♥ p e r s o n a l i t y : Cecil is an active and carefree girl. She is any average elementary kid you see on the streets. She has the looks of every human you see. Cecil is a honest and pure girl. She is very innocent, but she's not gullible. She won't do anything you tell her to do. Cecil is very gifted in singing, but her weakness is sweets. She tries not to show it, especially in front of strangers. Cecil is sweet and kind. She can be sly at time though. Cecil is smart actually though she may or may not look like it. She is unpredictable. You can't imagine what she's thinking.

Read Minds ● She can read minds. It's a power like any other. But it's different in a sort of way. She can tell your emotions and what your thinking. She can hypnotize you under a spell; put you in a trance as the others will say.
Imitate ● I this move, Cecil copies others and try to annoy them to get away from her. Or she might just do this for fun and make a funny noise. She can do almost anything with her imitation. For example, she can copy others voice or make a clapping noise or like I said anything.
Fortune Telling ● Cecil can tell tell other people's fortunes. Though she still hasn't controlled it yet. She is beginning to get a fortune for others.

♥ b i o : Cecil's parents were humans. Cecil was born to be very gifted with horses and singing. Her parents loved her more than anything. What they didn't know is that she was psychic. They no idea and had always loved her. Cecil discovered her power in the third grade. She had told her best friend what was the answers to a test. She told her to keep it a secret. They promised and pinky swear to prove it. Her best friend cheated and betrayed her by telling their teacher that Cecil cheated instead. All the students agreed to why Cecil was so smart. She was always cheating! Everyone was not shocked, but understood why. Every one believed Cecil's best friend. Even the teacher. Cecil always got in trouble for no reason. she was always bullied. But she always wore a smile on her face. Cecil soon learned that she was not normal when she entered fifth grade. No one can help her with that now. Not even her parents. Fate had lead her path and she had to follow it.

♥ w e i g h t : 85 pounds to be exact.
♥ o t h e r : Her only birthmark is a marking of a sixteen on her right shoulder. She doesn't know what it means but it was planted on her since the day she was born.
