History: Solange is a girl from southern France who used to live with her mother, but dreamed of being reunited one day with her father, who is the owner of a thrift shop in southern California in Teufel Town. She remembers her father spending the most time with her when she was little, holding her in the air and telling her stories and fables based around the Mediterranean Sea. Their shared favorite story was that of Icarus and Daedalus. She didn't like living with her mother who was more down to earth and cold, opposed to her father who was warm and dreamy, like her.
Solange spent most of her time outside of her mom's house in France when she was a little girl, drifting over to the coast to watch out in the clouds for Icarus, and her drifting as a little girl caught the eyes of one of the local homeless folk, a man who lived in the maze of the lower district, of gruesome face and hunched back. He wanted her, to have her as his own, a daughter or a doll or something more, he wanted her, so he attempted to coax her into his labyrinth, but Solange, while being a girl with her head in the clouds, is not dumb. She ran away, but the man, deranged as he was, gave chase, following her in the twilight streets of the town. Solange, thinking that she could lose him if she moved higher, climbed the lattices and ladders until she was running across the rooftops, but the man was persistent and clawed after her. She finally, running with growing panic, fled off the rooftop into the air, where, if it wasn't for a peculiar little white cat, she would haven't sprouted wings and drifted to the safely to the streets. Behind her, the man, the Minotaur, followed after and fell to his death.
