Background: He was sent to an insane asylum because he believed that monsters were attacking the school he was last in. Lots of the doctors thought that his imagination is what drives him to believing that monsters actually existed. However, his parents and little sister got killed off by three of these monsters who were called Kishins, and vanished before he could even get a closer look at them.
Xavier went insane from seeing the blood of his relatives splattered all over the ground and ran away to DWMA where he wants to be stronger and kill every Kishin whoever crosses paths with him again. Oh, and did I mention that his craziness grew to a certain amount where he's smiling whenever blood spills? Yeah, that's how crazy he's gotten.

Detector: He can be able to detect an enemy from a mile radius. It hurts his ability to see so he doesn't use it much.
Scytherang: He can throw Celty at the enemy and it would come back to him. If he misses, it could cost him his arm. He uses this pretty often in long-ranged combat, and got his arm sewn back on a couple of times.
