Queen. A lot of artists now were inspired by them. Lady Gaga even took her name from one of their songs. It's a shame I haven't even see them mentioned once here.

Vanna1994 Im, sorry, Im not familiar with this band ^^; *gasp* They influenced a ton of bands today. They made the songs Bohemian Rhapsody, We Will Rock You, We are the Champions, Another One Bites the Dust, etc., if any of those ring a bell. And some people that cited them as influences: Anthrax, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Franz Ferdinand, Guns N' Roses, George Michael, Journey, Green Day, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Metallica, Muse, My Chemical Romance, Panic at the Disco, Radiohead, Steve Vai, The Killers, The Smashing Pumpkins, to name a few. I bolded out those artists/bands you might know.

Superficial Ace Vanna1994 Im, sorry, Im not familiar with this band ^^; *gasp* They influenced a ton of bands today. I thought you'd be the stereotypical teenager that listens to pop. I've heard instrumentals of Lady Gaga's songs on the piano that are simply much better. But in that case, Queen made a rockability song which is rather country, called Crazy Little Thing Called Love.

I actually just heard some random person playing a piano cover of Poker Face or whatever it was called. It sounds much better without her voice. 3nodding
