He'd wandered far from home today. Not like his mother and father payed much attention to where their foals were. His whiskers twitched as he stopped in a clump of trees and looked around. Yawning lazily he walked over to a tree and scratched it's trunk up before turning tail to it and releaving himself. Why not stake claim now on this little area when he was out of his father's area? Old wolf wouldn't see him nor would he care.

The young filly trotted through the trees, she had been following a butterfly and had been seperated from her family. She looked around at her surroundings with a slightly confused glance, wondering where she was before she heard a strange noise, similar to something ripping but not quite. Curious, Meyra headed toward the noise, noticing a blue male next to a scratched up tree. She moved slowly toward him, about to ask if he knew what had caused the tree to be scratched up before realizing exactly what the male was doing. She stumbled back, crashing through the bush behind her, slightly the red ting to her cheeks darkening as she blushed. "S-sorry!" she yelped at the colt, scrambling to turn and run, the small branches of the bush tangling with her legs and making it very difficult.

He let out a menacing chuckle as he heard the scrambled sound and stalked towards the white filly like a cat on the prowl. Once close enough, he sneered and looked her over like a predator does it's prey. "You should be sorry for even coming cross one such as I." His tail flicked and his eyes narrowed." Filthy little creature." He snarled.

Meyra stopped scrambling and steadied her gaze on the strange soquili when he spoke insults, not managing to remove herself from the bush before he got there. She frowned at him nervously, her embarassment disappearing as she looked him over, at the same time thinking about the best way to react to his words. "Such as you?" she asked, before finally stepping forward to get out of the plant, and moving herself closer to the skinwalker. It wasn't the direction she wanted to move in but it was the only one to get her out of the bush. She kind of cringed at the words he used to describe her. "Y-you should try and be nicer..." she told him in a quiet tone, lowering her eyes as she tried not to think about the possibility of truth in his words. "You'll never make friends that way...."

He gave a bone chilling chuckle as his ears flicked back and pressed against his head. He advanced on her, digging his claws into the earth. "I, my unfortunate little morsel am a Pure walker. And you.. you pathetic little ingrate.. are beneath me. I have no interest in making friends as you put it... I'm much more interested in making you bleed. I want to hurt you. And I will hurt you... I will see you bleed.." He readied himself for the chase.. he wanted her to run.. flee from him.

The small female shuddered at his laugh her eyes lifting back up to stare at him, her ears drawing back in fear. She shivered lightly at his words, especially when he called 'his unfortunate morsel' She dug a hoof in the ground nervously before moving to the side as he neared her,her ears drawing back even farther. Shivering again she began to back up slowly, no longer having the irritating bush behind her to block her movements. "I think I like the idea of becoming friends a bit better," she squeaked nervously, her tail flicking slightly. Her olive colored eyes stared in to his golden eyes and upon noticing the glint in them, malice she thought was the best word to discribe it, she quickly turned tail and made a run for it, starting a full gallop and hoping she'd be able to outrun the other foal.

She darted much to his delight. A sinister smirk painting on his maw, he dug in and launched himself after the filly, letting out a small growl as he galloped after her. His tail he utilized as a rudder and his claws.. were his cleats great for traction and speed. It wasn't long and he'd closed the gap between the two of them greatly.

The filly could hear her persuer gaining on her, she glanced over her shoulder at the blue male before making a sharp u-turn around a tree and leaping over a thorny bush before continuing on her way, she was starting to recognize the area from the various games of tag with her siblings. The white foal shifted her direction, heading for an clearing she knew of that was full of rabbit holes that were hard to notice unless youu knew they were there. Maybe he'd stick his foot in one and she'd lose him, of course maybe she'd stick her hoof in one and then he'd catch her... She shook her head and charged forward, better to take the chance rather then stick around and let the mauling be for certain.

He smirked even more as she turned and using his tail to balance him, he followed along behind losing a bit of ground in the process. Griting his teeth together, he pressed himself to go faster, leaping over the bush with ease. He was nearly on her now. He could smell her once again feel the fear dripping off of her and it only served to fuel the dark obsession the hungered for the pain of others.

Meyra led him into the clearing, slowing slightly so she entered at a pace that would allow her to move through the maze of holes without much ajustment of her steps. Her fear had been cloaked and consumed by adrenaline that seemed to slow everything down. She made it most of the way across the clearing before she glanced back at the purewalker, slipping into the trees on the otherside of the clearing as she looked.

Still he raced after her, unprivy to the trap the filly was setting for him. He was almost too eager to get there to make the catch. a dangerous thing when one was out of their usual stalking grounds. He was out of his element here. this was her area and just as it dawned on him the error he'd been making his paw slipped into a hole. His growl turned into a surprised yelp ans he went tumbling to the ground head over tail.

The female felt a wave of relief as the male fumbled, pausing for a moment. After deciding that it was too dangerous to go back and see if he was injured or not, she took off running again, heading straight for the cave her family called home. "Sorry!" she shouted over her shoulder, "But my mom forbid me from being attacked without her permission, so I got to go!" The young filly continued at full speed until she made it to safety, where she made up some excuse to tell her family for her absense and the fact she had been running, and settled at the back of the cave to rest and regain her energy for a little bit. Maybe she'd go back to the rabbit hole clearing later, to double check that the scary foal hadn't injured himself when his foor when down the rabbit hole. Of course she wouldn't go alone.

Letting out a growl of displeasure that seemed to ring out, he stood gaining his bearings. He'd lost his chance and now the filly had gotten away most likely to get her parents. All he needed now were two full grown soquili coming after him. Dragging himself to his feet, he winced as he put pressure down on his paw. it wasn't broke.. but it did smart.. most likely strained it on the fall. He limped back towards his pack lands grumbling and swearing under his breath about how this filly would know his wrath another day.
