This is the Meeting place for Captains and their First Lieutenant/Mate. This is the time to discuss codes and preparations for the future. Let me make this clear to all of you, the Captains are not friends they are not Allies with one another but they do have to with hold a certain amount of responsibilities being captains. Here rules will be discussed and the probation for things. This place may get intense and it may get rather fearsome so be careful Captains.
