Go to "My Gaia", hover over the little arrow to the right of the gear icon, then in the drop down menu click on "Gaia Notices". Then, when you're on the Gaia Notices page, check-mark the box to the right of the words "Aquarium Health". When it's check-marked, Gaia will notify you when your tank will start glowing between a 10 minute period.
So it should look like "Your aquarium will start glowing with 17 fish between 3:40 pm and 3:50 pm.".
Of course, the specific number of fish that will glow depends on what fish you have in your tank. 3nodding

Do you have your time zone set to the correct one for whichever time zone you live in? You can check by going to "My Gaia", clicking the gear icon, and on the "Account Preferences" page, scroll down to the words "General Settings", then change the Timezone to yours if it's not yours already.
