I lack the appropriate programs and skill to do any streaming sadly.

Aww, I could easily show you how to set it up with free programs if your system has the processing power and such to do it! I stream in 720p fairly often.

You could probably stream in a lower res... It all just depends on the computer.

My Quad core isn't enough to stream anything decent looking. =/

I stream my drawing and that's it. If you want to see my game either spectate when Sausage and I practice or look through my replays thread. I post games I feel are noteworthy.

I'm usually streaming whenever I'm playing, be it SC2 or LoL or other random games. My link is down there in the signature thingy.

On the upload thing, just run a speedtest to figure it out, then you match your bitrate with what you can output... Lower bitrates just cause a slight blurring for a moment when you do quick sporadic movements.
