration by the council.

Secretary
>Inside the actual RP-- Is like a personal assistant to the President. He/She takes orders from the President and distributes them to the recieving VOG member. He/She is generally the closest to the President, as they both have their desks in the same office, even though the secretary's desk may be significantly less impressive than the President's.
>Outside the actual RP-- The Secretary will bring up any past suggestions made by members that may be a good fit in the story that the President may have disregarded. He/She has influence over the decisions made.

Sentinel
>Inside the actual RP-- Is the "law enforcement" within VOG. He/She keeps the members from starting a civil war within VOG that could distract from the common goal. He/She is also the only one, aside from the President and Vice President, who is allowed to punish other members.
>Outside the actual RP-- He/She would keep track of the VOG members and make sure they aren't breaking the rules. If they are, he/she would issue three warnings to the member, then report to the President of their misdeeds. The sentinel also has influence over the decisions made.

Janitor
>Inside the actual RP-- Janitor is just a word. He/She must have a strong stomach, a bit of mental illness, and a lust for blood, because in all truthfulness, he/she is more of an interrogation officer. If I'm not being specific enough, think "the Spanish Inquisition." The title Janitor comes from the blood they have to clean up.
Note that RPing victims must consend to any interrogation, as they also must consend to coming to the underground lair in the first place. If the Janitor is itching to make someone suffer, then he/she can simply make up a nameless victim and have at them. Just make sure to keep the descriptions of the gore in moderation.
>Outside the actual RP-- The Janitor has influence over decisions made within the organization.

Please PM an application to the acting guild captain (Fluffy the Evil Villain)stating why you think you should be on the Council. Make sure to mention things like what position you want and why you think you would be good for that. You will be considered and informed in a formal and polite manner whether you have the position or not.
