Tonight was a night to take it easy. This wasn't to say he wasn't collecting energy, but he wasn't stationing himself in any one area of the city. He'd stop and grab someone and leave them with less energy before moving on to elsewhere in the city. Jumping down from a roof top, and down into an alley he took to the side walks for the moment. Easier to grab people when on level with them after all. It was into another alleyway which he ducked, as he saw someone heading his way. They'd caught his attention as they were heading toward him.
Grabbing them into the alley he had a hand over her mouth as he collected her energy. Once done he settled her onto the ground and was up on the roof again, via the stairs on the building side. The little pearl of energy was within a coat pocket, safe and sound, as he moved across the roof top; he wasn't even sure what sort of building he moved across.
A leap to the next building roof and he continued on. So far no senshi run in's, he'd been working to avoid them for the time being. He was getting better at fighting, thanks to Painite, but he wasn't up for a fight with a senshi right now. Benitoite was more concerned with gathering energy. Not to mention he wanted to enjoy the cool evening on his own, for the most part.

Sailor Leto was running along the rooftops in Destiny City, her small sac of mirror shards gripped tightly in her right hand as she ran. She lept from one rooftop to another with ease now that she was a Super Senshi- and somehow she had become more determined and less distracted since she had become a an agent of Chaos. As if everything had become clear all of a sudden- it made her less clumsy both as a civilian and a Senshi. She felt purified and wise and it was a strange thing for Kat- no, Quinn now- to feel.
She suddenly stopped dead in her tracks when she felt it. She took a few steps back from the roof's edge that she had been approaching. Leto swallowed hard, feeling as if there was a giant lump in her throat. That familiar energy signature of a member of the Negaverse surged nearby and it made her ridiculously nervous. He or she wasn't as strong as her, and that reassured her if only slightly. She stood there, as if frozen, as she thought long and hard about what her next move should be. Approach them? Avoid completely? Run like hell if they attack? Would they have backup? Are there any mirrors near-by if so? A million and one thoughts ran through her head, and by the time she came to a decision it was too late.
The Negaverse agent was suddenly on the same rooftop as her and her eyes widened, her knuckles white from clenching her fists tightly from her panicking. she kept her breathing slow and shallow and her eyes closed- if he approached hostilely, she decided, she would use her attack and camoflage herself to escape until she could find a mirror.

He'd felt something odd, he couldn't tell what it was. It wasn't a senshi, it wasn't a knight, and it wasn't a member of the negaverse. What on earth it was he didn't know. He'd find out though, sooner than he'd thought. He had not been expecting to see the cause for it on the rooftop he had just jumped on to. How interesting there uniform was, it actually didn't look all that bad. Not saying he liked the colors though, those could do with a change. But he wasn't a fan of camo, solid colors or check patterns were nice.
"A senshi...by all appearances, but your not." Or at least not by the way they felt. How curious, he didn't like not knowing things. It was a new thing but it was something he'd learned to accept and appreciate. It left him with less questions and more sure of himself. This person, senshi maybe, was stronger than he was. This didn't bother him, he'd found himself dealing with stronger senshi, he was sort of used to having his a** kicked.
"What are you?" Maybe he shouldn't be so blunt but it couldn't be helped, and he honestly didn't care. He didn't like not knowing and this looked like a senshi but something was off. The idea that he could be attacked, and clueless as to what he was against, didn't sit well with him. Best to at least find out now and then see if they'd attack, he wouldn't be able to ask after it turned in to a fight and he got his a** handed to him; as he was sure he would. Whoever this person was he'd be seeking out Painite and Fluorite to ask them abut this. Hopefully they'd have a clue, and it was something neither had told him about.
"Your not a corrupted senshi." Enlightened, his mind supplied. He remembered the red head preferred that term. But he figured he'd go with the common term.

Leto frowned when the man behind her asked what she was. Couldn't have just left her alone, eh? She sighed heavily and turned on her heel to face him. She tucked her sac into her metal wristband and looked the boy in the eyes. Her own red eyes narrowed slightly as she placed her hands firmly on her hips.
"No," she said as she continued to watch him. "I am most definitely not a corrupted Senshi." She had never met a corrupted herself- but she had heard of them, and knew very well that that wasn't what she was. She lacked their distinctive long hair, and the gaping black holes in their chest.
She eyed the boy curiously, her right eyebrow quirking upwards slightly. This Negaverse agent was one she hadn't met before, and he was most definitely not a part of Operation Rota (thank God). Did he not know who she was? Maybe the Negaverse hadnt been made aware of the Dark Mirror senshi changes yet. Or maybe this Lieutenant was new and didn't know who she, or the other Blood Moon Court members were so she'd be at least relatively safe.
She smiled half-heartedly at the Negaverser and took a few steps forward, sizing him up a little. Her nerves had settled down for the most part at this point. And then she heard someone walking down the alley next to the building they were standing on top of. She raised her right hand, her index finger pointing up as if to tell the Negaverser to wait a second. She turned, made her way down to the ground, and pinned the civilian against the wall.
Grinning, she raised her right knee to jab it into the civilian's gut, knocking her windless. She quickly scrambled to take a mirror shard out of her hidden sac, shattered the shard on the ground to summon her mirrorwraith, took a step back from the heaving girl and watched her wraith pass through her. Once. Twice. Three times. When the wraith was finished, it remade the shard and slipped back inside of it. Leto scooped down, grabbed her shard from the ground, put it back in her sac and looked up to the roof to see if the Negaverser had been watching.

So he was right, not a corrupted senshi. He didn't know long hair was a sign of one, he knew she didn't feel like one. He may have only met one but he knew the feeling, he'd been close enough to the other to get a good feel for him. So if not that than what?
As far as he knew senshi fell in to two categories, senshi and corrupted senshi. There was no other box for them to be put in to. Well, he had heard of the Black Moon Court but he didn't know who the members where. He'd heard a little bit about the operation but not enough. It wasn't something others wanted to speak of, which kept him from delving into the matter like he wanted to do.
Like her he too heard the person. He didn't however go after the person, rather he went to the roof top to peek over and see what was going on. What was the senshi, she was a senshi of some sort after all, doing? Watching, with wide eyes, as she attacked the person he couldn't help but speak, as she looked up at him.
"Defiantly not a normal senshi. I can say that I'm pleased with that. I'm not fond of them. Rather annoying, self riotous, and down right obnoxious." He stated, just loud enough for her to hear his words. Thus far he hadn't been attacked, mocked, or had a single bad thing spoken to him. Only twice before had that happened. The eternal senshi he'd met and that one he'd met while looking over some clothing in a store window. "So what kind of senshi are you? And...energy gathering?" It was different from how he did it, but he couldn't fathom anything else she could have just done. "That wasn't a youma either..."
Ok, so he was curious and had questions, he also had no inhibitors to keep him from asking them. He didn't seem to know how or when to hold his tongue, at least not tonight. He'd been working on it, sort of.

Sailor Leto laughed as the boy went on about how righteous and obnoxious Senshi are. She climbed back up the fire escape ladder that she had scaled down to get to the civilian. When she hoisted herself back up onto the rooftop, she peered down at the unconscious girl and looked around to make sure no one besides the Negaverse boy had seen her. When she confirmed that she was all clear, she turned to face him again.
She shook her head slightly. "They're just confused. They've gotten lost along the way and don't realize what we should be fighting for. Regular Senshi, I mean. But that's nothing to worry about- we'll change them all one day. They'll all be purified and everything will be as it should be." She smiled at the Negaverse agent.
"I am Sailor Leto, of the Dark Mirror.. Agent of Chaos, much like yourself. And yes, we collect energy," she held her hand out so he could see the sac in the palm of her hand. "We use mirrors created by our Queen, rather than youmas like you use."
She circled around him a few times, sizing him up. Life was much easier when the Negaverse (or at least some members) weren't out to kill you.
"You're a Lieutenant. What's your name?" She could be just as curious as he could, it seemed.

As she spoke he listened, questions forming in his mind. Those questions were held back for the moment, in favor of listening. She very well may answer things without him having to ask her. A senshi of Chaos, a Queen, and a belief that the ordinary senshi were lost.
"Benitoite, I suppose an introduction like yours is unneeded." As she knew his rank and knew he was a Negaverse officer. So why waste the time saying things she already knew, he didn't care for wasting his breath and doubted she was the sort to like someone saying things already known.
"Tell me, what's wrong with the other senshi?" What was wrong that needed to be fixed, was there something truly wrong and the senshi were just...lost like she said? He didn't hope for that to be the case, best not to hope for something that simple and have it all be wrong. But it was an interesting idea none the less. If they were wrong and could be helped, purified as Leto put it, than that was a good thing.
"What else do those mirrors do, if anything else?" So maybe he seemed a little scattered right now, but this was new and opened a new path of thought for him. He was bound to have a million and one questions for this senshi of chaos.

"What's wrong with them?" she asked Benitoite. "Everything. Everything that they fight for is wrong. The White Moon Princess is misleading them and she's not even alive," she spat angrily. She was one of them once- a White Moon Senshi. Now that she was a Dark Mirror Parallel, everything that she fought for in the past just seemed like a colossal waste of time and energy. This is where she belonged, alongside the Negaverse, with Chaos.
"The mirrors we carry only release our Mirror Wraiths to collect energy... But regular mirrors?" She grinned. "Regular mirrors are how we travel. How we communicate. Funny how something as simple as a mirror can be so powerful without anyone even knowing it."
"So I gotta ask... Do all of you newbies know about the Blood Moon Court? Or is that something that Tanzanite and the others are keeping to themselves after their little... encounter?"
She needed to know how much she really needed to watch her back around other Negaverse agents, at least until Ares had a chance to speak with them.

"I know what's wrong with them but I need to ask you, your a senshi after all. I don't see it as fixable, they are narrow minded and stubborn." Not to say he wasn't stubborn as well but he knew he was on the right side of things. But he knew that those White Moon senshi were being mislead, and fighting for what was dead...or hidden in some coma. He wasn't entierly sure nor did he care. So long as they didn't find her, alive or in a coma, and didn't somehow bring her back he was ok.
"No one would think a mirror could hold such power...it is a good weapon to have in ones arsenal." Very good, it allowed for good travel, even if it also was limiting in the fact mirrors weren't everywhere a person may want to go. But it also had it's up side. "Do puddles and other things which reflect like a mirror also work?" Or did it have to be a mirror in it's absolute sense?
"I've heard hints...I've been told to run if I should encounter a senshi of that Court. But I'm clueless for the most part...why?" Suddenly the feeling in the air was different and he needed to know. There was a lot here, which he hadn't asked others. He didn't want to upset people, and it seemed whatever event this was did just that.

"Only actual mirrors, unfortunately." She kicked at the ground idly as talk of the Blood Moon Court continued.
"Just... Curious about how your kind are going to react to us, mostly." She grinned a little. "You know... Considering Ares, myself, Requiem and Gaia were all a part of the Blood Moon Court before turning to Chaos." She took a step towards him.
"Do you still run if a Senshi of that Court is now playing for your team?" An eyebrow raised as she fiddled with her metal bracer absentmindedly. Bringing up the Blood Moon Court with a Negaverse agent made her extremely nervous. Would his kind nature change now that he knew who she was? She wasn't particularly in the mood to fight, so she swallowed hard and waited for his reaction.

It would have been better if puddles and other reflective things like that would have worked, though that would open them up to moving through how large a variety of things? He could name so many things in his house, right off the top of his head, which could be used then. But he wasn't scared of that, not if they all were like her - of chaos.
"Why should I? I wasn't there for whatever happened, I don't know much on the event. But if I were to run from those of you now serving chaos I should also run from those who are corrupted senshi as some did fight for the other side. The way I see it is we all serve chaos, in different ways, so we should all work together and not have a fright or distrust holding us back from doing so. We could help each other...perhaps we can both win this war." Thoughtful as he spoke he tilted his head giving her a smile suddenly.
"I would only run if it were a member of that court, who is not on the right side now." He spoke as he made a gesture to her. "And you, despite the past, are on our side now. I can feel it. I wouldn't mind working with you or spending an evening out simply gathering energy for our respective groups." How would others on his side take this? Would others be furious with him or would they understand? If they were all fighting for chaos what did it matter what past they had? If they were making up for it and could help each other it shouldn't matter. They needed to win this war...somehow.

Sailor Leto couldn't help but smile at Benitoite's kind words. "Thank you, Lieutenant. Until now I didn't know that compassion and kindness were features of the Negaverse. I appreciate being taught otherwise. Apparently I really was mislead as a White Moon Senshi."
We could help each other.
Those were words that she would keep tucked away forever. All of this time... She had thought that the Negaverse were the badguys. And yet here this guy was, regardless of what she and her old team had done, being perfectly pleasant with her. Even going so far as to wanting to help her, work together. It was incredible. So this is what enlightenment felt like.
"You're right. We absolutely could help each other." There was a glimmer in her deep red eyes.
"I hope the rest of the Negaverse are just as accepting of us as you are, Benitoite. It has been an absolute pleasure meeting you this evening."
She turned and walked to the edge of the building. When she reached it, she turned and looked over her shoulder at him.
"I look forward to working with you." She saluted him quickly and dropped off of the roof of the building. She made her way into the nearest open building with a mirror and dove through it, heading into mirrorspace to tell Ares of her findings.

"Apparently, I have had nothing but kindness shwon to me since I have joined." He spoke smiling, the love he held for the Negaverse clearly shining in his eyes. They were his family and he would do whatever he could for them, for the cause. "I am glad I can show you we are compassionate and capable of kindness. Perhaps it was just that you were a White Moon senshi then." They were enemies. But once one changed...they were no longer enemies, or no longer should be at least.
"I can't say everyone will be...some may not. But that will be some, not all. Just remember that and know that with time things can change." He spoke, hoping that those who would not be so kind to her wouldn't spoil her opinion on them.
Smiling he bowed his head as she saluted him. He would find time, soon, to tell Painite of his findings as well. Tonight was a good night, a night of learning. The war had a new side to it, one he welcomed. He would have to find a way to keep in touch with Leto. He did want to work together with her.
Turning he headed back on his way, he had energy to gather.
