TAKEO
"People have occasionally likened me to a grease-fire. Burns hot, and hard as HELL to stop once it starts. I like the analogy, but there's a flaw. A grease fire doesn't have fists."

Da Basics -

Name - Takeo. ... Just Takeo. He won't tell anyone his last name.

Gender - Male

Allegiance - The Legion

Path - Fighter.

Under the hood !

Personality-

Fiery - Deep in Takeo's heart a fire rages, a veritable inferno that would have engulfed him, had he not already given himself over to it, let it permeate every facet of his being. It courses through him, and influences every action and reaction he makes. In matters of the mind, Takeo calls upon this well of fire for passion, burning white hot. His emotions flare bright and high from deep within him, and he is known for his extreme outbursts of emotion, whether they be boisterous joy or roiling hatred. He sees no reason to avoid being a thrall to his temper, for in those peak moments, those times where he is the paragon of his own humors, he finds a degree of comfort and, to him, what feels like purity. No doubt, no regret, no remorse. This applies to his fighting style as well, a wide, sweeping thing like a frenzy that waxes and wanes in mystifying patterns.

Stubborn - If any merit can be given to the 'grease-fire' analogy, it lies in his insurmountable, indomitable, nearly mulish stubbornness. Where many a less-willful, more sensible man would call it quits, Takeo presses ever onward, despite adversity and opposition, using tooth, nail, fist, and fury whenever necessary. This will often land Takeo in a great deal of trouble, for part of being stubborn is not knowing when to quit. If Takeo lacks any traits to a severe degree, he lacks discretion and common sense. He fights ever onward, even when others would call him bested, even when it causes him great pain to do so, for Takeo believes that to give even an inch of ground is to lose all of it, and that to stop is to burn out and cease to be. Many a time he has risen, battered and bloodied, from the crumpled heap he had been beaten into by stronger foes, to resume his stance and begin again. Each time, his foes shake their heads in admiration, laugh, and call a truce, for they can see that they only have so long before they wear out on their own, and are bested by Takeo.

Narcissistic - Part of that bull-headed stubbornness draws its roots from Takeo's belief that he is a perfect physical specimen, and is unstoppable by sole virtue of his own martial superiority. He can often be found by the serene lakesides and roaring waterfalls near which he trains, admiring his own reflection in the water's silvered mirror of a surface. Whether he makes a conscious choice to train in those places for their myriad ways in which to inspect himself, or whether he unconsciously enjoys the peace and tranquility they provide and merely capitalizes on the opportunity, is a mystery even to him.

Dedicated - If any part of Takeo is universally admired by those he meets, it is his utter dedication. He turns his entire being to any endeavor he involves himself in, and refuses to accept any outcome other than total victory, absolute stunning perfection, or utter annihilation. For Takeo believes that if he doesn't hit the limit of his abilities, doesn't press past them and soar, he shouldn't have even expended the energy in the first place. It may seem like an extreme method with which to handle things, but the results show. Takeo's body has been honed to a fine edge, corded muscles twisting beneath the surface of his skin, merely an interim until age brings him bulk and even more strength. His forms are tight and fluid with endless hours of repetition, and he is confident and at ease when he applies them.

Proud - This dedication, this devotion to absolute perfection in all things, comes from his pride and his incredibly high standards for himself. He takes great pride in his body, his spin on his martial style that he is developing on his own, and his abilities. Any obstacle that he feels to be below him, that prevents him from fully demonstrating his perceived potential, gets overlooked and passed by Takeo. He will often ignore what he thinks to be lesser foes and issues, and this often makes him seem condescending, when in reality he's only condescending half the time. This isn't to say, however, that he backs away when challenged by jeering that he's too good. Takeo is no stranger to laying out beatdowns to uncouth hecklers, and is even known to enjoy it sometimes.

history - coming soon lol
