Crazy Earl is an interesting fellow to say the least. He moved to the Town of New Jericho back when Kevin White’s father was still Mayor. He keeps to himself and his only friend is a large Rottweiler- named Max; that helps him guard his scrap yard. He never leaves his scrap yard for fear someone will steal his precious junk and has supplies delivered to him. Provided you ask before touching and pay the fees he’ll allow you to go dumpster diving for spare parts and such.
