Squad 13 members are able to call forth their zanpakuto spirit or the spirit/being they represent to fight for them.

Side Effects
With the new guild system being used, you do have a choice as to what you wish to do. If you wish you can use the boosts that the new system gives or you may use my system which is as follows.

While you zanpakuto's spirit or the spirit/being you represent is out, you are unable to attack. You must rely completely on your zanpakuto or that spirit to protect you from harm until they either return to the sword of their own accord or you return them to the sword.

A Note From Ichirou Hibiki
Because of this squads ability, i am allowing any person of this squad to use the Tamakai ability without the training. This basically means, while all others who wish to use Tamakai will need to have training, anyone of squad 13 wont need the training.

Spirit’s Biography:
Kousetsu has been with Kisara ever since she was young. He has been her life long companion and is almost like a brother to her. They can often be caught arguing about something that has happened. Although not much is know about Kousetsu's past in general.

Shikai Attack One:
Snowy Illusion
~ Kisara creates a snow field illusion. Within this field her opponents vision is limited to just shadows within the blizzard taking place within the illusion. This illusion only lasts for 5 of my posts, counting the post upon which it was created. All ranks have their vision limited to the same, except that Captain's are able to actually see their opponent but their opponent is a bit blurry. Kisara's vision for this illusion is not impaired so she can see everything perfectly fine. ((This is pretty basic it creates a field of snow that isn't real))

Shikai Attack Two:
Freezing touch
~ Kisara freezes whatever touches her sword. The freezing only lasts for 3 of my posts, starting with the post it was cast. Anything her sword touched from the moment it was cast, is frozen with something that is like perma-frost. Meaning that the object isn't completely frozen but their movements are impaired for a short period of time. The effect is the same for all ranks. ((Pretty much freezes the person, or objects, outer body without harming the internal workings))

Shikai Attack Three:
Diamond Daggers
~ creates ice daggers from the humidity in the air. The amount of daggers that will appear in the air will change depending on the humidity of the air. The more humidity the more daggers. Although, usually as a last resort, Kisara is able to use a bit of the water from her own body to create only a few ice daggers if needed. The dagger's she controls with slight movements of her body so as to have a greater chance of hitting her target. Of course this is not the case all the time and the dagger's have been known to miss.

Bankai Attack One:
Frozen Towers
~ Creates large ice structures when her sword is stabbed into the ground. This attack can also increase the humidity within the air, making her attacks from shikai up to her second bankai much more powerful. This change in the land only lasts for 5 of my posts since it can be draining on my character should it remain active for any longer then that.

Bankai Attack Two:
Frozen Death
~ Completely freezes the area she is in. A circle will form beneath her feet and form out from her giving the circle a good 300 degree radius. Anything within this circle is completely frozen. If someone is caught within the attack, they too are frozen but they will not die from this attack. This attack is more of a safety mechanism for her allies to protect them from harm. Should anyone be caught with in this attack, they can not be harmed by any other attack but Kisara's. The freezing effect on a living being isn't complete. The internal organs can be frozen but only to the point that they are slowed down. Meaning that the organs would be working at a much slower pace, again not enough to kill someone but it would be like they are within a suspended animation (Meaning asleep or something close to it). Of course this effect only happens when the ability is cast. After the ability has been cast, it simply makes the area harder to fight on for Kisara's opponents, since it will be slick just like in rl.

~ Vizard Mask ~
~ Vizard Hollowfication ~

~Hollow Mask~
The Vizard remain in complete control while wearing their masks, the Vizard use their Hollow powers to augment their existing Shinigami abilities, granting them massive increases in speed, stamina, and strength. The only known side effect in donning their Hollow masks is the specific time limit, which varies from user to user. Fortunately, there is a remedy to this problem: Training (but to what extent is currently unknown). Every time their masks are used, the Vizard's voices echo as a consequence of both their normal voice and their inner Hollow's voice speaking simultaneously.

It is also known that during fights Vizard's Mask does cracks or even pieces falls off but they can repair their mask completely by using their reiatsu to do so as long their is a piece of their mask that still remains on their face. But if a Vizard's Mask is ever completely shatters off their face by an attack or even if the Vizard reach their time limit, the Vizard reverts back to normal and it will take them at least five minutes before they could go Vizard once again.

~Mask Protection~
Body damage can seemingly be ignored while wearing their masks, but this one factor that can cause the mask to crack or even chip faster.

~Power Augmentation~
With the acquisition of the mask through the subjugation of one's inner Hollow, Vizard gain access to an additional and separate source of power - aside from the Shinigami powers they already possess - Hollow powers. The accumulation of both powers greatly augments their powers beyond what a Shinigami and/or Hollow alone would be capable of.

~Reiryoku Enhancement~
Vizard have dual spiritual power of both Shinigami and Hollow, which enhances their abilities. Also while in Vizard the Shinigami seem to act a little more hollow like due to their hollow within them.

~Cero~
Vizard gain access to certain Hollow abilities, such as the Cero blast. To see the full description of cero go to the Arrancar Skeleton (New) and read it under the post that says "Hollow Abilities."

~Telekinesis~
Vizard apparently hold varying degrees of telekinesis; Vizards are only able to use this ability on their own zapakuto so with a flick of their wrist they could bring their blade back to their possession.

~Sonído~
Vizard also gain access to this Hollow ability, but they can only use it when they enter "Full Hollowfication" by giving up on Shunpo (Flash-Step) Vizard obtain Sonído. To see the full description of sonído go to the Arrancar Skeleton (New) and read it under the post that says "Hollow Abilities."

Biography

Kisara Nightroad once went by the name of Kisara Kaicho when she was first within the Seireitei. She vanished suddenly from the seireitei without giving any word to where she was going. Years after her sudden disappearance, Kisara has finally returned to the Seireitei but still will not offer any reason for her sudden disappearance. With the return of her daughter, Isabella, Kisara has taken back up the name of Gojiro Kiryu.
