Deling StationAs the capital city of Galbadia, Deling City Station is connected to numerous other towns and stations within the country. One of these stations include the Galbadia Garden.  Galbadia HotelA popular hotel in Galbadia. The Galbadia Hotel features a small bar next to the foyer where, before her hit single Eyes on Me, Julia Heartilly played the piano for patrons. This is also where Laguna Loire first met her.  Caraway's MansionThe home mansion of General Fury Caraway of the Galbadia Army. His wife and daughter also used to live here but that was a long time ago.  Car RentalOn the outskirts of the city, one can rent a car to travel across the world map without the fear of enemy encounters.  Deling SewersThe Deling Sewers are a labyrinth of corridors and streams filled with monsters such as Creeps and Grand Mantis.  GatewayThe Gateway is the central, prominent feature in Deling City. Possibly a remnant from the days of the Dollet Empire, the gateway features a pair of working metal gates and is decorated by various stone gargoyles. It closely resembles the Arc de Triomphe.  Presidential Residence
The home residence of the president of Galbadia. Currently, President Deling is the tenant of this high maintenance abode, featuring full scale security and a platform to address the public that await outside the gates. The Residence also features an automated display that emerges from the roof during celebrations.

Rinoa walked with the two to the city, winching faintly at the slight pain in her arm where he was holding her rather tightly, She was starting to wish she just stayed in her room! Though afraid she would say something that would only tick him off again, she spoke up again...though softer and much more carefully. "...Why are you doing this Seifer? What do you want from me this time? You know what ever you are planning won't work...A long as you continue on this path, you ......" She paused, quickly silenceing herself. ".........."

  The group stepped through the gates of Deling City, and as they proceeded inside, Rinoa would come to notice a familiar mansion. "SAFE. PLAN? " The silver haired one glanced to Seifer as she asked.Seifer knew her well enough to understand what she was asking, so he never had any trouble getting what she meant.

Rinoa attempted to pull back, she really didn't want to step foot in that building. Not only because she feared for the father that didn't seem to care at all for her's safety, but because she hated it there! "Let go of me! Why would you bring me here?! What would that even do for you're benefit??"
Despite Rinoa's struggleing, she wouldn't get anywhere. With Seifer's grip, there was no escapeing the two. "My dear Rinoa.... You will find out..." With that said, he suddenly cast a Sleep spell on her and caught her into his arms before she fell, Seifer then lifted her up as he held her in his arms, then began to proceed to the large gate to which Fujin opened and soon...coming to the doors.Fujin then knocked at the door a few times before ringing the door bell. "Play along, Fuj.." He grinned at her. He did have a plan...and it would not fail. When the door opened, Seifer displayed an act of concern and worry.
"Caraway, You're daughter is in danger! " The man let the two in quickly, the man looked...worried? He had never seen Rinoa being carried in like that, it really was believable that something had happened, but it was just a sleep spell, a strong one to keep her out for a good while. As he lead them inside to the living room, Seifer set her into the sofa, and sat next to her. "Sir, do you remember the Sorceress Wars? And the most recent ending of Ultimecia sometime ago? I have learned that..A new war is going to come. And Rinoa here, holds the key of it starting. You may not know this..But you're daughter is a Sorceress. If this new threat is awakened, Rinoa can become very powerful, and also a threat to us all. I can keep that from happening if you will trust me with her. The one she is with , Squall Leonhart.....Don't trust him. He can't protect her, though I can. " Seifer was such a jerk. Though the thing that was worse was, what he was talking about, was it a fact or fiction he was just making up? "If she becomes what I fear, know that she would have to be sealed or killed.."

"You're-going-to-like-me! You're-going-to-like-me! Did it work?" Seifer turned toward Rinoa a moment, in his mind he saw this as his own victory. General Caraway seemed to be concerned, and falling for it. But the truth was, he only needed something from the general to continue along with his plans. The closer he got to him, the more closer he could get to the room he needed to find.
"Very well. You all stay here for as long as you need. I will from here on entrust my daughter to you. " He did wonder though, Caraway may not have been the best person around, or a great father at all to Rinoa but he did feel something was a little off. Squall wasn't a bad person, this much he knew. Soon enough, he turned away and left the room. Leaving the two to do as they pleased.
"To easy. Watch Rinoa, make sure she doesn't wake up. I am to retrieve a key and some files that will gain us clearance to another airship like the Ragnarok. With this, we will board the new Lunar Base in space...You see, Fuj..I have been contacted by a new Sorceress. Far greater then Edea, greater then any Sorceress i've come to know of. Now, I will fullfill my duty and become the Sorceress Knight I have dreamed of. My Romantic Dream shall come true..No one will stop this, Not this time!! Rinoa will help unseal her as she's taken over for only a short time just enough to unseal her, and her many other Sorceress's all of which have been sealed away for thousands of years...Unknown and unheard of...But, she contacted me...ME...As long as I do as she asks, It will be me standing at her side." He said to her, chuckling under his breath as he then left the room to search the General's office.

I just wanna let you know.... ....I'll always be here.... Unknown to siefer and fujin they were being watched from above since the entered the city, soon a winged figure landed outside of the mansion, soon two gaurds fell asleep, and the figure took to the shadows, the one winged figure stood close to a wall then quickly made his way ontop of the roof and then dropped behind another gaurd then put him to sleep as well, he then stood under the window were rinoa and fujin were, he used a mirror that was attached to a stick and peeked in seeing them both "hmm were did the guy go" this young teen didn't know rinoa but couldn't sit idly by after seeing what was basicly a kidnapping no that wasn't who he was he then sat by the wall and signed "alright, two possibly three....even if I slow or stop time I only got the thirty second burst....sleep spells might i not work on them....take out one then freeze time and get her out.....ugh what to do" ((got bored...if it's not ok for him to attempt to help her then I'll delete)) ...to fight for you

 Fujin's left crimson eye narrowed faintly. She caught glimps of the faint glinting of light reflecting off the small mirror attached to a stick.Some sort of spy device. "COMPANY." She unclasped her Chakram, holding the large bladed pinwheel like weapon in a defensive position now. Watching the door where the apparent enemy was behind, she waited for he or she to step forward. " COME OUT."
((ooc: lol. It's okies. Can't pass up a chance of actual RP with another life! xD So bored myself! But I got something planned so i'll work a way for them to escape eventually with Rinny. There going to go to Esthar,and get into one of the other Ragnarok airships and head to space. If you want you can find a way to follow them and sneak in te ship so you're not bored later too.))

The one winged figure soon stepped out of the shadows and sighed, he looked unarmed but his weapons were not formed at the moment, this young teen was Matthew, marks future son, but at the moment no one knew mark had a son, all rinoa knew of the rebirth family was junon but only when ultimecia used her and attacked him, he looked to fujin with his hands in the air and was planning his move, he could stop time and get her out but if some one was farther then 5 feet away they wouldn't get caught in the halting time, if he had to he would pull his chain sythe off his pants but it posed as a belt at the moment or he would create his dark claws and knock the women out, his claws had enough power to shatter chunks of iron, but if he moved to quickly something bad could happen "I'm not armed, so calm down" he said calmy as he walked in ((lol ok...matthew the stow away XD)) ...to fight for you

Fujin remained there infront of the sleeping form of Rinoa, though unknown to Fujin, she was going to be waking very soon as the spell was beginning to wear off. The silver haired women did not lower her weapon when he told her to calm down. Instead, watched him closely. "SEIFER.RETURN! TROUBLE!" Fujin didn't have any idea who this boy was, but she wasn't taking any chances. Though one thing was strange, it was some unknown boy that showed up.The only one she expected to see here was Squall! Thank god he wasn't. So long as he didn't show up this plan may be a sucess.
Now that she had her summon back, her abilities to cast magic were once again returned. She also had a bangle around her wrists, one which would protect against sleep, and the other against most status affecting spells to which she was always vulnerable to. "LEAVE. " She said to him sternly.

Not long after Fujins loud voice spoke, The young blond haired teen stepped into the room, a cold smirk forming at his lips. The items he had searched for safety stored away into his pockets of the trench coat he wore. "Well, not who I was expecting. Are you here to reclaim Rinoa? If so, Think again. You best leave, or we will deal with you. " Hyperion rested at his shoulder, his hand finger resting there at the trigger of pistol like handle. His weapon was far more lighter then Squalls own, which was more of a revolver handle and slightly heavier. "I won't ask you twice. We are busy, ya know? " He smirked, that would be often heard from Raijin. "Space travel is a time consuming thing..Now, we are leaving." He then moved over to Rinoa, picking the women up into his arms again. "Oh, right..Make any sudden move and she dies.." Of course he wouldn't kill her, not yet..He still needed her to do this mission!

Matthew sighed outloud but in his head he came up with a plan, he would leave but not after bugging him "alright I'll go, don't worry I WONT make a move" then suddenly tine stopped around them, abd matthew put a small tracking device in their pockets so he could follow at a safe distance but first he would find the man named squall, and within the thirty second lapse of time Matthew was on the roof of the building out if sight, to them he would of just vanished, he smirked as he waited for them to move on far enough so he could follow, but before he left he used his quantom brain waves to relay a message to his uncle junon, the only one who knew who he was in this time to find squall while tailed these two ((lol there no fight......yet XD I think you'll have fujin keep Matthew from following while he gets rinoa to space.....just guessing but Junon will tell squall Rinoa is in trouble, but siefer has ample time to get to the launch point)) ...to fight for you

When she came to, she was met by the worst figure to ever wake up to. Seifer..And she was in his arms?! "H-hey!! Put me down!!" Then it all hit her, she wasn't exactly in Balamb anymore. She remembered them taking her here to Deling City for some unknown reason and now she just woke up to see she was unfortunatly still with the two. "Seifer..! " Rinoa struggled a bit in her attempt to get away, though he did set her down. That would be a pain to walk with a crazy frantic women freaking out in his arms. Keeping his hold on her arm now, while Fujin walked to her other side the group headed on to the car rental area once again. Rinoa had calmed down eventually, seeing as there was really nothing she could do against them like this.Soon the group made there way into the car, Seifer in the front seat again before they sped off for Esthar City.

"You will find out....Eventually. " Seifer said calmly, chuckling under his breath as he stepped on the gas, speeding through the plains at nearly 100 MPH. Thank god he was a good driver. His reason of going to esthar was the fact that below, they had a stash of Ragarok airships below the city hidden and stored away to keep them safe. "This time my dear Rinoa, things wont go so easy for you...If you thought the last time was bad...Wait tell you see what you are going to do now. " He left it at that, leaving Rinoa to try and figure it out herself.
Sometime later, about a good half hours worth of Seifers crazy driving, they would pull into the massive high tech city of Esthar, and exit the car before Seifer and Fujin headed with Rinoa to the 'secret' base after talking to a few Soldiers, whom led them down to the Ragnarok's.
