Clothing: Usually if alone in his workshop he sits around reading books wearing only a loincloth or sometimes entirely naked. Of course he does this less in winter due to the fact that it's really cold and being cold would get in the way of reading. When performing more dangerous experiments in Alchemy he usually wears a large iron hazard mask with tiny slits for his eyes and what appears to be a large rug with sleeves. Along with this outfit he also has a pair of thick leather gloves, likely the same used for his armour, as well as a pair of equally thick leather boots. These are all obviously to protect him from hazardous chemicals.
When going out for more casual strolls he tends to wear a simple cloth button up shirt and trousers with a belt not quite tight enough to keep them all the way up. If he's going to buy something however or talk to someone he goes out in a large red robe covered in constellations and stars with a huge cape and a pointed hat because he believes he 'looks like a wizard' in it and is thus more imposing.
What else do they have on their person?: Loads of empty bottles. Nothing else unless he's out with the express purpose of shopping.

Physical Description:
Timothy has the look about him of a man who takes no pride in his appearance, mostly because that is in fact true. His hair is cut short only so it doesn't get in his eyes and get in the way of his everyday life however in addition to already being jet black it is made even darker by the soot, burnt hair and general muck in it. Although relatively short it is completely out of control and so although it does not get in Timothy's eyes it still manages to get pretty much everywhere else on his head. Timothy's beard is cut rather short though not clean shaven as he only cuts off enough that he doesn't accidentally get his beard in the page or somehow set it on fire during experiments. For this reason he has a light beard at almost all times that though too short to get set alight is very visible. His eyes are constantly alert and don't seem to be resting unless he has closed them giving him a very powerful stare although of course it is only a stare. Over his eyes he wears a pair of glasses in a simple copper frame. Usually he has a few scratches and burn marks on his face that gradually fade over time and then pop back up again about a week later.
His physique is not very muscular at all and he has a fairly skinny build with muscles covered over by a thin layer of fat due to the fact he does very little exercise but also doesn't eat very much except for once in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon.
Personality: Timothy is a man who enjoys his own company and enjoys it a lot. He hates those who interrupt his work whatever the reason even if his very own life is in danger. Learning and whatever his current work is are his world and other distractions are commonly unwelcome unless they service his work or involve another possibly failed, possibly unfinished project of his. Between projects when searching for something new to create or a new boundary of science or common decency to shatter is the only time he will go through extensive interactions with people and it shows. When talking with others he tends to look down on them not so subtly unless they're are an Alchemist with either a project, a book, some ingredients or apparatus he is interested in pertaining only in special circumstances is this untrue. His speech is for the most part straightforward (with the occasional offhanded insult thrown if the person he is talking to irks him) in so he can keep talking to a minimum.

Timothy was, as one would expect, born to a pair of Alchemists Oberon Eelcatcher and Titania Eelcatcher who made a modest living in Sulyll running a small workshop and shop where they sold medicine, general goods and even explosives to those who ordered them. For his life up until the age of ten he was able to continue this lifestyle living more or less free of care. However, it was this lifestyle and the Alchemy he saw from both his mother and father that drove his obsession with it. The power and the potential drove him to spend vast amounts of time in the back room of the shop consuming book after book until he had exhausted the collection of books his family owned in just one year. His mind teeming with ideas and knowledge he immediately set to work on his first creation through alchemy and was successful in creating his first explosive. A simple material that would explode if it was moved too fast making it utterly useless as a grenade.
Realising it was a failure and yet seeing potential is what truly drove his obsession with Alchemy. He sought only to improve upon what he had created.
For the next three years of his life he worked with a passion to outdo himself and outdo his own parents. It was around this time that he first gained an interest in machinery while observing another Alchemist's design on a grenade he had made he admired the delicate parts within it and began to adopt it into his own work and going on to create far more complicated machines later on.
Around the time he had reached the age of nineteen Timothy had managed to save enough money that he could have his own workshop built. Realising this was his chance to get out of the house and conduct some more risky work (that his parents had banned him from) he quickly found someone willing to build him one and started to purchase the equipment. He left the house shortly after it was finished saying he would see his parents later though since he left he has not seen or contacted them once.
Currently he is looking for a source of income to fund his research and has considered either supplying the military, opening a shop like his Mother and Father did or running an underground drugs ring or illegal boxing.
