Lavan had gone out for a midnight walk to get away from the cartoon that was his daily life with his roommates. While he wasn't exactly normal himself, he certainly wasn't as ...odd as them. He wouldn't allow himself to be like them. They belonged here... He didn't.
The silken rays of moonlight trickled down upon his fur, reflecting off his fur the patterns of hims home. He was from the particles of Saturn after all. Not an Earthling in the least bit. He sighed as he continued walking, chilling slightly as a soft breeze flew by, tickling at his ears.
His somber eyes analyzed everything, to the pair at the edge of the street, nuzzling and talking in each other's ear, to the noodle on the corner, looking rather suspicious and to the park in which he wanted to go.
Lavan turned, head first into the tree draped park feeling the coarse brick under the pads of his paws. He sighed heavily, not one of depression, but one of content. He'd left his troubles at the gate, from here on, he was open to the optimism that was seemingly always out of his reach.

Looking at the sky above Kainen heartily sighed. Why couldn’t he be free to move around like the clouds that danced around the sky? Merrily the clouds drifted without a care in the world. Oh how kainen wished he could travel the world freely. He glared at the dark purple clouds reflected by moonlight, “hmm I doubt your ever nagged about your responsibilities. I’m simply tired of putting aside my wishes and straining under that suffocating chain called duty. A male has to have some freedom is life. He needs to have some time to stretch out his legs and enjoy life. “ Kainen had enough pressure and he was doing a runner. He stared at the park ahead of him. Nobody would search for him in a place surrounded by trees. After all Kainen’s element was water and trees fell under the protection of earth. Kainen smiled widely sure that his jailors would never dream to find him here.

Lavan had found a tree with thick branches that intertwined into itself, over and over again like a DNA helix. The base was thick and soft from where people had come to sit and rest. He was momentiarly reminded of the book he had read with a friend, The Giving Tree. He felt that this tree had to be the inspiration for that story.
He settled against the tree, his tail coming to curl around him and his floating bracelets slipping out of their usual spot to orbit around his body. He sighed in content. No, he would not think about his troubles here.
His eyes came to spot a heavenly blue noodle, gleaming and shimmering in the night's sky as the rays spilled onto the male's scales and shined like water from his hair. Lavan cocked his head, momentarily captivated by this other.
The other looked to be focused on something, potentially something troubling him? Lavan decided he'd try to talk to this other. Lifting his head to project his voice a bit he called, "Hello, nice night don't you think?" It was a bold statement for the ever-quiet Lavan, but the other had a glint in the eye that could challenge even Lavan's own, and he was very much curious about his story.

Kainen realized at once he was not the only noodle in the park. Honestly he didn’t care if another noodle shared the same space as long as he was left alone.
Being alone was a luxury that Kainen didn’t often get to partake. Hoping he would be left in peace Kainen once again turned his cold ice blue eyes towards the glowing moon. Lady moon was so lovely this time of the year and her beauty slowing calmed kainen soul. Her magic always could be counted to ease kainen's wounded spirit.
At the sound of a musical voice he sighed. His dream of peace was slowly fading away.
“hmm..Your right. The sky is so big and vast. It’s always changing, yet it always looks the same. “His eyes bore into the other males and he smiled sadly.
With the moons glow his eyes were entranced to the other males fur coloring. At once Kainen realized he was speaking to another noodle of star decent. “I hope you are not one of the old boy that thrive on antique etiquette. Sadly I’m not much in the mood for reciting my lineages. “

Lavan moved closer, his eyes observing the similar coat patterns the two shared. His ears pressed against his head as he thought on it. Was this one too, like he was? Was he just as alone and frustrated with this world, to love it so passionately, and yet to be constantly bared from its true wonders?
"Always the same? Each night to me, it's an entirely different sky, with different stars in different locations, constellations rising and falling, and planets orbiting. But I guess I can see the general idea." He smiled warmly, knowing his statement could have been taken as sarcastic, or cocky, but it wasn't meant that way at all. Lavan was born of the celestial bodies of the sky, so his observations were always much more keen.
"Antique etiquette?" Lavan cocked his head to the side, his eyes going round with innocence. "I can barely understand the etiquette of this world, much alone an understanding of one that came before."
Whether it was because they were so close in markings, or because Lavan just had a hunch, he opened his mouth, and allowed the truth to flow like a steady river. "I've never really known life. I was born from the dust of Saturn's rings and traveled alone all my life. Everything I know has come from books and countless hours observing and studying before finally interacting. My lineage is short, and quite frankly, it makes no sense to even me, but I don't ask for you to tell me your life's story." He looked away, focusing his eyes on his orbiting rings around his legs. "Something about you though made me want to talk to you. Maybe its our similarities, I was..." He wouldn't allow himself to finish that sentence. Not only would he sound like an utter creep, but he had said enough already.
No matter how much he was hoping that this one was born like him, he wouldn't ask it, not now, and not ever.

“Haha ,” Kainen laughed brightly . It’s not really Antique etiquette, in the sense it’s not used. It’s currently used by the courts of the moon and planets. I just think it’s rather old fashioned and is tedious to perform. I kind of feel like I have a court mask on, whenever I have to deal the whole system of the Planetary Court . I was awfully surprised when I first saw you. You really look like you belong to some planets or moons Kingdom. However your temperament seems vastly different. You seem..earthy more real and I sense a great loneliness inside of you.
I can’t completely understand your type of loneness because I once had a family. Were never the warm cuddly type of family but we felt mutual respect for one another and there was a feeling of family love, though for the most part it was unspoken. My parents were the ones who were originally born of star dust and when they grew tired of living they faded back into Neptune. I feel angry that the left me alone so early and left me with reasonability’s that I didn’t wish for. But that’s another story.

Lavan blinked in surprise at how open the other was. He shuffled his paws awkwardly; the rings clinking against each other as they orbited around his limbs. "I'm from Saturn...actually..." he said softly.
"I wanted to ask you...if you were like me. It's relieving to know I'm not alone in this world." Lavan looked up hopefully, a shy smile caressing his features. "I do not know of any of the councils though. I was alone, traveled alone and have been here alone. I've found some friends, and to an extent, I guess I've found love. But I don't know how long I'll be around... This world is so foreign to me."
Lavan slumped down into the grass, looking up at the night's sky. The stars twinkled and giggled at him, but he did not return their playful banter. His gaze slowly rolled over to the other. "I don't believe I've introduced myself. I'm Lavan. And you?"

“Dear me it was quite rude of me to not introduce myself. “ Kainen solemnly bowed his head in apology. I am Kainen ruling prince of the kingship of Neptune. Though it is just in name only, I will only be able to have the freedom to do as I will when I tie myself down to another royal family. As it is I’m kind of at the losing end of both sides. Whatever way I walk I lose…it is a very unpleasant feeling,” Kainen said thoughtfully.
“I envy you. It sounds like you have made found this world a very pleasant place to reside and have made true friends as well as love. Perhaps you might tell me of how you came here and how you found love,” Kainen said in a curious manner.
