 Welcome! To MUGGLE STUDIES! At hogwarts: Muggle Studies involves the study of the Muggle (non-magical) culture "from a wizarding point of view." The only need for witches and wizards to learn about Muggle ways and means, is to ensure they can blend in with Muggles while needing to do so (for example, at the 1994 Quidditch World Cup). As the class is only mentioned as being taken by Hermione, and for just one year, little is known about its curriculum.
In the opening chapter of the final book, Voldemort murders Professor Charity Burbage because she portrays Muggles in a positive light and is opposed to limiting wizardry to only people of pure-blood origins. For the rest of the academic year covered by Deathly Hallows, the Death Eater Alecto Carrow teaches Muggle Studies. However, her lessons (which are made compulsory) mainly describe Muggles and Muggle-borns as subhuman and worthy of persecution.

 -Do not talk when I am talking.
-Do not leave the class unless it is over, unless you are sick.
-Bring all your supplies to class everyday.

Fionna arrived at Muggle Studies sooner than she had expected. She guessed she had gotten the time wrong when she left the Great Hall and the halls were oddly less crowded than she remembered. She shrugged it off and stepped inside the classroom to find she was the first one there. She did however notice the Professor at the front of the room. She remembered seeing her at the beginning of term feast. She took a few steps inside a said, "Good Morning Professor." in a cheery tone and with a bright smile. She walked over to one of the many desks and set her bag on top of one around the middle section. Fionna was really fond of Muggle Studies and couldn't wait to see what this Professor had in store.
((OOC I assume that its open for posting since you said open and I'm an impatient person so I wanted to start...))

From scrathcing pen on paper, she heard the door open. Her firast student. She was very exicted. She had the lesson plan already written, multiple times. She smiled to herself. "Why Good Morning to you too." She grinned, placing her pen on the wodden desk. "Just wait for more students, and we'll get started." She nodded, then grabbed a piece of paper froma stack on her desk. "But in the meantime, God forbit you get bored;" She said, getting up and walking over to the desk. "Why don't you do this. Just gives me some information on you and what your favoite things are. I will try to my best ability to get them in the lesson." She smiled, holding the paper out for her.

Fionna nodded still bearing her smile and sat down. "Alright. I can't wait to see what lessons you have in store." She told the Professor as she took the parchment and got out her favorite quill. Fionna dipped it into her ink and read the first through the questions before setting quill to parchment and answering the questions.
What is your favorite pass-time?
My favorite pass-time is a tie between sketching and playing piano. I love them both too much to choose between them. I especially love capturing nature in my sketches and creating a story on the piano.
What is the best memory of our school that you will take back home with you?
My best memory from Hogwarts would have to be when I snuck into the restricted section of the library made the quidditch team as seeker and then became the captain.
What are your hobbies?
My hobbies are piano, sketching, reading, quidditch, hanging with friends, and going on adventures.
What was the last book you read?
Muggle 'Law & Order' - Complete Guide Magical Misdemeanors in the Modern Law
What would you like to do in this class?
In this class I would like to learn about various subjects of muggles, from their law to their everyday habits. I'd also like to interact with some of the contraptions they may use more often than not.

Ghaleon finally arrived at the Muggle Studies classroom, he'd always enjoyed the lessons (even if he wasn't always fantastic at them). Still he was looking forward to the new year with determination. He took a quick glance around the room and saw the Professor as well as Sparrow. "Good Morning Professor" He greeted, and then looked over to Sparrow and gave a small wave, since she looked busy writing something down.
