Rules and Tips For Editing:
This is official art, which means you need an official character to create a ring. Sorry, but these templates cannot be used for quest characters!
Please do not edit the lineart! These are for coloring only, and it would be kind of impractical to have a bunch of extra doodads on a ring.
You should use only one color to draw your insignia. These are signet rings, used to stamp or otherwise leave marks on letters. You can look up real signet rings and stamps to get an idea!
However, you CAN take some more liberties with the ring's base color!
To get a bit of an embossed effect, do the following:
Draw your insignia on a separate layer from the base color. Go to the Effects menu for that layer and add an Inner Shadow effect. The distance should be 1pt, length 1~2pt, and the angle should be around 50~60 degrees. If the result looks a little too sharp for your liking, you can add a small Gaussian blur to the insignia layer. Remember to post them here when you're done! Knights get only one ring apiece, so we need to keep track of them. It's also just nice to show off your handiwork!
If you don't have Photoshop or aren't certain about your drawing ability, you can always ask a friend to draw an insignia for you! However, you should still be posting your character's ring.
