Ok, so I'm not into older guys, but Harrison Ford, when he was young...WOW!
(but Lookat, you're supposed to talk about the characters! Not the hotness of Harrison Ford)
I really liked Han Solo. I'm not sure the series would've done well without his character. He's so awesome and jack-of-all-trades-like.

I really liked Han Solo. I'm not sure the series would've done well without his character. He's so awesome and jack-of-all-trades-like.

I know, right? He did an awesome job. And he went from a roof fixer, to a movie star! He really was perfect for the role.

I don't really have an absolute favorite, but I like Jawas, Yoda, Plo Koon, Chubacca, Han Solo, C-3PO, and Wicket.
