The darkness. It surrounded him completely. Nothing could be seen, heard, felt, tasted, or smelled. It was nothingness. Then there was a crack of light, seperating the darkness into two halves, horizontally. The light grew wider, expanding as it also grew brighter. Then, he felt the pain. His body ached, lying on the cold stone floor. The air was clean, not fresh, but clean. The silence remained, leaving him to rely on his sight and touch. He slowly rose, now sitting up. He was alone, by himself in this cold rocky room. Then he remembered it, the fight against the man, the wolf, the witch, and the little girl. He remembered his name, whispering it to himself, "Static".
He looked around, realizing that he must've been in some type of cave or something. He slowly stood up, leaning against a wall. The room was empty, completely plain. He would have to go back to his recent home, to retreive some of his things. He'd also like to gather some resources during his trip. But until then, he'd remain here, wherever "here" was.

Static walked across the room, slow and unbalanced. He wobbled from side to side as he took each step. It seemed that he used his attack more than he should've. Though, the side affects seemed better than they usually were. He opened the door, walking out into a hall.

Static walked into his room, less tired than before, but still somewhat tired. Earlier, he tried to hide his exhaustion, but now it was useless to resist it. He crashed against the cold hard floor, laying in the middle of the room. It was plain and empty, still. Only stone walls and floor, a wooden door, and his 5-foot steel pole, that was all. He pressed his right hand against the stone floor, then dug his steel claws into the rock. He said with a faint voice, "Magnetized Static." A pulse of electricity was sent throughout the enitre mountain, then across the surrounding land and far out villages. Of course, it didn't hurt anyone, it only affected wires of all sorts and different metals. They all gathered at the foot of the mountain, combining and forming into an odd machine. It's enterior spun, creating an electrical charge that built up. The wires connected to the generator, then dug into the mountain. They connected to each other, extending all the way to Static's Lair. The wires stuck out of the middle of the floor. Sparks flew between the wires. He put one hand on each wire, then felt a strong charge building up in his body.

After several days of this, he released the wires and stood, energized and ready for anything. He kept his soul minimized, not wanting to release its power yet. He looked at the doorway and walked through it, heading to the Throne Room.
