Joe opened his eyes and looked towards the jail cell's door and grinned, the gaurds weren't around, he hit his chest as he started coughing, bringing up a lock pick he grimaced. Joe got on one knee infront of the door and stated locking picking it, being as quiet as he could before sliding open the jail cell's door, he went back inside and grabbed the butter knife he had chiseled into a make-shift dagger, gripping it tightly as he slowly made his way down the hall to the stairs,peering around the corner he quickly rolled backwards and got onto his feet, hiding behined a pillar as two guards walked past, he followed them, staying low as he gently dipped his hands into one of their pockets, slowly bringing out a key, then stood up and forced the dagger into the gaurd's neck, as the other one turned around he stabbed him in the gut, then brought it up and finished him off with a quick slice along the neck, joe then started putting their equipment on, dragging one of them into his old cell and leaving him in the bed. Joe sheathed the sword, despite the fact he wasn't skilled at direct combat, he could still use it just incase. Joe slowly approached the gaurds room, only to find it was empty Joe rushed to the confiscated possesions chest and grabbed his stuff, leaving the armour he had stolen inside the chest and putting on his robes, Joe then started making his way out of the prison. He grimaced as he pushed the door's open and stepped out into the night, taking in the fresh air, his tail swaying as he walked over to the bushes and dug his bow and arrows out of them, walking off as if nothing had happened, he made his way for the church.

A hooded figure sat in Cheydinhal bridge inn, fur armor covered her body, an iron dagger hidden beneath her long black hooded cloak and a Fine Iron Bow on her back with a Quiver of iron arrows. Her name was E'lara, she was an Argonian assassin and a loyal daughter of sythis working for the dark brotherhood. She was watching a Wood Elf, he was a drunk and a scoomer addict and he was her target, she had been following him for several days now, learning his routine and waiting for a time to strike.
The wood elf left the in and E'lara followed. keeping to the shadows she stalked the man through the Dark streets, until he turned down a dark alley. there were surprisingly few guards on the street tonight, she had heard passers by speaking of an incident up at the castle jail. this was too perfect. she watched as the wood elf made an exchange with a large orcish fellow that slipped out of the shadows in the alley, unknown objects exchanged hands and the orc was gone again, she waited a moment before sneaking up behind the elf. She drew her dagger from its hiding place and slit the Elfs throat from behind before he even knew what had happened. E'lara then strolled back out onto the streets as if nothing had happened.

Joe looked up around as a orc started talking about his escape from the jail, he grinned as he passed by, chuckling at the thought of it being such a simple heist and yet it gained so much controversy amongst civillians. Joe stopped as he looked around, he had picked up a rather sweet scent, something he hadn't had in a while, skooma; He instantly changed in direction and pushed past a woman, stopping at the body and frowning as he bent down and started searching the corpse "such a messy job" Joe muttered as he picked up the scooma and placed it inside his pocket.

as E'lara was walking from her crime scene a large Khajiit man pushed past her, "filthy, ignorant cat" the Argonian grumbled under her breath, as she turned to watch him enter the alley where the body of the Wood Elf lay. she was tempted to head back to the alley and slaughter the damn cat as well but she held her temper, he was not her target. Instead E'lara would return to the sanctuary and collect her reward, then head back to the inn for a drink.

Joe grinned as he took the wood elf's money and some personal belongings he could sell and headed to the inn, having to turn tail and run as he noticed guards passing it having to take the long route to the inn, he sat down at the bar and ordered his drink, taking a good long drink before ordering a refill.

E'lara collected her reward from the brotherhood, 600 gold. she slipped the money into her pocket and made her way back out of the old abandoned house that hid one of the two entrances to the dark brotherhood sanctuary. she made her way back to the inn, lowering her hood with a sigh as she ordered a tankard of ail and sat at a table.

Joe looked over hsi shoulder as he picked up a scent from before, grinning as he stood up and walked over to E'lara's table and sat down infront of her, checking over his shoulder to make sure nobody was listening and in a quiet tone murmered "You kill that guy in the alley way? 'cause whoever did it was a poor job. very messy."

E'lara was not impressed when the Khajiit sat at her table and started criticizing her work. "don't know what your talking about" she snarled giving him an angry glare as she took a swag of her ale.
((sorry my posts are a bit short, watching the grudge 2 at the same time and getting scared shitless hahahaha))

Joe chuckled as she started denying it "so howcome you aren't shocked that there was a dead person in an alley way?" grinning as he ordered another drink.

"people are mugged and murdered all the time, its nothing new" she snarled, as she tried to hold up her story, but she knew it was hopeless. "what is it to you any way, what if it was me" she said quietly.

"Well, " Joe grinned "First offf, do it in a not so messy manner, i almost stepped in a puddle of blood" he said almost mockingly as he took another drink from his mug "And secondly, if your gunna use a bladed weapon and your trying not to make a mess, stab slowly, but not too slow and rub the blood off on the victim's clothes" Joe said through laughter

"he is dead isn't he" she snarled "and i wasn't caught, so whats the problem" she drank more of her ale, now she thought about it, her work was a little sloppy, but she had only been killing for a few months, maybe she should be more careful in the future.

Joe leaned forward and grinned "I just broke out of jail, and spilt a few droplets of blood at the least." Joe said, being as quiet as possible.
