Everyone knows where the VOG HQ is. It's common knowledge. Sometimes young hooligans come up, knock on the door, and run away snickering, thinking they've pranked the Villains.
And why should they be scared? After all, on the outside, HQ is just a well-maintained general store-looking building with a nappy-looking sign on the front reading, "VOG- ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK". VOG is a total joke to most people.
If one were to enter, the place would be badly-kept; graffitti on the walls saying things like "Villains RULE!" or "Down with Heroes!". There would be clutter and dust everywhere, and a small poker table with too many chairs around it marked "meeting table".
It's a total joke... until you insert a wooden quarter found in the left-hand desk drawer of the counter into the outdated soda machine, input the password in the key pad, and proceed smugly down the stairs that are revealed under the counter. That's right; the shabby outer building is just a red herring. A sham in case of a Hero attack.
The first floor you proceed to is the common room. It's the room where most conversation not ascertaining to VOG's common goal takes place.
The second room down is the broadcasting room, where various threats and vulgar language can be spewed to either the public or just the Heroes.
Note: If you wish to broadcast something, please contact the Guild Captain with your message, in RP form if you wish, and send your threats/gloating words/vulgar language to your enemies in either anonymity or with full credit! Messages that are broadcasted will be repeated verbatim!
The third room down is the meeting room. The walls, tables, chairs, and other solid furnishings are made of obsidian, while the curtains are woven gold. The television/projection screen is 30 feet tall. Each seat has paper and a fountain pen accomodating it.
The fourth floor is the housing and cafeteria. The housing is for Villains who enjoy having more than one house. The cafeteria is for hungry Villains. The description may be silly, but it's useful.
The fifth floor is for storage and weaponry.
The sixth floor holds the President's/Secretary's office at the end of the hallway, the Vice President's office on the right, and the emergency exit on the left.
The seventh and final floor is the prison, for clumsy Heroes who got in the way, and for loudmouthed witnesses who Villains could just do without.
