History: Lezlye has grown up in Malvern, her father being some rider who she never knew and her mother a baker, who she gets to see more often, though she doesn’t like the heat of the kitchen so she doesn’t hang around at her mothers ankles too much. She spends most of her time in lessons with the rest of her age mates, doing chores, or exploring the weyr or beach. She knows better than to go very far from the safety of the elaborate cave system, and stays pretty close to home. She is still fairly young, though soon she will be old enough to pick a trade she wants to be trained in. Despite this she counts the moments until she can stand the sands.

Description: Lezlye is a slight child, she is small boned and fair like her mother, her hair is a bright auburn, for it hasn’t darkened like her mothers yet. She is pale and freckled, with bright hazel eyes.
She runs around in her dresses, and gets scolded for being dirty at the end of the day.

Personality: Lezlye is a Joyful child, she likes to laugh and play, she is sort of all over the place when it comes to emotions, because she expresses what she feels when she feels it. She’s fairly optimistic, for she hasn’t had anything bad happen to her to make her outlook on life darken. Though she doesn’t like some of the chores she has to do, he knows that it is her responsibility to get the job done before she can go play, she is honest and a bit of a tattle tale if someone is doing something they shouldn’t. She is somewhat timid, for the kids she tattles on tend to make fun of her. But still she is a friendly person, though not quite so friendly towards those who have made fun of her in the past. She feels that if they are breaking the rules they should be punished, and doesn't stop telling when they do something they shouldn't so the group of delinquents and she don't get along. When in a group she is a steady follower. She does not have the confidence to be a leader.
She has a habit of playing with her hair, she doesn’t have to be feeling stressed or panicked or nervous, she just does it. This tends to bother people because they think she’s upset about something and she’s not. She likes to walk backwards because she can. She learned to do flips by watching the older boys showing off and enjoys practicing on the beach, she has yet to get it right though. Sometimes she will day dream about being a rider, but she tries not to because she sometimes gets in trouble for slacking off or not listening during lessons. When this happens she feels guilty and works or tries harder the next time.
When she is embarrassed or uncomfortable she will mumble, when she thinks she can get away with it she will try to slip away but when being questioned by an angry mother or scolded by an angry teacher she will downcast her eyes and wring her hands depending on how uncomfortable she is. When afraid she stutters if she has to speak, when faced with something like an angry wher she encountered once on one of her wondering, she will run. However she dreams of becoming a dragon rider, and because of her love of the learning songs she knows of the danger riders face against thread. She knows that if someday she does become a rider, she will be brave and face that danger to protect others. She would have the courage to do this because she knew she would have the full support of her dragon.
