What once was an homely warmth eminating from him becomes an almost firey passive agression, and he can smile and keep his manners as he kicks people out.

Bio: Karasu grew up in the poor parts of the city, where the outcast higher class lived. It was almost a status symbol unto itself that his family owned a home. He went through various night jobs, always working for a human who looked at him with naught but contempt. Eventually he gathered enough money to buy his own building and renovate it into a bar and inn. Karasu opened the Catscratch Tavern, an 'outcast'-themed bar in which he happily accepted human and outcast alike.
