So Yue was getting married. That was unexpected, however that was not the strangest part of if. The strangest part was that her future husband was someone that she knew. She mad met Jianyu on cherry tree hill when she was still a student, he seemed like a pleasant enough man - yet now her best friend was dedicating his life to him she wanted to double check and get to know him a little better. It was a interesting pairing, with no prior warning she found it hard to comprehend, they were so different. At first she thought it had been arranged, Yue had never mentioned their relationship before. It made her wonder yet she did not want to pry too much.
The newly promoted conduit was on her way to his home. She wondered if he would still recognise her, people had commented on how much she seemed to have grown lately. She wondered if he had changed at all, time left no one untouched, though she could not imagine him any differently. He was so peaceful and kind, how could he? In all honesty - he already seemed so grown up. Maybe that was good for her, maybe it is what even what she liked about him. In any case she was happy for her friend.
On her way down to his residence she took time to enjoy the walk, her mind running through all the events which had occurred lately, it had been an interesting time for sure. Though she could not imagine the chaos that the two love-birds were going through, everything was happening so fast. If Sara herself felt like she couldn't keep up - then goodness knows how Yue felt, then again when did Yue worry about anything? The girl was always so care free.
Before she knew it she was outside his home, looking around the gardens for any sign of life, she saw all kind of plants and a path but not much else. After a moment she wondered towards the main building, gently tapping on the door. She hoped someone was in, she really wanted to talk to him today - the next time she got a chance to see him would be at the wedding and that would just not do.

Jianyu had not yet found time to practice anything even remotely musical. His disastrous attempts at dancing with his mother had ended with Ehuang throwing her hands up repeatedly in exasperation and declaring that her son had absolutely no talent whatsoever when it came to dancing, and if he wanted to get married, he would have to learn and learn fast.
This, of course, had set Jianyu nearly wailing in despair, at least internally. Externally he had simply glowered at her, stubbornly resisting admitting that he did, in fact, completely and totally stink at dancing. Instead, he made a few relatively pathetic excuses, none of which were even the slightest bit convincing ("My legs are too long!"), but Ehuang, as usual, was not about to take no for an answer.
"Find an instructor already and get your rear in gear!" she had snapped, and stalked off. Jianyu knew she was not really angry with him, but seeing as how the wedding was in only a week, Ehuang's temper was running quite thin. Most of the rest of the family had already discovered this, and were hastily getting out of the way of her path.
Jianyu, obviously, had not figured this out yet.
He had searched, researched, begged the instructors from the local theatres for any sort of guidance on the matter of his abysmal dancing skills (or lack thereof), but none of them wanted to teach someone in a week.
"That is not nearly enough time!" most of them had said, aghast when he had asked, and Jianyu had been forced to slouch back to his home without any sort of relief. He knew he would have to do something; dancing after the official ceremony was a longstanding tradition in Lunaria, and the last thing he wanted to do was embarrass Yue with all the grace he held - like that of a trampling rhinoceros. Sitting on the couch in his living room, Jianyu leaned his head against the back of it, eyes closed, his thumb and forefinger pinching the bridge of his nose.
There was a knock at the door, and Jianyu's gaze flickered as he raised his head. One of the servants had already whisked forward, opening it carefully, and to his surprise, Jianyu saw not any one of his relatives or Yue, but Yue's best friend Sara, whom he had met at the top of Cherry Tree Hill.
"Well this is certainly a surprise!" Jianyu said with a smile, standing as the servant girl escorted Sarangerel to the living area then darted off to continue her duties elsewhere. He bowed in greeting to her, his hands folded together in the sleeves of his casual black changsam. "You certainly have grown into a beautiful young woman, my dear. To what do I owe the honor of your company?"

Sara gave him a soft smile as she was lead into his home. "Speaking of surprises, congratulations on your engagement. I have to admit it came as a shock." She admitted, if she remembered right she had almost fainted when Yue broke the news. She did not even know the two were that close and she never expected in one million years that Jianyu was the man who had won her heart. However as the shock and excitement died down she had come to realise how well of a match they were for each other. She was sure they had many happy years ahead.
She wondered away from him slightly as he complemented her on her growth, her body had been going undergoing a lot of changed recently and on top of that she had been thrown into the chaos which followed her promotion. "Thank you. I am glad to see you are well. It has been some time Captain." She gave a somewhat awkward smile, she was still not used to complements. Her eyes drifted to the side as she removed her hat and cape, placing them neatly on a nearby draw before turning to face him again. She ruffled her hair slightly before wondering back over to him, long strands of teal reaching her hips. Cracking behind her like a whip as she moved.
He asked why she was here, that one was simple enough to answer. "Well, I have come to interrogate you of course, what kind of friend would I be if I didn't?" She stated with a small smirk, reaching down to grab his hand, lacing her fingers in-between his and holding it tight, her eyes looking up to meet his. "Though I am sure I can do that whilst I attempt to teach you how to dance. I hear you are struggling." She had got his note and at first she could not believe someone as elegant seeming as Jianyu would have a problem with dance, though it seemed very prince has a kink in their armour. She smiled again and tilted her head slightly, wondering how much work was actually ahead of her.
Either way, this was going to be a interesting meeting indeed.

Sara had most certainly grown since the last time Jianyu had seen her, several months past. Her hair had grown longer, her body shifting from that of a teenager's, to one of a beautiful, confident young woman's, and even her smile had changed. It was somehow more knowing, more careful, though there was still the same hint of serenity and gentleness about her that made her a perfect friend for Yue.
"It has been too long, my dear," Jianyu said, reaching up a hand to tug absently at the beads woven throughout the thick brown strands of his hair. The habit, which he had very nearly managed to grow out of, had returned with the excitement of his wedding nearing and the stress of his position as Captain.
Dark eyebrows rose with mild amusement. "Oh you have, have you?" Jianyu replied with a tilt of his head to scrutinize Sara, the corners of his lips quirking upwards as he attempted to hide a smile. "Well, now, I would be quite happy to answer any questions you have regarding myself, but I - "
She had moved, grabbing his hand, and the gesture made him glance down at her fingers clasped tightly around her own, before lifting his gaze again. "What? I do...not...have a problem with...I mean, that is to say..."
He floundered for a bit, attempting a vague and pitiful excuse, but it seemed useless to deny it, so finally he pressed his lips together and blew out a breath of air. He did need help, after all; the wedding was a mere week away and Jianyu himself did not want to look ridiculous at his own wedding. Not only that, but he had been the one to request help in the first place, and to refuse now would seem ungrateful.
"Perhaps I am having a bit of...of difficulties," he said, only mildly peevishly, but he resigned himself to the cause, stepping forward and bowing low to Sara.
"Instruct me well, oh instructor," Jianyu said lightly, the trace of a grin on his face.

"You should know that I am a huge fan of love stories. Yue told me that you came to drink at the inn occasionally and she tested her beverages on you, I am sure you handled that a lot more than I did - she is a fan of strong beers it seems, too strong for me to handle. However besides that she did not tell me anything about your relationship." She had told him on the hill about her own aspirations for the future, despite the chaos the world was in Sara still valued marriage and love above almost anything, one day she still hoped to find her own soul mate. Even though things had changed since then, it was still something she dreamed off, though that future was looking more unlikely as of recent. Her confidence had taken a knock due to the scaring on her face and with the body count as high as it was recently death seemed to be in the air, almost suffocating. Lunaria needed this wedding, this one sign that life still went on. Though if Yue was providing the drink she was going to keep away, she wanted to actually remember the ceremony.
Her eyes seemed to almost glisten with curiosity. "I am afraid I have prodded and poked at Yue to no avail, the woman has always kept her feelings and experiences close to her heart, and even I have not been able to pry them from her." It saddened her a little that Yue never confessed her feelings, it was not like Yue to be open however something of such importance should have been said. Yet thinking about it the emotions she felt for him might have been more troublesome to her than anything else, she remembered her say that she missed him. Maybe they were too painful to confess at the time. Sara did not know the details - yet by the looks of things everything had worked out, they had found their happily ever after. "So that means it is up to you to tell the story of your engagement. Starting with your proposal, I am afraid I must insist." She stated with a small smirk, she had a plan - maybe she could get him to relax a little.
She could not help but smile when he bowed, always the gentleman it seemed. "Okay, well lets start, though I am not going to be gentle with you. Just try and relax okay, you make mistakes when you over-think things. I will lead to start, take over when you feel comfortable enough." She grabbed her skirt and curtsied slightly, giggling as she did so. This felt silly and potentially it could be fun - the air was different now to what she expected on the day, which was a rather passionate and romantic performance that the couple would bless the crowd with. She grabbed his other hand, placing it on her bare hip before putting her own hand on his shoulder gently. She took in a deep breathe and for a moment she stood there, trying to be serious for now and letting him adjust to the feel. After a moment she stepped forward, her body pushing his back slightly, she whispered him orders, going slow for the time being. "And step back... and left.. and forward... and a small right into a small spin. Now lets to do this for a while until you are comfortable, how about you tell me that story?"

One dark brow rose. "I did not know you were such an avid lover of romance, my dear Saragerel," Jianyu said, with some amusement clearly evident in his voice. His wild, impulsive Yue was nothing like this gentle, calm girl, but he supposed that was what drew them together in the first place. He rather liked that their contrasting natures made them such good friends; from the sparks in Sara's eyes, it was very obvious she was extremely fond of Yue, and Jianyu had heard the same sort of affection whenever Yue spoke of her closest friend.
The assessment of his fiancee made him laugh aloud, Jianyu shaking his head. "That does sound like her, does it not?" he answered. "After all, Yue does not like to reveal her feelings too much; she is quite a private person when it comes to those sorts of things. Perhaps she thought that speaking them aloud might break what she believes to be a spell, in case this is all just a dream?"
Jianyu put his index finger to his lips, as if sharing a secret, giving Sara a knowing wink. He spoke playfully of the matter, but the truth was that he knew just how difficult it was for Yue to reveal her innermost feelings. She was not the type to express herself in such ways under normal circumstances, although Jianyu was watching her learn very slowly how to open herself up more.
"The proposal, I'm afraid, is not all that interesting," Jianyu said with a rueful sigh, ducking down into a deliberately over-extravagant bow, flourishing his arms unnecessarily. He straightened, then allowed Sara to maneuver him into place, his hands attempting to relax into their allotted positions on her waist and held within her smaller hand. When she stepped forward, he automatically stepped back, mimicking her steps in reverse. However, where Sara's movements were graceful and elegant, Jianyu's were clumsy and not at all impressive. He sighed again.
"Well," he said, as his eye looked down at their feet, attempting to follow what she was doing. "A few days before the proposal, I was working on an assignment for my superiors. I was going in circles, and nothing was making sense. There was a piece missing from it, one that I could not discover. During a brief interlude I took to clear my mind, I was looking through a series of things given to me, when I came across one of Yue's hair ribbons. It was then that I realized, not only what I had been missing the whole time in my work, but what I had been missing in my life as well."
He gave a small shrug, which unbalanced him, and hastily Jianyu attempted to get back into the right rhythm. "I thought about it for several days, mind you. I wanted to be absolutely certain of my feelings before I professed them, and then I asked Yue to accompany me on a walk. I hadn't seen her for a while, after all, and she had no idea of my intentions. I took her to Cherry Tree Hill, and when we reached the top I...asked her to marry me.
"Quite spontaneously, I realize," Jianyu added with a small laugh, pivoting slowly on one foot, attempting to move the way Sara was directing him. It was clear he was still abysmal, but there might have been a slight improvement - at least, he hoped there was. "But I decided that I did not want a long engagement, and I knew Yue would not either. Besides..."
He trailed off, his eye dark and hooded as his lips pressed together, unexpectedly serious. "I cannot deny that I knew of her feelings for me beforehand and did nothing to encourage them or discourage them," he said quietly. "I thought that she had been in pain long enough, waiting for me without expecting me to ever reciprocate. So I proposed marriage, rather than merely confess my affections towards her."
Jianyu shrugged again, the lightheartedness coming back into his voice as he said "And there you have it. Not a particularly exciting story, as you can see. But what else would you like to interrogate me on?"

Sara listen to him explain the circumstances in which he proposed, hanging on his every word with a warm smile on her face. She did not know what to say after he finished however words escaped her none the less. "I always knew that place meant so much to you." She stated with a small smile, it might have not been on the standard of all those plays and scrolls she had read about love stories which no real experience could ever live up to. However it was meaningful and sweet and she knew that to Yue it would have been perfect. Sara's eyes were on him as they danced, not the ground. As she watched, she noticed he talked about her and she noted the look in his eyes, this alone made all of her worried dissolved. He truly loved Yue, that was all she wanted to know. She might have been protective of the one and only, however Yue was only the same with her.
She nodded, in his movements she could feel his uncertainty about what he was doing but she gave his some leash to make mistakes, everyone had to learn to walk before they could dance. "I think that answers most of me main concerns, Yue is very important to me. My time here has not been very kind but I thank the spirits every day for her, she has always been my light. Her smile, her enthusiasm and even her sometimes ridiculous schemes have kept me strong and on my toes. She is a rarity in a world like this and I am sure she will illuminate all the years ahead of you. You are a lucky man." She bowed her head slightly, Yue had always been there for her and in that created some of the most exciting and chaotic moments of her life. Every day was a adventure with her.
She smiled and tilted her head to the side as they turned once more. "Just as long as you know I still plan to steal her occasionally, such a treasure is meant to be shared." She understood that for the next couple of weeks her and Yue would not be able to socialise like they did, she was more than happy to give the couple space to adjust and enjoy their first few moons as a couple. Knowing her over-affectionate nature she would not let him out of bed for the first few days, that I will gladly keep away from. She giggled and blushed slightly, thinking it best not to share that thought with him. Though after that she would no doubt find herself coming over to visit Yue and stealing her away so they could cause more chaos together.
"Well you are not terrible, not very good but not hopeless. Do not worry, before your wedding you will be dancing like a performer. Anyway I doubt people will be watching, Yue is going to be a vision - I am going over later to help her with the dress. You are in for a treat Captain." She could feel his rhythm improving and she thought it best to keep doing until he got it right, Sara was a patient woman and would happily do this all day if need be. She was excited about this wedding, that much was clear to see.
She closed her eyes for a moment and leaned close to him, squeezing his hand a little tighter. "Just promise me you will make sure she is as happy as she deserves to be." She rested her head on his shoulder, whispering her words to him.

Jianyu was adept at many things, archery being the first and foremost of these things. After that followed his artistry at tattooing, then his skills at his work, his ability to restrain from throttling Bataar, teasing Yue relentlessly...
In none of these things, however, was dancing included.
He stumbled along rather pathetically, letting Sara lead. "It does," he said agreeably, smiling down at the young woman. "Cherry Tree Hill is my favorite place in the entirety of Lunaria. It is a place where everyone can go to feel safe, to feel as if the whole of the city is within their grasp. It holds many memories for me, all of which are precious, even if they are not always pleasant."
Talking about Yue made him feel more at ease, and Jianyu felt himself relaxing, the stiffness in his back and shoulders loosening somewhat. He hoped that meant he could at least be able to sort of fudge around and improvise better when it came to actually dancing. And it was clear from the look in Sara's eyes that Yue was a special person to her; that bond they shared was deeper than at first glance. "Yue is a very important person to me as well," Jianyu said quietly, a smile flitting across his face. "She is beautiful, strong, confident, and loving. There is no one else in the world that is quite like her, and no one who I would rather be with. Her smile is what makes me wake up every morning."
Jianyu returned the bow she gave him with one of his own, adding, with a glint of mischief in his eyes, "So long as you do not keep her too long, I would be glad to let her be stolen by you every once in a while."
He did not know, nor did he want to know, what had just fluttered through Sara's mind when she laughed, a red flush dusting her cheeks. As she tightened her grip on his hand, leaning against him in a warm embrace, Jianyu felt his face soften, returning the gesture of friendship. Sara was Yue's closest friend, and there was nothing Jianyu wanted more than to be certain that he himself could be friends with her as well. After he had learned that the girl from Cherry Tree Hill and Yue's best friend were one and the same, he had relaxed, feeling as if fate had perhaps had a hand in all of this.
Sara's long teal hair covered most of her left eye, which was rather curious. Yue had mentioned something about an attack on her, which made him frown slightly. Slowly to a stop, Jianyu lowered his hand from hers, lifting the one from her waist. "Do you mind..?" he asked quietly, before gently brushing aside the curtain of dark hair. The scars stood out prominently against Sara's tea-colored skin, oddly whitened and puckered slightly. There were three of them, all the same length, and stretching from forehead, across her eye and down her cheek. Jianyu's fingers were light and careful as they cradled Sara's face in them, his eyes narrowed slightly. A rush of familiarity rushed through him, a sickening wave of recognition as the memories of his own attack came flooding through him, as fresh and horrifying as they had been that day.
"I meant what I said before," Jianyu said with a gentle smile. "You are a beautiful young woman with a good heart. Yue is lucky to have you in her life."
There was something odd about the scars; something discomforting and strangely familiar that had nothing to do with his own, though Jianyu could not place what it was. Instead, he said "It grows easier, you know. Getting used to them." One of his fingers pressed very lightly against the first scar and Jianyu gave Sara a crooked smile, dropping his hand to tuck into the opposite sleeve again. "After a while, it just becomes natural to see yourself in the mirror looking different than you have before."

"Erm- I- I-its n-nothing. I-" She did not know what to do when he went for her hair, she went cold and the words seemed to get stuck in her throat. She hated people looking at it, she hated people knowing about it. When he touched her she froze, her eyes widening slightly in what only could be described as fear. It was still a tender topic for her, everyone had their demons and this was hers. She knew he was trying to be nice, he said she was still beautiful but she could not bring herself to believe him. She was not that naive, to her it was all she saw when she looked in the mirror, which was why she no longer owned one.
She reached up when he let go of her, once again arranging her fringe like it once was. "That, does not bother me anymore. It did at first, I was angry. Really angry. Not only at him but everyone. I was angry with the way people began to stare, I was angry at their whispers and looks, more than anything I was angry with myself. Though a few words from a dear friend of mine and I forgot how it effected me physically. As selfish as it might sound I was upset, I am no fighter and girls are often judged on how they look more than men, I was at a loss. I know its ugly but it is never going away. That much I have accepted but that does not mean I have to display it for the world to see." She was self concious, she had always been a rather shy girl with insecurities for no reason, however now she had a reason to feel like that. She tried to take it in her stride, however she was not that strong yet. It made her wonder what Yue would have done if it was her. She felt a little guilty, she was making a fuss over this - at least she still had her eye.
She looked to the side and clenched her fist as she went on. "What really gets me is that every time I look at myself I remember how much of a fool I was. This was no random attack, I trusted him, I cared for him, he even kissed me once. However it soon taught me a lesson, about life, about the war." When she had met Jinayu before she was a little girl who believed in love and the greater good. She was still a religious woman but now knew the spirits were not always kind and not everyone had the heart of gold she expected in them. In a way she should thank him, he opened her eyes to the world. He made her grow up. "Before long that kiss started to taste bitter, I hate him Jianyu and I hope you do not think of my any less for it. I would have forgiven him if it was random, I could have told myself he was a Noble and that's what they did to Legionaries, after all we do it to them too. However he took my heart and what innocence and delusion was left in it, before spilling my blood and leaving his mark." Maybe before she would have cried, not not though. She had cried enough tears for that boy, now all she felt for him was contempt. He was not going to let him control her anymore. He was simply not worth it.
"Anyway this is not about me, not now. I am sorry to dampen the mood with my own problems. This moment is about you and Yue, proof that not every relationship has to end like mine did. In a world so dark, a wedding is what we need. Something to prove that even in this mess people still fall in love and can be happy in each others arms." She smiled, giving him a small bow in thanks for listening to her. She did not want to burden him however this was the first time she had talked about it properly.

She had flinched when he had moved her hair away from her face, and there was something so strikingly familiar about it that it made Jianyu's stomach twist unpleasantly. He could remember doing the exact same thing in the beginning; hating what had happened to him, hating what he looked like, hating that he no longer could be the man he once was. There was fear in Sara's eyes; fear and self-disgust, clearly unable to take in the words he had meant sincerely.
"You should have guessed by now that I do not say things merely to placate others," he said, a little regretfully, as he let his hand drop away, Sara quickly fixing her hair so that it covered her face again. "I thought Yue might have told you that when I say something, I mean it. I do not believe in...what is the term she used..? Ah, sugarcoating. Your injury is blatant, yes, but that does not mean that it has tarnished what is always going to be a beautiful face. You, at least, can still see out of that, right?"
There was only the smallest trace of bitterness to his words, and Jianyu smiled to show that he bore her no ill will, no jealousy that she had what he did not. He had long since grown used to the blackness on the left side of his face; it was now as much a part of him as everything else was.
Not a random attack. Jianyu supposed that he had been somewhat fortunate, in that he had not known his attacker personally. It had been brutal, horrific, and more painful than he had ever felt in his life, yes. But he had not had the misfortune of actually knowing his attacker, not like Sara had. "I do not think less of you," he said quietly, regarding her steadily, his eye dark and hooded. "What we choose to feel is our own decision, and no one else's. You have every right to loathe this boy for taking something precious from you."
He was not speaking of her face. Jianyu's hand lifted again, though this time it came to rest on his own injury, the black cloth covering his left eye careworn and smooth beneath his fingertips. "In this world, little is precious anymore," he said softly. Under ordinary circumstances, speaking so candidly to someone he did not know that well would be considered awkward, but Jianyu felt very comfortable around Sara. Perhaps it was the fact that she was Yue's best friend; or perhaps it was that she was someone who could relate to the pain he had felt - was still feeling. "Lunaria's wars are blackening, darkening our streets and our minds. I'm lucky, you know," he added, giving her a crooked smile. "That I have found something worthwhile to live for."
In one quick movement, Jianyu slipped the cloth away from his face, the long, white scar that ran from his forehead, down nearly to his chin, clearly visible against his darker skin. Beneath the scar, his eye was pale, not the bright blue it had once been, glossed over with the death of vision. His face turned slowly towards Sara, another smile touching his lips.
"The moments are not just about me and Yue; they are about everyone. Who we choose to spend time with, what we choose to do with our hearts...these are the moments in which every person should feel as if they can escape to."
He gave a small shrug, reaching up to retie the cloth properly around his eye again, smoothing down the front of his changsam. "If you'll have me, I do believe you were going to assist me in looking less like a drunken water buffalo at the wedding to your best friend?"

Sara looked at him and remained silent as he talked, his words were almost hypnotising, her expression changed slightly when he removed the cloth from his face but it was too much of a minor twitch to read what emotion it was caused by. If there was one to be read it might be shame, she did not know why but she felt strangely guilty. When he finished she smiled and stepped forward putting a hand either side of his face and pulling him down slightly, she gave him a small kiss on the side of his face where the scar lied and then stepped back once more. It only lasted for a moment and there was no underlying emotions attached to it. Maybe it was just symbolic to herself.
She then moved to place her hand on his shoulder once more, holding out her hand for him to take. "I can try, though I am not going to promise anything just yet." She stated with a small smirk, she was glad that he has asked her to come and help him - she felt like she was slowly getting to know him better and that in itself made her happy. She would have felt uncomfortable giving Yue to a stranger, but now she was giving her to a friend.
In all honesty Jianyu was a astonishing man, every time she was around him she always felt some kind of ease. He gave off the same aura as many of her masters did, even though he was not as old he was just as wise. He left her speechless and she felt stupid for feeling the need to check up on him. He was a good man, time and time again he proved it.
She smirked, thinking the mood a little too heavy she once again pulled a stunt to try and lighten it. "You know, one thing that I love more than love stories? Children! They are so cute, I quite like the sound of Auntie Sara now I come to think about it." She chuckled, hoping he knew not to take her too seriously. However at the same time she wondered, they were getting married they could possibly... maybe.. one day. I mean they were married and things happened. No Sara, do not get too excited! She shook her head slightly, she knew that if that day ever did come they would make amazing parents.
Though if the children were anything like Yue, Jianyu would get very old VERY quickly.

He had taken off the cloth around his eye; it was both surprising, mostly to himself, and unusual, considering that the only person outside of his immediate family to have seen his injury was Yue. But for some reason, Jianyu had not felt any reason to hide it from Sara; perhaps it was because she, like him, was marred by the war, each one of them bearing scars that had taken something from them. Sara, with her gentle spirit and kind heart, had had her emotions snatched from her, that kind heart betrayed by the one she had once thought would be loyal to her. And Jianyu had lost the use of his right eye, his use of a normal long bow, and a great deal of who had once been. They were, in essence, kindred souls who could relate over something so seemingly small as a scar.
The kiss to his cheek, however, was unexpected; warm and gentle, without a trace of romantic implications - a kiss of gratitude and reassurance. Jianyu's eyes flickered in surprise, moving to rest down on Sara's face, as if weighing what she had just done in his mind. But his expression softened, his shoulder relaxing beneath her hand.
"Trying is better than not trying at all," he said lightly, then smirked down at her. "You want to be an aunt, do you?" Jianyu said as he stepped back into position, ready to begin learning how to dance once more. "Well, let me tell you a little secret, Miss Sarangerel Odtsetseg."
He lifted a finger to his lips, closing one eye and winking at her as if he were sharing something very scandalous. "I want as many children as Yue will permit us to have, so I have a feeling we will be in want of a babysitter at some point in time."

Sara herself was the only child of her parents and had lost out on the joys of siblings, people might think that would have made her spoiled but since her family did not have anything to give her it did not work out that way. Instead she worked on the farm for a as long as she remembered, though thinking about those times now was hard, she had forgotten what it was like to work the land. Instead she found herself lonely and often wishing that she had a big brother to look out for her, to defend her against the bullies. Since she came to Lunaria many had stepped forward to take that place, though Huang was the only one who she saw in that light. He had always been very protective of her, even when his term as her temporary guardian ended. "Well you do have a big family." She observed, she had heard about the mass numbers of characters in this household before and now she had seen the grand house they owned she could beleive that a small army might be stationed here.
She smiled and tilted her head as he made a comment about leaving the number up to Yue, Sara did not think Yue thought about such things. She seemed like the kind of person to just go where the current took her, accepting anything that was thrown at her as always, if she ever got pregnant it would be a joyous time but the Mongol knew that it would not have been planned and if it was she would be surprised. "But do not let Yue hear you say that, knowing her she will turn it into come kind of competition." She wondered how many little ones it would take to make Jianyu regret those words, she doubted he would be able to father a fresh supply of little Legionaries with out loosing the will to wake up in the morning. Sara knew that her friend did take things seriously, sometimes, however she always liked to joke about Yue's spontaneity as much as she made fun of Sara'a worrying. Sara had never had the chance to take care of a child, the closest she got was going charity work in the temple but she knew that she could do it. She loved children, she really did.
When he said that she might be asked to look after them her eyes lit up slightly. "I would be happy to, though let's get the wedding over with first. More so the task of teaching you how to dance at your wedding." She nodded her head before she once again took to repeating the steps they were taking before. "Thank you for inviting me over today, its meant a lot getting to know you a little better." She added, she wanted him to know she was grateful for the thought.
